  I'm ordering this team for couple of years now, it always feels 'unfair' (even if it's not), when I got just 3 samples of tea, despite my order. I tried 2-5-8 pack of tea and it's still just 3 samples :) Most of the times I don't drink them, but it's always concerns me. Thank you and keep it up!

  The product itself I was fully satisfied with. The purchase experience, however, was less than ideal. While I received a confirmation that my order was placed, I never received a notice that my order was shipped. This resulted in me frequently checking the website to check the status of my order. The page that shows my tracking number is also a bit of a hassle to get through, needing to go through multiple links.

  I love the different teas I have received from PDT. I'm so impatient in the morning I seldom steep the tea the recommended time, but I get two cups from a thimble-full of leaves. For new loose tea drinkers: I recommend the screen that sits on top of the cup rather than a tea ball. It is MUCH easier to use and clean.

  The tea has doubled in price over the past 1-2 years. It was my favorite but I've had to start looking elsewhere and I found a few candid replacements that weren't quite as bitter. The company itself has a lot of ups and downs with rapid expansion to other countries and then rapidly closing again. It makes me wonder if they are trying to recoup costs by overcharging for tea.

  I purchased 2 Miko Glass teapots to replace one recently broken that I had for 16 years, these are not the real Miko teapots but a poor quality fake of the original Trendglas Miko teapot. They are so bold to not rename the product which leads one to feeling deceived. Palais des Thes offered to take them back, but only if unopened. How would one know it's not the real item without opening, plus the restocking fee and shipping to return would not make the endeavour worthwhile. Palais des Thes used to carry the real Miko teapot but is now making cheap copies. Be careful when shopping. They have not responded to my follow up email.
