  I have ordered for myself, and made an order for a hostess thank you. They called specifically to tell me that the Hammam Tea was the very best green tea they had ever had. (They drink green tea all of the time.) She said they found themselves commenting about it like it was a fine wine. The various flavors they were picking out. I cannot personally review these teas since they were different from the ones that I have had. I love this line of teas.

  Very reliable business, I would buy again from this store. The quality and freshness of the products is amazing. I saw the same store in Amazon with some mixed reviews and was hesitant to order however, it was super easy to place my order and delivery was fast. Highly recommended!

  One of the teas I placed an order on line was out of stuck so I received credit for , then there was another tea missing in my package I called your office and reminded about giving me refund/credit for missing item. Great products I wish the online service would be better

  Almost all of my tea came intact. One bag had a bad seal and spilled all over the box, but customer service got me a replacement bag the day after I messaged them about it. Great customer service and better tea.

  The check out process makes it hard to know how or when to enter a promo discount code. So i ended up not getting my discount and then of course they couldn't refund me for the discount i should have gotten but instead would apply it to the next order. The delivery always takes so long that after a while i either check back to make sure i really ordered it or just forget about it completely..

  Experienced PDT teas during recent visit to Paris- fell in love! Loved black tea blends but really loved herbal blends. There was such a variety of non caffeine teas I found myself drinking more tea throughout the day for hydration and relaxation. Since we dined so much later in Europe it was nice to finish off a meal with tea instead of coffee.
