  In the middle of a Pandemic especially hard hit NYC while California was told to stay at home....   The website is really slow took me over 2 hours to place this order(Also placed 2 orders in March 2020 and thankfully Charlotte helped me placing the orders without hustle after hours trying to place it online....1. Added items in card and prompted me that I can’t proceed because some items are unavailable without pointing which and after I went to pick up another item my cart got deleted).

  The teas are excellent However many items that are routinely available in Europe stores and on the European ordering website are unavailable to the United States These were originally sold here but not now. The company needs to get its supply chain act together and make all its products available to those that wish to purchase them here even if a slight delay is required for delivery.

  I was given excellent t advice from your customer service representative. I have since forgotten her name however she was very helpful in finding t's that would be to my liking. I like floral tees in the green variety. I am especially fond of your Jasmine green tea. But I'm finding that I'm liking some of the other floral teas that are in your 5 sampler box.   I’m a dedicated and loyal customer and the tea is always wonderful. The only difference in this particular experience was there were quite a few teas I wanted to try that were out of stock and most importantly there were two that I ordered that came in tins instead of the pouches like I ordered this made storage difficult and I wish I was warned that pouches weren’t available.

  We ordered a significant amount of tea and were very excited to receive it - unfortunately when FedEx said it had been delivered it actually had not. I contacted Palais Des Thes and within a few hours had a personal phone call from the company and a new shipment on the way A+ customer service The new shipment was successfully delivered and we are enjoying it VERY MUCH
