  Peters Gordon (and his crews) made this experience the BEST moving experience I have ever had in my 43 years (and I’ve easily moved 15 times). They were 5 standard deviations better than the best movers I’ve ever had. In the top .0000000001% of movers on earth. We were in a very stressful situation with my daughter needing to be hospitalized and the two of us staying behind as our belongings were moved across the country. I’m in awe of his heart-felt support, deep expertise, intense hard work, and “we’ll figure it out” with-a-smile, no-stress approach. It’s no wonder he won driver of the year. More like driver and team of the century! ??

  From the quote through to delivery this experience was superb. Kevin efficiently assessed our needs, responded immediately to questions, and quickly provided a quote for services. Our driver Delono was a top notch professional. Both his loading and his unloading crews worked quickly and carefully to get our belongings into the truck and then into our new home. He and his crew were pleasant and knowledgeable. Delono kept us fully informed during his trans-continental drive and exceeded our expectations. It was a great pleasure to work with the Colonial/North American team.

  This was great experience from from load to unload. The truck arrived 1 day after I I arrived. Both men were extremely friendly, and great workers. They took wonderful care of my household goods. The driver did a wonderful job of driving into tight spaces. Thank you so much. They even were able to able to change dates on short notice.

  The customer service we experienced from the initial quote through Mark to the support of Lisa and the extreme professionalism and care we received from our driver Neil was outstanding. This was our first long- distance move and this team answered all of our questions and took exceptional care of our belongings. I would recommend this team to anyone!

  I was very nervous about coordinating a cross-country move and finding a trustworthy company to do so, but University Moving and Storage was the perfect choice! Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. Better yet, they had the most reasonable pricing of all of the companies I contacted! And far and above offered the most comprehensive services, and good quality. Julie did a great job making sure all of the details were taken care of. The driver did get delayed a bit on his way down, but he stayed in communication with us and still arrived within the estimated window. Both loading and unloading went faster than I expected.

  Overall good experience from the time I put in a request for an estimate to the actually delivery of my items. ShoreView was the first company to contact me and Rick Condon who provided the estimate took the time to explain the process to me. It was his thoroughness that became the deciding factor in going with ShoreView over the other two companies. His estimate also was spot on in terms of my actual weight. My coordinator Wendy Shuma also did an excellent job keeping me informed and making sure the process went smoothly. My delivery occurred a day early, which was nice. Dave, the driver, and the two helpers were professional and did an excellent job. My only minor complaint was the way the packers seemed to deliberately overuse paper and tape to pack things to ensure the number of boxes packed met the estimate. I had boxes filled with excess paper and bubble wrap and ironically the few things broken thus far were from the packers, not what I actually packed myself with far less paper/boxes. They also should have put two pictures per box vice one. We also had an issue reassembling my tv, which the packers took apart in a vet odd way. It no longer swivels but otherwise is ok. Overall though I am very pleased with ShoreView/North American and will recommend them to others.

  I will rate the service and performance of Mr Casey Kalma (truck driver/mover) and his two assistants as excellent. They were efficient, quick, helpful and very courteous when they brought my belongings yesterday (Nov 25). With respect to the collection of my personal belongings in Idaho last May, while the local staff were efficient and helpful, I only learned this week that they severely damaged my sofa while moving it after it was collected at my house, and did not inform me. I am not happy about that. Thanks.

  Richard could not have been any better. The only thing I found stressful is that my printer was not working. When the paperwork was sent to me and I filled it out, it was list on your end so I had to find someone to print it for me and mail it again.

  Excellent and efficient service rendered by very pleasant representatives all the way through the process. Trevon and Eric could not have been more cooperative or harder-working. My first contact -Kaila - was very helpful and informative and stayed with me all the way through the process even though she was the estimator and not support staff. Linda V. was very cordial and kept me well informed as the process took place plus being readily available when I had questions. All in all they made what I expected to be a nerve-wracking experience that I dreaded much more do-able than I thought was possible— and for a very acceptable price. I strongly recommend both the Las Vegas affiliate (Capitol) and North American Van Lines.

  Carlos and crew did an awesome job packing, loading and unloading all of our stuff. Even with an unexpected delay, our items were delivered within the promised window. They were careful, meticulous and such a pleasure to work with. I wasn't sure what to expect when picking a mover based on what you read in some reviews, but, North American was the right choice.

  We contracted with Redman/North American for our cross country move from Utah to Orlando, FL and our experience from start to finish could not have been better. Lennon did an excellent and accurate job estimating the load for us. The movers, Frank and his son Austin, were spectacular! I've never seen such care used to meticulously wrap each piece that went on the truck. They were clean and courteous, punctual on arrival and exactly as promised on the delivery end. Not a scratch! Would highly recommend.

  Really nice experience with the Advance folks. Julie, our sales contact, was so helpful and honest. Great coordination and communication with pleasant team that brought a positive attitude to our home. Move included plenty of furniture, art, a golf cart, so many boxes including many well packed breakables. We had very very few issues particularly given the volume involved. We can highly recommend Advance to handle your move.

  The Beltmann group was great! I was given a reasonable delivery window, and the movers arrived on time for pick up and drop off. Final cost was much less than I expected which showed true integrity. Definitely will be using them again in the future!

  Packing was superior. We may not have unpacked everything, but so far so good. Delivery was timely and movers were friendly and respectful. Very conscientious not to damage the walls. Floors were prepped for workers to walk on.

  The site coordinator was helpful in answering all my questions. The pick-up team was respectful, professional and showed care with our belongings when moving out of the house. They put down floor protection/coverings, was quick in moving items out of the house. There was a miscommunication with an item that was not supposed to be picked up however, the company was quick to remedy the situation by paying us to purchase that item in the new location. The drop-off was very smooth, there was an issue with additional help to unload the truck as they did not show, but, the household belongings still made it off the truck. The drop-off driver was professional, respectful and was very nice. I would recommend this moving company and plan on using them again. Issues did occur but the company was quick to resolve and make right.

  From pricing our quote to packing to loading, driving and unloading, everyone was polite, courteous, thorough, very friendly and communicative! They worked with us for our delivery date since we couldn’t make it up to our new home right away and had to request to delay our delivery slightly due to the holiday when other companies that quoted us for the move would not work with us. Joe and his team were awesome. We highly recommend Beltmann/North American services!

  We were very pleased with Buckeye Moving an both their crews in Ohio and Okla. All were very polite an hard workers. They were very careful with our belongings arrived on time at both place. We would recommend them to anyone moving.

  We were very pleased with the service we received from Sterling Movers. Billy and his crew were on time, very polite, and careful with our belongings. On both the front end and back end, they hired local help who showed up early and did a great job. We would highly recommend Sterling, from the beginning of the process with the estimate (Paul was exceptional) to the end of receiving our goods. The pricing was right on and very competitive.

  Right from the beginning with Tas to our movers Gabriel and Carlos the whole process was very positive. The packers, Josh and Kevin were patient and very efficient! Our furniture was delivered in the pouring rain and those guys took such care. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andy’s to anyone planning a move.
