  I am very pleased that I am able to find tea options on the website by typing “organic infusion” in the search box. All of my selections arrived undamaged and they put bubble wrap around my beautiful little tea canister to make sure it stayed safe. My products always arrive quickly. My allergies make it difficult for me to find safe tea to drink, and I cannot have most sodas or canned drinks either. I am very grateful that I have found this company. Over time, I have noticed that many of the tea options online are very popular and may sell out quickly. This year, I stocked up on our favorites to ensure that we will have enough to last while I am traveling and through newly available summer activities. When an item or packaging option is out of stock the company will let me know and I can place a separate order for a different type of available packaging for the flavor that I want. For instance, sometimes the refill bags are out of stock and I will need to purchase teabags or tea canisters instead. The notification emails are timely And my products arrive quickly and well packed.

  This is entirely a problem with FedEx; the order was out the door from Palais des Thes very quickly. Then, following the order at FedEx, we saw is stopping and transferring at 7 or 8 points across the country. In all it took over a week to arrive. In all, Palais was not well served by FedEx. I would also suggest you offer an expedited delivery service in addition to Standard.

  placing an online order through the site doesn't always work. i've had issues trying to place an order and the site just buffers after adding an item in my cart. i've had to close my browser and pull up the page a couple of times to place an order.

  I am allergic to certain pesticides and sensitive to tea leaves so I had to learn to browse “organic” and “ infusion” to find selections I can drink. Now that I have learned those words, browsing the website is easy. Delivery was quick. The tea cans are beautiful. One of my cans was dented a bit, but it’s still very pretty and easy to store. Not all the teas are available in sachets but I have found tea brews just as well in a reusable mesh coffee filter. I am very pleased with the refill and packaging options. I have already recommended the site to others and I usually give away the samples I can’t drink.

  Great company and products. Before ordering with this company I contacted a top of the line editor that writes about teas and nutria and they said that I have found a very credible company to order teas from. I commit myself to doing a lot of research regarding any products, vitamins, teas etc… I order from. Integrity and performing my own due diligence is very important to me. Anyone can market well but it’s the quality and purity that’s important. I’m a ongoing established customer forever now.
