  I ordered teas for myself and had some delivered to a colleague. I love the flavors and look forward to buying more. The shipment update emails were not prompt though so I wasn't sure when I would receive my order -- but my order came within 5 days of placing the order and my colleague got his about a week after the order.

  I first tried Thé des Moines at Citarella and loved it. Then I tried Thé des Lordes and loved that too! But then Citarella discontinued the entire Palais des Thés--line. Bought some loose Thé des Lordes at Bloomingdale's and was all right for a while. But loose tea is messy. I wanted tea bags so ultimately I ordered des Moines online and all is well. But would like a retail outlet for it

  The delivery really has room to improve... I received the calendar completely smashed shoved in a ups box without any protection. Called and asked for a replacement sent the first back with a prepaid slip (good point for that) the person one the phone said she would add a note"" for precaution

  Palais des thés was my favourite tea brand when I was living in France. I had a little bug with the website as I couldn't see if my order was processed but I received in 8 days. I love the smell and the taste of the tea especially Green tea. It has full leaves real pieces of dried fruits and flowers. I love the complimentary tea you also have inside the parcel.

  Rooibos has been my favorite tea for years. I just tried the PDT Rooibos du Hamman and it is wonderful! So soothing and delicious. I also ordered the two Paris teas Paris for Her and Paris for Him. The Paris for Her is exquisite and I know my son-in-law will like the Paris for Him. PDT sent a sample of the Vanilla Rooibos and I think that will be in my next order - very delicious!

  I love your teas. Its quality fresh and aromatic leaves brew several delicious cups that are enjoyed on a daily basis. It is always a pleasure to peruse the diverse flavors but make sure to order before your supply ends because it can take a few days to get your order.
