  Everything about Palais des Thés is reliable. I choose the teas that I want through tasting them on the Advent Calendars and via the samplers in the metal tubes. If I like a tea, I then order it. I would recommend the teas to friends who enjoy tea drinking. Your teas are really special.

  Absolutely the FINEST, most LUSCIOUS curation of specialty teas. I placed my first order several years ago, having read rave reviews of Palais de Thés in the New York Times. I remain loyal with utter satisfaction with all selections. The rooibos varieties are my favorites, the blends / flavors phenomenal!

  My fiance and I were really impressed with the wide selection of teas, and the quality of tease. Not only was this a great opportunity to introduce us to the company's offerings, it open our eyes to what tea could be. I recently placed an order on your site based on what we tried in the Advent calendar. Our local tea shop couldn't replicate your quality. The only downside is that we are left with 24 tiny tins, and I'm not sure how to best repurpose them. I would appreciate it if the company offered some kind of return option. Nespresso sends their customers pre-labeled bags for USPS drop off. I would gladly send these tins back if I knew they were being repurposed, recycled, or reused. I am interested in purchasing another Advent calendar for 2023 if it becomes available, my only hang up is the tins. If there is a solution, please advise. Thanks! -Kelsie

  A friend got me into this tea from Rodeo Drive several years ago. To not have to trek all the way there from Orange County, I started to order it online. But that required duty and shipping costs that were pretty hefty. I am so glad that shipping is free and no duty. I like the tea a lot, obviously and went to the store in Paris in 2014. The selection on line is just as good as that in store.

  While I love Palais des Thes, I don’t like that tracking can’t be provided when ordering in the USA. Having to make a phone call to get tracking information doesn’t seem very modern. I gifted tea to a family member, and thankfully they let me know when it arrived.

One request: Please replace the individual plastic sachet packets with something more environmentally friendly.   Love this tea brand but customer service could be better. I placed an order recently and used a promo code to receive a wellness kit. I wanted to apply another promo code a first where they were offering to gift matcha chocolates and teacup for Valentines Day but code did not work at time of purchase, so I used another one instead (the wellness kit). When I received my order, there was no wellness kit inside. I thought initially that maybe it would be shipped separately but then decided to email the brand to check. I was told that they had run out of that particular offer and I was given $5 instead. I thought that they could have sent instead the Valentines Day gift if available or something else.
