  Poor packing of the items placed in the box. No packing material or protection placed in box. Just the items were present in the box so they could bounce around and bang against each other. Prior order was similar with broken glass that essentially had no protection.

  The order was filled and delivered very quickly. I have not tasted all teas that I ordered but of the ones I have tasted I am very pleased. The packaging does not rely on too much plastic (although there is some) which I concerns me.

  I placed my order 10 days ago. Received my confirmation email but that’s all. I have yet to receive my items or even a shipping notice. I have reached out 3 times and no reply back. Very poor service which is a shame for such great products. Very disappointed.

  The website is very difficult to navigate. The teas are hard to find I can’t reorder from. A previous order without the site crashing. When I try to re-direct the delivery location the site refused the info. When I sent a message to redirect the delivery I got no response. I ended up having to have it mailed twice - hardly cost effective. But I love the proguct.

  I love love love the tea I receive from Palais Des Thes. The order too a week to get here which is not a huge amount of time but as I was going through tea withdrawals it seemed a long time. Customer service is a moot point as I placed the order on-line and I had no interaction with anyone though I did receive e-mail updates as to when my order shipped. Great tea

  An initial delivery inadvertently left out one item on my order. It is easy to be in touch with Customer Service and they were very apologetic about missing one time and very quickly and nicely worked out the situation. I will definitely continue ordering from them. They seem to be a very nice professional company.

  Customer service representatives requires to answer phone calls and e-mail the client for follow up of orders as promptly as possible. Maybe there was a staffing issue in NY office. Orders placed on Jan. 14 has no follow up until someone picked up the phone on Jan. 18 and started explaining. However the promise of delivery was not fulfilled at the same time. Another waiting period begins....

  Highest quality loose teas I've ever found in the U.S. Definitely best black teas i've ever tasted anywhere in their Darjeeling Margaret's Hope and St. James OP Website is super easy to use and shipping has always arrived within one week.   Was sent loose tea instead of tea bags. Earl grey. No one has responded when I told them. Ordered tea bags(for travel) . I checked my order online and confirmed it was tea bags checked the invoice slip and it said loose tea. So what now? No one will respond

  I placed an order and paid for 2 day shipping. Never got a shipping notice never got a response to the 2 emails I sent inquiring about my order. Was unable to track my order from the website. No delivery update no customer service no product as of today. I will never use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone.
