Altho the tea itself is sublime, the packaging is deceptive. The bottom of the canister is raised 1.5 inches so I didn’t really buy what I was looking at online. The delivery took twice the time I was told and the person I contacted never got back to me to clarify the delivery issue.. All in all, not a company I will shop with again.

Regarding the packaging concern, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We do state that the Colors of Tea tin is 3.5 oz but we do recognize that the raised bottom is not expected. It is there to facilitate the stacking of the other tins as well. We will review the design and presentation of our product listings to ensure that they accurately represent the item you receive. Your feedback helps us enhance our customer experience. I am also sorry to hear about the delay in delivery and the subsequent lack of communication from our end. There were some unfortunate delivery delays during your delivery due to weather. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We are actively working to improve our communication processes to ensure that our customers are kept informed about their orders.

Palais des Thés has wonderful tea, and their customer service is very responsive. However, the past two orders have had some problems with shipping. To their credit, once I pointed out the problem with shipping, my order was shipped to me overnight without charge. That's good customer service, and much appreciated.

I love Palais de Thes teas - I was devastated when they closed their shop in Dublin but delighted when I found out I could get delivery right to my door in Ireland. Now I am in the US and cannot believe my luck - I can get delivery here too. Browsing was so easy and I stumbled across two items that I got just to get the free delivery and I love them both (tea pot stand and beautiful japanese tea cup)

I love their teas! Lovely flavor selection and nice packaging. Carefully packed for shipping too. I just wish that the wishlist section in my account would work. It seems glitchy. I add items to my wishlist while shopping, but it never updates and includes the new items.

Since discovering Palais des Thes while living in Oslo nine years ago, I've gone nowhere else for tea. I've since made three transatlantic moves to four countries and continue to buy my tea from here. For Christmas I ordered the Advent Calendar of Tea. Each day before Christmas I opened the secret door which revealed a quote in French and English, and a packet of tea. The tea choices ranged from black teas to green teas to herbal teas, some familiar, most undiscovered. It was a delight to savor new blends of black tea, my favorite, especially the rich flavor of Saint James O.P., and the delicate flavors within Tea des Amants, Lovers Tea. I ordered the teas I especially enjoyed and shared some packets with friends. The herbal teas are becoming my gentle friends I turn to before retiring to sleep.
