  You have the best teas I've ever had. The quality of your teas is superb and the flavors are incredible. I've tried several ones, but my very favorite is the du hammam. Your customer service is very professional and polite when I've contacted them. Besides it is very important to me that your teas are naturally produced and that you are commited to environmentaly sustainable practices.

  Every interaction with Palais des Thés has been a positive experience. My tea pot is beautiful and functional, and both teas I ordered were complex, exquisite, and perfectly cured. I highly recommend them to both those new to tea, and those who have enjoyed it for decades. If you are new to tea, definitely compare the offerings of Palais to offerings from cheaper and more accessible tea options for an excellent crash course in differences in quality among loose leaf teas. You won’t be disappointed by anything they offer. Their imperial Pu Erh is a wonderful strong tea after a rich breakfast, and I enjoy genmaicha Yama in the afternoons as a lighter relaxation sip after a light lunch. They have a customer for life in me.

  I store my jasmine tea in a medium-size Palais des Thes tin (the characteristic green one), so the dollhouse-size version is adorable! And the quality of your jasmine tea is consistently superb.
