  The teas are excellent highly recommend them. Especially the Jardin Tropical and Andalusian Garden. I only wish that the samples they send reflect the teas ordered. I much prefer herbal teas than the black or green teas. It would give me a better chance to try different herbal teas.

  I love the teas of The Palais des Thes USA and I am a long-term customer. However this time my experience is very bad with the delivery.   I am very embarrassed that I do not recall the Most Lovely Woman who helped me. I made 2 small orders . I sent an email because I had trouble having the very kind discount offer apply. She called me quickly to not only explain it was because the first order did not meet the requirements but she then combined the orders gave me the discount as well as free shipping.I was incredible

  Honestly as great as the actual tea is the website is equally bad. The site kept changing languages on me removing the items I had searched for not responding etc. It was a very 'pre-Amazon' experience and joked to my wife that the entire experience set e-commerce back at least 15 years. On the other hand the tea itself is incredibly good. Tropical Garden is the best I've ever had.

  The tea bags sachets are nice looking but they leave little pieces of string in your cup. I ordered last year and it was the same thing. I was hoping it was just a fluke but unfortunately I found the same thing with all of the tea bags I ordered. The actual tea is great but hard to enjoy when you are searching for floating bits of the string in your drink. If you order only buy the bulk tea.

That one is easy But I want to commend Charlotte a customer service woman who was of enormous help to me My order was complicated and she worked very hard to complete my order I even received a phone call from her twice which I did not ask for....and several follow up emails...to make sure my order was complete.
