  I have been a long time Palais des Thés customer but out of curiosity decided to try some new tea companies advertised on Facebook. In comparison I was extremely disappointed with all three of them. I placed an order with Palais des Thés last week and feel no other company rivals the taste and quality of their tea. I won’t feel the need to order from anywhere else in the future.

  Was somewhat disappointed that the packaging has changed from my initial purchase of the same product. This is because one of my boxes is intended as a gift. As long as what in inside is of the same quality that is what will determine further purchases.

  If there was a perfect tea this would be it! The aroma just overwhelms you even when just open the package. The taste of the tea is always spot on the blends have a perfect balance of flavors with no one flavor dominating the whole experience.

  Product options are easy to navigate. Fast shipping from the time you place order. Overall very satisfied. I have been buying tea from Palais des Thés for the past few years and I have been very happy with them. I have recommended to several of my friends since they all ask where I get my teas from.

  The customer service at Palais des Thes is more than excellent. I ship tea to Canada and have only ever had one problem which was not the fault of Palais des Thes but the shipping during the COVID. The new ice tea blends definitely quinch our thirst and they are delicious. One free summer item arrived broken due to a lack of packing or mishandling by the delivery people hence the 4/5.

  Their tea is the best their service superlative I had an issue with their online ordering process and sent a email on Friday before July 4th. I had few expectations of getting an answer before the end of the long weekend. Their customer care representative called at 7pm that day and resolved the issue on the spot.   I particularly love the variety of herb based tea of Palais Des Thes. They have the fragrance no other brands of tea have. Especially the Christmas tea the Scandinavian Detox and the Herbriste.

  The company’s tea is always good but in this case the delivery was horrible. I was notified by FedEx that my package has been shipped and looking at the route it took it went all over the US including from Illinois to Texas on the way to San Francisco from New York. I don’t understand why. And when it was delivered it was delivered in the UPS box. Does FedEx now use USPS boxes?

  I discovered Palais des Thés when visiting New York. I have since ordered tea from them several times. They do a great job though I will say I was kept almost TOO informed of the status of my order! It arrived timely and of course their tea is exceptional.
