  I ordered an advent tea calendar and was so pleased with the quality and variety in it! It came in in the time frame promised and was thoroughly enjoyed by my adult children. I ordered two teas in larger quantities because they are so good - one for an iced tea and the another reminded me so much a tea my grandmother and I used to enjoy when I was young.

  Good experience ordering but shipping is a little slow. However, most tea companies don't have fast shipping so it is comparable to other brands. Selection of teas and quality of the tea bags themselves is exceptional.

  I love your advent calendar and the teas are exquisite. Oddly, the teas I love the most do not seem to be available in bulk, only in the advent calendar. So I ordered some advents for my family, but apparently it wasn't clear to the recipient who the teas were from! She had to email the company to find out!

  Things took a while to ship but I'd give them a little leeway as it is the holiday season. It is weird to have to request tracking. I've had tea from Palais Des Thés before and it was nice, but the blends I ordered were wrong somehow. I normally like the types of tea I purchased but there was something very off about both bags of tea and I did not find them to my taste.

  Not the greatest experience. My order didn't ship for almost 2 weeks, probably because one tea was out of stock - though the website didn't say so and the item was successfully added to my order, Eventually, they shipped the order without that tea and refunded its cost. I wish they would have contacted me with some options, instead - I 'd rather have selected something else, particularly since I was trying to use up the remaining amount on a gift card and now I'm left with an awkward $20 dollars or so. Once they actually got the order sent, it did arrive in one day. An additional nuisance is that there was no information on the invoice about the one item being out of stock, just a cryptic pen mark next to it, and I was left guessing whether it was accidentally left out, to be sent later, cancelled, or ... ? I called their customer service phone number on the invoice, but this just took me to an automated message which said to use their email - why even include a phone number in that case? I did get a message the next day saying that the tea was out of stock and the money refunded. Though whether that was in reply to my email or would have been sent anyway is anybody's guess.
