  The team was very professional but friendly. Worked like crazy for 6 hours loading the truck. They arrived at the new house right on time and had everything unloaded in about 3 hours. Went above and beyond to help us move a few things, including our old washer and dryer. I would definitely trust them with a future move!

  The loading crew was very efficient and get the highest marks. At unloading, I was disappointed. I had 40-50% more storage volume than the volume of goods on the truck, yet I had to scramble to rent additional storage space due to the very inefficient job done at unloading to utilize storage space effectively. Now I am having to rearrange storage to try to get everything into the original unit.

  Josh and his team were great! We’ve used local mom and pop movers in the past and were not happy. This is the first time in several moves where we were pleased. They were helpful, patients, and willing to work to help us through the craziness of our move.

  Sry smooth even under the umbrella of a Category 5 Hurricane Moving north of the Atlantic Coast. Delivery was September 4 th. No complaints. Edgar Lopez is a valuable 9 year employee of Cord, North American etc. Please show him an exceptional service Recognition. He did a one man delivery and was just outstanding.

  The local move we arranged couldn't have gone more smoothly. The folks that handled that move were conscientious and careful with all of our belongings, but also very quick. Our long distance move people were great for the loading, but the crew that came to unload were not as careful and damaged our couch and entryway door for our new apartment. All in all I would use North American again, but probably only for a local, in-town move.

  We moved from a house that had a difficult staircase with some large heavy furniture on the second floor the guys they sent to load the truck are incredibly skilled at there profession and polite and courteous likewise the unloading crew overall we are very happy we chose Sandercock for our move

  I was pleased with everything except that I had asked the estimator, Nick,to make sure my things were delivered before or on 6/27 because I had to go out of town. The movers delivered in 6/28 and I had to pay someone to wait at my house for them because I was flying out of town. I specifically asked for on or before 6/27 and neither customer service nor the driver new anything about this request.

  Everything promised was delivered! From Gordon doing a household assessment and estimate, to Angelina in the office being patient and responsive to my questions and allaying my moving fears. The price was fair and locked in so no surprises! The driver was experienced with cross country moves, prompt, fast, careful and caring. He delivered exactly as promised. The unload experience matched the pick up experience. The entire team made my move easy and were highly professional and also reassuring. Overall a stellar performance and people with integrity. I would definitely use these services again and highly recommend them to others. Thank you!

  Our moving experience was wonderful from start to finish! The planning portion of the move went very smooth. They were able to accommodate our needs as the process went along. Our packers/loaders were professional and efficient. Lastly, but not least, our driver/unloader was excellent at communication and was once again extremely professional !   Packers, loafers and driver professional, friendly and on time. The only concern was the lack of communication at times between myself and office on finding a driver. I initiated all the calls with King’s. The NA main number was more assistance with answering calls and questions. Overall would recommend King’s.

  All of the sales, office and mover personnel were top notch..they were all personable, professional and answered all of the questions that I had for them. The movers were on time, got all of my belongings safely from my home to there final destination.. The price was worth every penny compared to me moving myself..   Carolyn in St Louis was particularly helpful with the loading portion of the move. She was kind, organized and responsive. Tony, the long distance driver to Chico was excellent. Professional and organized. The one thing I’d say was that I wasn’t notified a couple days before the driver arrived in CA. Otherwise a great experience.

  From start to finish our moving experience was exceptional. Each person was professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable, and our belongings arrived in perfect condition.   We had a great experience with the whole process. Everyone is super easy to work with and answered all of my questions right away. The crew the cake to load the truck did a great job and were very friendly. Looking forward to getting my belongings at my new house this week!

  Very professional. John and his crews know how to do it. We only have one small issue of a missing carton that the girls packed . But did not make it . We now have an orphan lamp with no shade, harp and finial ! Please look for it . We have checked all boxes! Thank you.

  Moved from south Florida to North Carolina and needed to place all of our furniture into storage as well as our new home was not complete the movers were excellent from packing and loading to off loading 4 months later everything could not have run smoother very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend North American movers
