  The teas are great and I love them but the delivery took a long time and I did not receive updates with when my order was going to be delivered. The package just appeared in my building but it could have been lost had I not checked constantly. Palais des thes should have better delivery secured services.

  Palais des Thes has fulfilled all my orders. They carry an amazing variety of tea that is very high quality and packaged supurbly. The only downside is that they are located on the East coast so it takes a bit of time for my tea to arrive.

  I have been a loyal customer for years, but over the past year I have found the flavor and quality of your teas to be inconsistent from order to order, batch to batch, tea bag to loose tea. The very same tea tastes different and not always as good depending on these variables. It’s been very perplexing and frustrating.

  I am so happy to have come across this company that produces such quality tea. As someone new that is expanding into mid to high end authentic tea I have to say that this was a perfect start. My first order I ended up getting about 7. Each just sounded like a piece of heaven and I couldn’t be more happy. The taste is spot on on all of them. Rich smell, every time I open a bag it’s a delicious aroma that bursts. I am now going to transition into loose leaf in cans. But I did the bags for my first order to try before committing. I haven’t finished my first order and I’m about to set my second one.

  There was a long time during the COVID nightmare where the Palais des Thes website wouldn't let me reset my password so I could gain access to my account but it is all working now. We absolutely LOVE the Grand Yunnan tea! And pretty much every other tea they have for that matter. I recommend them to shops that we visit since almost every other tea out there is literally inferior.

  I love Palais Des Thes. It is the best tea I have ever had. I thought I was in heaven when I first tried Big Ben. They have an excellent selection of teas. I love their detox teas as well. I can't wait to try them all! I only buy my tea now from Palais Des Thes. I loved my gift of the holiday calendar which gave me an excellent way to try a variety of their teas.

Chichi contacted me immediately - we emailed back and forth several times and my order was promptly updated and taken care of. She was wonderful! My order arrived correctly and very quickly. I first tried your tea at a Paris Baquette cafe location. It was so delicious that I decided to visit your website and order a few boxes for myself. So glad I did! The quality of your teas is absolutely amazing. I ordered the Tahitian Rooibos on a whim and it's been my absolute favorite! I love the cotton material of the tea bag - I feel like I get a much richer flavor when brewing. Will be ordering again soon! Bonnie

  i know the website well enough that I can generally find what I want. I think when I first started using it some of the filters were not as helpful as they could have been. At first when Palais Des Thes opened their U.S. shop, I was very disappointed in the service relative to their European site, shipping of packages, etc. Either I've gotten used to it or it's gotten better over the years, but it seems fairly good to me now. Certainly the shipping and packaging seems better than when it started out and I generally get my order quickly.
