  I tried to use my store credit on this order. I pressed the spot to apply the store credit. It disappeared. I was back on the order page and it was not applied. I responded to the order email which has worked previously. It did not. I love the tea. I've not been able to fix the Mr. attached to my name which is a Ms. But that brings me levity at least.

  This is the best tea you can buy easily in the US. Mariage freres ships to the US but I’ve found most of the Palais des Thes teas are comparable (both are excellent). Mariage Freres has a bigger selection and fancier tea ware. For special teas like green tea (including matcha gyokuru) neither is as good as eat Ippodo. I order from Palais des thes every week or two.

  The tea is great and shipping fairly quick. However many of the items are not available in the USA even ones that were previously sold here. They are still available on the European site. Very poor supply chain management no excuse for that in 2020 deaf ears when it comes to addressing customer requests.

  My wife is a hard core tea lover and I thought I was taking a bit of a risk picking anything in this area on my own. I did not need to worry because she loved the tea cup and the whole family has enjoyed both teas. One of the tins was a bit dented but all the goods were hits.
