  The teas are so good. They are always delivered within a couple days. I am a fan of the Imperial Russian, Blue of London, and the Chai Imperial. They always throw in some extra tea bags with my order. Big fan!

  I like the teas. A complaint is that some of them are extremely close to others in taste. I highly recommend they offer tasting packs where i could choose specific teas, and be sent 2 or 3 samples of each. I would be able to try many more teas, and probably order a great many more than I do now. Another suggestion would be to have taste profiles, similar to what is available for wines or coffees.

  Have ordered multiple times online over the past several years plus purchased in person at their Paris store (the selection there is epic). Always quality products, always fresh, & always very fast delivery. I'm a daily tea drinker (not coffee), and try to have at least a few selections of their loose tea at all times. Foundational part of my daily life & one of life's truly great pleasures. Highly recommend their products & service. Enjoy!

  My tea usually arrives within 3 to 5 days of my order. Considering that the tea is fulfilled from the East Coast and I live on the West Coast shipping time Is quite reasonable.

  When branded monovarietal teas are becoming increasing rarity, Palais de Thes is a place to go. Note that pure Younnans, Keemuns, and other similar products have been discontinued at Kuzmi's, are not shopped worldwide by Mariage Freres and by TWG (unless you want to go with excellent, but expensive Golden Needle). Please, keep these teas available.

  One of the best mint green tea I've tasted. Superb quality but unfortunately their shipping is a bit slow so place the order before you need the tea ! I loved the three free samples of tea and because of the samples, I will buy some of those sampled tea.. It's a great way to promote their tea and it's working !
