  Excellent quality tea. I have been a big fan since my expat experience a decade ago in France. Although your New York shop closed down due to difficulties..... I HIGHLY suggest exploring opening a shop in Greenwich CT. There are a lot of French and Europeans in this area who like me...are big fans of your products and tea in general.

  I'm still waiting to hear from customer service. I called Friday June 21st around 430 pm to let your customer service rep know I have not received my order. She explained she would contact fed ex because it showed the tea was delivered on Tuesday June 17th.

  The tea is great. Blue of London is probably the best Earl Gray I've ever had. Customer service is terrible though. I didn't receive some tea sachets I had ordered sent a couple emails asking what happened. Both were ignored.

  The website is easy to navigate and very user friendly with excellent descriptions of the products.   Thé du Hammam I have found nothing like it. There is a subtle fragrance--not quite sweet barely flowery--that complements rather than overpowering the taste which is quite simply beautiful. Also love the Thé de Moines which is equally inventive. I have tried a few examples of their sencha and they were all of excellent quality but quite pricey. I may stick with the range at my local shop :)
