  Load and drop off was smooth . All our items made it only one thing was broken. Some of the boxes ended up in the wrong room. But it was no big deal. Everyone was great! Follow up from Shelby and Angelica was great !

  The folks who showed up to take away our passions for an out-of-state move immediately gave us confidence that Lile and Van Lines were the right choice of movers. Boukine Abdellaoui was the leader of a superb team. Thomas Owings found several items stowed at the back of high (and some low) cupboards and cabinets, using his phone’s camera to see where he couldn’t. Gabriel Lucas-Rivera was expert in protecting our antique furniture and glass fronted curio cabinet. Together they quickly shifted the boxes, bins, furniture and messy garage tools to the truck and soon were on their way. The following day Boukine and a younger helper off loaded into our storage unit. Boukine kept the four bins we wanted access to at the front and even climbed through the piles of boxes to help secure our mattress in a tight fit along the side of the unit. He is a wonderful representative for this company and his customer service and attention to detail—especially those we were focused on—was beyond improvement. Thank you for employing such a capable manager, such a kind and personable team, and giving us NOTHING to worry about during a difficult transition.

  I used them recently for a Mini-load to go out of state, and I was very pleased. This service can be very detailed with packing, shuttling, and repacking. They did a great job. I had used them some years ago on two cross country whole-household moves. I was always satisfied. Nona, in my local Agent’s office, A-1 Freeman-Dallas, was so efficient. Great customer service all around and with Meagan, my Estimator, who was very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly helped me out of a jam with another carrier. Thank you North American!

  This was our first experience moving after living in our home for 30 years and we were surprised how well the move went. Everything arrived in great condition. Eric re-assembled our patio set and grill very quickly without any missing parts. There was no damage done to the walls of our house in the packing or unpacking. So happy we used your company rather than trying to use a pod. The driver, Eric, arrived on time at pickup and delivery and provided great customer service. Very satisfied with the moving experience.

  The move was not an easy one because although they picked up all my belongings at one place they had to be delivered at 3 places. The movers were very friendly and careful and everything they packed (so far) has been in perfect shape. The weather was not cooperative and yet they were able to get everthing safely into the truck - drive over 300 miles and get it safely into my 2nd floor apartment. This was my 17th move 62 years and it couldn't have gone more smoothly!! Thank you.

  From the initial quote through the unloading of our household goods 650 miles away the North American personnel were professional, personable and expert in their tasks. I have been moved professionally six times during my working (and now retired) life. This was the best transaction of them all. Nothing broken, nothing lost and every timeline met right on schedule. I’m through moving (I hope) and it’s great to end with a great experience.

  The estimator was prompt and professional and provided a competitive estimate as well as advice regarding how to minimize costs by packing ourselves, and providing access to appropriate packing boxes, eg wardrobe and dish pack boxes that we could pick up from their office/depot. Loading and unloading was done on schedule with little drama. Communication from the move coordinator (and the driver) was timely and helpful. The driver even took many of the packing boxes! Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

  Most was good. A few things I was disappointed in. I still don’t know if you do AAA discounts and I had left a message for office just prior to move . No call. Still don’t know exact weight and again, left messsge after move but no response. Driver sent tickets but were hard to read and I don’t know how much I read. Some of customer service was good but some not very good. Just a matter of answering a couple quick questions without making customer feel you are annoyed and being bothered. I feel office person could have made a more professional attempt . Instead I was made to feel I was bothering her.

  From starting with their estimator, Chuck and coordinator, Carmen and the moving team, lead by Chris and Virgil our cross country move was the best experience.   The setup and scheduling went very well. The driver and moving crew were very polite and hard working. But perhaps due to their need to off-load from the big van into a smaller truck to deliver at our destination house, I'm discovering a lot of furniture damage (e.g., 2 tears in a mattress covers and the plastic bags torn, causing dirty mattresses, a broken file cabinet drawer, broken backing to a book case, MANY large chips out of the edges of many pieces of furniture) - none of which they called to our attention upon delivery. And it was impossible to inspect each item during the chaos of the 12+ hours for delivery.

  Everything was going perfectly until the last piece of furniture came off. They kept it for last, a Thomasville upright armoire, had a leg sheared off. An adjuster has been here, don't know what the next step will be. If it's repair, it must be a seamless repair, AND, the piece must get moved into the house right now, they left it in the garage. Really not happy at all about this. More input from you would help a lot! What will my options be, and at what cost?? A reply would bee greatly appreciated.

  Marrins helped me out of a bind. I had a bad experience with a broker and only had about a week to secure a moving company. I contacted North American Van Lines, and they put me in touch with Marrins. They gave me a quote over the phone that evening ( after hours) and followed through with everything they promised. Their guys arrived on time and loaded my furniture quickly and efficiently. Everything made the trip to Texas in great shape. I will always be greatful for their help and would recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company.

  All went very well except the unloading. I. Probably should have known to check off each and every box but I didn’t even think about it. Your driver knew I was not because there were three guys unloading just as fast as they could. At the end your driver asked me to sign saying I received all boxes. I told him I could not because no one including him checked off the boxes. That’s when he got irritated with me - and got quite curt with his responses. Like I say it makes perfect sense that I should have checked them off “however” I go through this process once every 15 years - he does it daily and should have made sure I was aware of what I needed to do. He did not. Everything else went fine - Mike was great on the front side and the packers were wonderful. A little more professionalism from the driver would have been nice.   The moving experience is always stressful, exhausting and overwhelming. This time we did it right by hiring Nelson NorthAmerican. From the first meeting to give us an estimate to the outstanding packing crew that took a very full house and 5 hours later we were packed and ready to go. George, our driver took great care with his crew to load the truck so nothing was damaged. Then it was four plus hours to unload the truck and place the big furniture in their new location. Not one piece of furniture had any marks or damage. We felt they handled our possessions like they were their own. It’s rare to find that dedication these days. Our move took us several states away and Nelson’s crew was there for us all the way. I would recommend them to anyone planning a move. I can’t thank everyone enough for all the outstanding service we received.

  I made the right choice when I chose Marathon Moving from among the biggest competitors. I’ve had three moves in the past, one state to state move and Marathon “did their thing”. The service was excellent and Steve lead a team of great workers. They checked with me on everything to confirm what I wanted, they were committed to doing a great job, and they were a friendly bunch.   Clothes box left and had to call back. One food box not packed. Paint chipped on stairs and marker ink on carpet. With unloading all items that were taken apart were not put back together, even though we were told they would be. Boxes notball put in rooms that were clearly marked. Having trouble finding things Packers, loaders and unloaded all extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. Just the overall feeling of being rushed and wanting to get to next job.

Once the load arrived at my destination in Texas everything was good. However, the communication with the driver was not ideal I was given less than a day notice (after trying to get timing information for over a weekBrittany tried as well) that my load would be delivered.

  We have been extremely satisfied with everyone involved in making our cross country move happen. Angelo was excellent in estimating and pricing our move. He was also able to make our very tight timeline happen for us. Hanna did an awesome job of keeping us informed on the status of our move. All of the packers and the movers on both ends of the move were very professional. And all of our belongings arrived in great shape! A huge shout out to everyone involved! Thank you all!!

  I moved around a lot in the military and this was by far the best experience I had ever had moving. Everyone from the estimator, to the packers and drivers were friendly, hardworking and most importantly they took care of my stuff. It was money well spent.

  Superb work by all - from Dan Gaebl, Darlene,to packers(Richard and Jesus) to the driver, Sam. I have moved over 12 times while in the US Army, but this was the best by far.Clearly the best in Denver!

  Most of the people I worked with were beyond excellent. The Montana Transfer team was always available and willing to work with me and my driver, Bruce, was so friendly and worked very hard. I would have given 5 stars, but the crew that was loaded me didn’t show the first day, then worked very slow the next day, which pushed us into a third day. It seemed like they made the driver do most of the work. Thank goodness for him- I don’t think it would have been done otherwise.

  We are still unpacking but things seem to have gone well. The one main thing I would look for is that they should have done a little better with floor and carpet protection. There were also a few other items that should have been in furniture blankets like our patio furniture.

  I moved with the military for over 20 years and this was THE BEST move I ever had. Everyone was professional, friendly and accommodating. Russ was flexible with all of my changes and Roger and his moving team were quick, efficient and respectful of our belingings. Great job everyone!

  Paul Davenport (our driver) went over and above in terms of customer service and work ethic. The crews both in Tampa and Aurora were polite and cheerful. Unfortunately, some of our stuff wasn't loaded onto the truck well and we do have some transit related damage.

  From Pete Lewis coming out and making the estimate easy to the driver being very informative with his arrivals it's been a pleasure working with Beltmann Group.   Don and his crew did a great job. Everything arrived in good condition. We appreciated the help disassembling and reassembling furniture, as well as the difficulty of dealing with the multiple flights of stairs and house that was a challenge to access via moving truck. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering a long distance move.
