  My wife and I had an excellent experience with northAmerican Moving Services. We found our Relocation Consultant communicative and easy to work with when getting a quote, our Move Plan Coordinator responsive, and the movers on both ends of our trip to be professional, skilled, and trustworthy. Our belongings were handled with care and delivered to us in great condition. Thank you!

  Salesman lied many times. Ask specific questions for everything. He asked for all of the details of my husbands car for transport and the day of moving told us sorry to book our own service and he was out of a car for a week. This was only one example. Would not recommend. Hired movers were great, but salesman lied.

  Our driver and packers were fantastic but the communication with the office was a disaster. Our movers did not show up in the scheduled day and no one from the office contacted us and I had to call them. All I was told is that there was a mix up and they had no driver for us. This was TWO days before our closing!!!! They did have a driver the following day who did an outstanding job. However, the person that estimated our weight of goods did a poor job and our weight was over the limit for what the driver could carry. They had to leave part of our load in GA and it took nearly a month to get the remainder delivered. Again, it was poor communication from the office staff and multiple calls and emails from our part to get things handled. Oh would never recommend this company to anyone.

  With the exception of a minor delay caused by a truck repair the crew did a great job on both pack and unload. Very friendly and helpful. They treated our stuff as if it was their own.

  Terrible. Truck was 5 days late causing all kinds of out of pocket expense. Never got calls with updates, always had to call and find info. Movers unloading truck didn’t reassemble ANYTHING. Worldwide Moving Systems is full of liars. No calls back to try to make our issues right.

  Service through the experience was very good. The moving crew was very nice and helpful. We did have an issue on moving day that was out of everyone's hands in that there was a wind and dust storm with gusts over 70mph for most of the day. Given that the gentlemen had great difficulty and lost a few pieces the effort probably should have been suspended and some safety review might be helpful.

  Smooth move on both ends. The packers did an exceptional job. Everything arrived in one piece. The team that unloaded was very professional. When a box was briefly missing, everyone looked for it. I am pleased with the North American team. The team that packed my art put two pieces in one crate. I paid for all my art to be crated separately. That was the only frustration.

  Services were priced a little on the higher end but we figured you pay for what you get so we still chose to go with North American. At the beginning there was great communication, however there were delays with little communication where I had to keep calling to find updates. Multiple items were missing (half of a sectional couch) and broken (both from while in storage and from assembly at location). The inventory was all messed up so it made it virtually impossible to know if more was left behind. They were only 2 guys that showed up to move our stuff in so it took 8 hours. My point of contact was made aware on delivery day of all the issues and after a few days of not hearing from her with next steps and when my couch could be found and delivered, i decided to call. Left a voicemail and still after one week no response. Now that it’s been almost two weeks and have unpacked and gone through everything and will be filing claims for missing and damaged items. Let’s hope I don’t have as much headaches resolving these issues with the claims people.

  The move was seamless from beginning to end. My move coordinator, Ian, was spot on with his estimated weight. My driver, Dennis, was beyond spectacular. So much so, I still chat with him to make sure he’s doing well during the holidays. Fantastic move!!!!

  Larry Corley and Cynthia Wright with the Beltman Group out of Atlanta are amazing. It was the most stress free move we’ve ever had. Communication was off the charts. They stuck to their schedule and answered any questions see might have asap. Our driver, Kirk and his co-pilot Justin were the best movers we’ve ever had. They handled our times with such great care. They arrived when they said they would and had great communication throughout the entire move. I can’t say enough positive things about Larry from the Beltman Group out of Atlanta, our driver, his crew, and northAmerican Moving. I highly recommend.

  Service was outstanding! Ian took care of us from start to finish. We had multiple changes and he was very understanding and made everything so easy. Charles and Joe were awesome moving us. They came in on a mission. They took the stress out of moving. We sat back and watched them go to work. The only thing we had to do was tell them what goes. The best movers ever. I would recommend them again and again.

  All around great service! Raymond Apo did our virtual assessment and was great. Our driver, Tim, was very professional and knew what he was doing. My parents are in the process of moving and they will be using this company because how great they have been! Pricing is very fair. Differently will be using them in the future!

  Service was generally very good. There were a few issues with the transfer process with L&J. About 20-30 items and boxes were not numbered at all and that's why the three stars. But the long distance driver, Peter was fantastic, as was the crew he hired in Texas.

  I have moved multiple times in my life, so my opinion on this company is solid and authentic. We have used A-1 Freeman twice, and BOTH moves were by far the best we have ever experienced. This last move was the premiere example. My team, led by Mark Waller, Nona, and Maegan went above and beyond to guide me through the process. But my moving team Valentin, Juan, and Charlie, were the most hard working and efficient team I have EVER experienced! They had my belonging loaded safely and in record time. They unloaded me at my new destination with the same consistency of service. A-1 should be very proud of how these individuals performed and represented the company. I highly recommend this team to anyone in the DFW and surrounding area..

  Two of the three packers did a poor job, nearly five hour gap from 3pm to 8pm while crew was gone, many items "packed" upon the packers return were merely dumped into boxes, it was less than efficent and less than professional

  North American Tustin, CA was very responsive. They provided a very thorough quote that was reasonable for our California to Florida move. Two weeks out we needed to change the date by a couple of days due to our closing and they took care of us. They showed up right on time for the loading and gave us an estimated delivery day when they pulled out of the driveway. They were right on schedule and called ahead to give us an update. They were very professional. We had heard stories of mover cancellations and delays -- NOT with North American. They were great! We would highly recommend the North American Tustin group.

  The move coordinator was nice and seems competent. The individual who first came to the house to give an estimate was nice, too. One of the issues I have is the pricing. It seemed to change at various times. Of course, we changed the instructions a couple of times, too. So, this might have contributed to the issue on pricing. The packers were pleasant and seem to know their jobs, although one packed and talked on her cell phone a lot of the time. Just a distraction, no real affect in the packing. The movers seemed to be competent, too. The driver of the 18 wheeler was very competent. Overall, not a bad experience.

  Was very satisfied with North American Van Lines service. The moving van lines truck and moving crew arrived on time to load our household goods.. They were very professional, put down cardboard on wooden floors and plastic runners on carpets. Same for unloading our household goods.

  Everything went like clockwork! From the pickup to delivery, it went according to the schedule. Brian and Amanda were gems to work with. Always answered calls and emails in a timely matter. Drivers on both ends were very polite and careful with our home goods. Yes, I would recommend them if asked.

  The company we dealt with preparing and delivering our move was amazing. It was Shoreline moving. The only reason i didn’t give 5 stars is the warehouse where our furniture was stored for three months.They really banged it up. Lots of scratches and some end tables broken. Still in the process of dealing with it I am sure it will be resolved.

  Everyone we worked with at North American Moving Services was very friendly and professional. From the initial contact through the packing and loading in Columbus, OH to the delivery in Madeira Beach, FL, we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The driver and packers arrived as scheduled. Everything was packed well and arrived safely on the date promised. We would use again and recommend.

  Terrible, no sense of urgency or care. NA Moving only wants money. Little to no interest in doing a good job for the customer. Documents were not sent in a timely manner, which ended up costing me over $400 which I would not have paid had I known about the amount of the charge before the movers did the work. So much damage to many personal items. Treadmill unusable upon delivery. TV and lock box completely ruined. Unbelievable amount to f damage. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Don't deserve the one star.

  The movers and driver were great. Moved across the country a 3bd household. Unlike others, they did not require a shuttle truck to intermediate load/unload and load/unload household twice which means less wear/tear on my belongings. Also they are not brokers but manage the complete move, which is also a great advantage because you deal directly with North American instead of 3rd party contractors.

  While the staff is very nice, communication was very poor and critical information was not shared across all parties. This made our move unecessarily difficult, and for the first time after moving many, many times over the years, we had several damaged items, including furniture.

  It was a good experience using North American Van Lines. Francisco was very friendly and helpful. I liked it thst Francisco picked up my treasured belongings in Ca and delivered them to me in NY. There was no damage and my stuff arrived within the designated window. I would highly recommend them and Executive Moving Services.

  Truck driver, Bill Gordon is a very organized person. The packing teams were excellent. Eric Fletcher from University Moving Company kept in touch with me to make sure everything is in track.

  Jenny was really helpful as our moving coordinator. She was extremely responsive and really cared about our experience. The Tampa based movers were awful. They really did not seem to care about our furniture nor making us feel comfortable that our things would be safe. One of the three movers really cared, but the other two were not very good. One smelled like alcohol as well. The movers in NYC were amazing and did an excellent job of taking care of our furniture and respecting our home.
