The tea is excellent. I'm deducting a star for the special holiday tin i bought however. Its really hard to open without spilling the tea everywhere, and is not anywhere close to the value of a regular tin or bag of tea.

Excellent quality, fresh green tea and incredibly flavourful, interesting, worldly mixes. Herbal teas are also very good. I order every year and even though it takes a while to ship to Canada, definitely worth the wait. There is no other Canadian tea company that compares.

This review I am marking slightly lower because of lack of customer service. My order was incomplete. When I reached out the first response email was that the individual was not available providing the email of another customer service representative. I emailed without hearing back. I emailed again and have yet to hear back. The incomplete order would have been for a Christmas gift which was stated in the email with regard to needing a prompt replacement. However, without any response I have been left needing to find another gift for my dear friend.

Customer service takes a very long time to get back to me. I intended to order tea bags, my first experience with this brand was during my stay at the Venetian in Vegas, I ordered immediately after tasting. I intended to order tea bags but got loose leaf tea. After emailing Customer service, I was told to give my customer number which I did. Several days later I was told all sales were final. I can understand about canister tea but the chamomile was unopened and I got stuck with a huge bag. Customer service was very unaccommodating. I buy a lot of tea, I was looking forward to what I thought was a luxury brand. This was my first and last order.

I was really looking forward to receiving my order of teas; however, I never received the product. The tracking was not followed by the company and therefore never completed. After weeks of monitoring tracking and waiting without success, I finally informed the company via email (the only means of contact available), that my tea had not arrived. The representative did not offer to expedite my order so that I may receive it by my travel date on Friday which was 10 days from the date I contacted the company. I have also not received written confirmation of a refund to my credit card. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend.
