  My tea can is scratched and a bit dented I wanted to try the loose tea before buy more to gift during the holidays.I contacted the Co-Founder/CEO who I met at the Bernardaud NYC event last month I have not received a reply. I will assume her office has not replied on her behalf I will not be purchasing anymore until the problem is addressed.

  I ordered tea this summer and was sent loose tea instead of tea bags. I contacted customer service and sent back the order with the wrong item. I never received my correct order and just decided to give up. Most recently I ordered my tea on your website and did receive the correct order very promptly. So except for my unfortunate experience this summer I am happy with the customer service.

  One of the teas opened during delivery and spilled all over in the box. I think it was defective packaging maybe because it wasn't sealed at the top like the others. I just put the tea back in the container and it was fine just wanted to notify the company for future customers.

  I would give this company a ZERO if I could 2 wks to receive my order Fedex. When I received my order it was WRONG Only received half of the items I called customer service NO ONE answered any time of day or any extensions. Emails say they will respond in 2-3 days What kind of service is this in this day & age.This is unforgivable. Products are good but I will order from others

  Beyond the fact that I was thrilled to get my favorite tea found after receiving a gift from France I was impressed with how nicely the teas were packed. They came neatly wrapped in tissue paper inside another tissue. A welcome touch in the world of cardboard box delivery.

  The teas a excellent fresh and flavorful. The customer service is almost abysmal. Sometimes the website for ordering is not user friendly so a telephone call is required. A human doesn't answer the phone making it necessary to leave a return call message which sometimes never happens. I am still waiting for a call with the mailing address to return tea sent in error.

  You sent me tea leaves instead of the tea bags I ordered. I tried calling your office in NY and couldn't reach anyone. I sent the tea back with a note hoping you'd exchange the tea leaves for tea bags. In the end I ordered the tea on Amazon
