  I was searching for a specific Palais des Thes product and called customer service. I described where and when I had it and the representative knew immediately what I was talking about.   Mr order arrived much more quickly that expected! I thought it would take longer due to the holiday rush, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive my tea in a reasonable amount of time. Le thé enchanté is so lovely and festive! The tin it comes in is beautiful as well. I was very happy to have it in time for the holidays. I am a big fan of Palais des thés after this experience and trying out the different teas in the advent calendar.

  We love Palais des Thes. We have purchased tea from them at their stores in Paris, and we are so happy that we can order online. Travel is on hold for now. The service is impeccable. We bought Advent Calendars for the first time, and had so much fun with them. That will be an annual event from now on.

  This tea is amazing. I’ve been having regular green tea packets from grocery stores and stuff and I thought they were good. But this tea is amazing. I started drinking it and I don’t even need honey with it. I tried a bunch of different flavors and they’re all great. Definitely my new brand for all my teas.

  I am very disappointed with my experience. I bought several items, including a glass teapot, glasses, and tea as a gift for friends. After a month of getting the confirmation of the delivery to them, I found out they had only delivered the two glass cups. I cannot believe they considered the order complete without sending the main item, the glass teapot.

  Delivery was late, my order did not arrive on time because of stock issues. When I receive a late package, I would have expected additional cups and/or tea sets to be given but havent received. Tea's are good quality but inline with Rishi/Kusmi. Honestly disappointed given the higher end price.

  I had to contact customer service. An item was missing and they refunded me promptly. I noticed on the shipping invoice a complimentary item had also been omitted. I did not address this when I called. Previous orders have been gone. This was my first experience where the items were sold out but there was no explanation in the box and no indication there was to be an adjustment to my payment.

  The order was a very pleasant experience. They have given gifts with the order, 1 lemon asian tea, 1 tea jam and 3 small tea bags for sampling. All the teas smelled very good and tasted amazing. I am a picky tea drinker and can tell a good tea from cheap over flavored one. The story with PDT is that their tea is good, well picked and taste great ( not i overly flavored as some other brands) The only thing wheee they fell behind in my opinion was the tins were not well sealed( i mean air can go through the lid). Also, some tins were not fully filled with tea, it could be different weight than others which is a possibility a well. Other than that I would highly recommend this shop.

  My order was a gift for a dear one. Delivery within New York took 10 days from order date. Half the order was not delivered. The packaging slip mentioned both items but only one was delivered which was very embarrassing. I was not informed. When I contacted Palais des Thes, I was refunded the amount. However, if my gift recipient had not mentioned it to me, it would have gone unnoticed, since Palais des Thes made no initial effort on their part to inform me. This is the wordt online shopping experience I have ever had. Stay away

  Thank you, I require no further assistance. A customer service representative has been in touch with me after I emailed you, which I mentioned in my review. However by then the damage was done and your representative did not resolve anything. Please try and understand that a representative being in touch does not solve the problem. If your customer service had contacted me before a half fulfilled order was. Sent out to my gift recipient and saved me the embrassment, that would have been good customer service. If you had realized the issue and refunded my money before I had to wait for the gift recipient to tell me that the advent calendar was missing, and then contact you, THAT would have been good customer service. Please do not act as if you are sorry about what happened and tried to resolve it, because you did no such thing.

  I had a great experience with Palais des thes. They were able to change my order as needed and accommodate my wishes. Both my daughters are enjoying their advent calendars, as am I!!

  I felt like the delivery took longer than it usually does. Fedex left the box half way down the driveway, so let them know. The products are great and I think the website is is good. I will have to check with my next order. BTW the Sencha Ariake tea bags can leave white lint in your tea.
