  Their website offers a nice selection of good quality products (at least in my opinion, I'm not an expert). The product I ordered was delivered in time and the courier left the product at the front door. Overall I had no problems with Palais des Thes and I would say it's an excellent place to buy tea and other related products online.

  I love Palais des thes and order frequently. This time I did 4 stars because we never got our free items that we were supposed to get with the Black Friday sale. I emailed them and they said they shipped them but we still have yet to receive them. Other than that, I love them. They are my favorite teas.

  The selection of teas has no equals. I wish they would sells 500gr packages (like they do on the EU version). Delivery was quick, but the padding could be improved. Some of the cans took a couple of hits.

  Let’s start with the positive. Their teas are superb, and the website is excellent. Now for the bad. They say you will get a shipping notification but with three separate orders. I never received any. I then had to call the office in NYC and they would apologize. Ultimately the order would arrive sometimes as late as 15 business days after I placed the order

  Not only is the website clean, organized, and has a great selection of tea. But the tea itself is fantastic! Their Chai Imperial is my go to drink every morning and Palais des Thés is the best and only place that has this fantastic blend of tea. 10/10 have and will recommend to anyone who asks where to buy good tea.

  The packaging is lovely and the tea leaves -- thick and well formed show that they are sourced with care. I find the various blends slightly weak in body and flavor, but it's possible that my teanlove is pre-disposed towards the thick and malty. The advent calendars are beautiful and the packaging of the various teas is lovely. Treat yourself to some big Ben tea bags if you are traveling. They do feel like a luxury.
