  Their website is easy to use. I like how you can choose to look at only black tea, that was a helpful feature. I can't wait until they get the Courtyard Louvre tea back in. Palais des Thés is the best and most high quality tea I've ever had. I've thrown away all the other tea I had after finding them.

  I received my order fairly quickly and I did like the three free samples included. One of my orders was sold out which was what I was confused that it was missing from my order and packing slip. However, when I sent an email they adjusted my order and refunded me accordingly. I was also told I could reference this order number for free shipping next time I want to purchase that tea again.   I discovered this tea while visiting Israel - my daughter introduced me to it. Every time I visit Tel Aviv, I go to the Palais des Thes to buy it. It had been many years now, but this is my favorite brand. This is high quality tea that is incomparably better than what's available to me on the market. Thankfully it is available by mail here in the US.
