  Overall, the move went well. there was a question about a handheld shower spray attached to the wall mount in the guest bathroom that was removed, disappeared, and has not turned up in the delivered goods. It should never have been removed by the loader Jeremy. There were a few scratches on picture frames, but little damage elsewhere. That said, we still have boxes to unpack. Delivery took longer than originally scheduled, but the driver Jonathan and the unloading in Boise went well.

  I would like to particularly commend our loaders and delivery personnel Dion and Julian. From packing us up in Dallas, to delivery in Sarasota, FL, they were perfection. Hard working and polite, throughout! I would recommend Freeman, North American just because of these two gentlemen! Thank you Dion and Julian for your hard work, and caring attitudes!

  Our moving was handled well by A1 Freeman. Maegan and Nona were very nice and was very responsive. We received our stuff on time and pick up was also smooth. Payment was easy and reasonable. They can be recommended.

  A number of issues with the move. The estimate team before the move had told us that they would be able to deliver the beds at our new home so that we can sleep there the same night. When the team came they did not deliver the beds till the next day with the rest of the stuff. We had to use the hotel unexpectedly for that night. Also they disconnected the refrigerator handles before moving it out of my rental home and have lost it before delivery and I am having trouble with the moving company North American Van lines to fix this issue.

  There were many unacceptable issues with this transaction. Time of delivery was 25 days, many pieces were severely damaged, crew refused to wear masks, driver videotaped me in my home without consent when I declined to sign condition form. All in all, it was a bad transaction.

  Mostly good, customer service very good. There were delays, not driver’s fault, mechanical. Also some breakage, 2 items I packed and a side table van lines packed. When I get my refund for storage, packing and the 4000 pounds difference I will be satisfied.

  It was very good and efficient. The whole process from quote to booking and the actual move was very professional. The rates were fair and I made the choice after getting quotes and shopping 4 moving companies. Virtual quotes can be very varied but Donna was on the money. Julie made the process and follow up very easy and Scott was one of the best drives I’ve ever worked with. We have moved 6 times in tha last 15 years and this was by far the most seamless experience. Thank you team.

  Zeek was very attentive to our needs. He even brought our sofa in first so we would have a place to sit in our new home. He saw that everything was placed conveniently so we could easily unpack later. I would definitely recommend Zeek as a great mover.

  Fantastic! The movers arrived ahead of schedule on both pickup and delivery days.... perfect for us. Everything was tagged and inventoried, all furniture and items wrapped and handled with care, nothing missing and nothing damaged, and no damage to either house. We also got a refund after the final weigh in and were guaranteed to not exceed the agreed to price. The estimator and movers were very courteous and efficient. We are 100% convinced this was better than moving ourselves. This mover deserves 5.5 stars.

  I used NAVL 3 years ago and this time the service surpassed my expectations again. The pickup in Arizona was without complications and on time. The crew were professional, quick, and concerned for the condition of our personal effects. The over the road portion of the move took only 3 days from AZ to GA. During all of this the coordinators of the move were always available if I had any questions. All of my personal effects were delivered without exceptions. Assembly and reassembly of beds and furniture were accomplished w/o incident. I will continue going to North American Van Lines for my future moves.

  I was overcharged $303 for the insurance and still have not gotten the refund. I have been waiting a week for a crew to arrive at the destination to uncrate three large items. When I inquire about these matters no one on your end follows through.

  I don’t recommend them, having used them twice. They picked up my stuff and moved them to a warehouse before loading them on a truck for bringing them to my new home. Well - they left one item in the warehouse and no surprise, when I called them, they could not find it. When I applied for a claim, they said since I packed it, they would not reimburse me! To me, this is thievery. I paid thousands of dollars and found their response irresponsible.

  Absolutely horrible. Took almost 3 weeks to get confirmation on our move. Didn't get confirmed until 4 days before our pick up. Was told we would be picked up on the 8th and delivered on the 13th. When we did the paper work we where then told 13-16th and we didn't get our stuff til the 18th. Communication with everyone we have dealt with besides the driver was and still is horrible. Still dealing with their customer service over a week past delivery and still waiting for a reply from the manager I sent a email to 4 days ago. Absolutely horrible dealing with them has been nothing but a Hassel and for what I paid I expect way more.

  It is rare today to experience the level of service offered by this company. Their employees are above anything you could expect. Of all companies followed their examples this would be a happier world. They were there when they said they would be. Worked harder than we expected! They delivered in the time frame they said. And all for a reasonable cost. Every person we had contact with was exceptional!

  The delivery driver at the end of the moving experience was amazing. Charismatic and speedy, very prompt and helpful. The rest of the experience was a long haul of issues with communication between our "coordinator" and the rest of their team. The initial inspection and quote was a fine experience, however when they sent someone to pick up, with full inventory of what they were going to have to receive, they sent one gentleman by himself despite a number of large items to pack. The storage in their facility was fine, but getting ahold of our coordinator to change some of the details was a hassle, and even when I talked to her, she didn't actually update our account. I had to call back again, twice, and get ahold of a manager because they were wasting my time. Management and logistics need work, but the delivery was flawless and my stuff was safely handled. 3 stars for number of misses and having to repeatedly follow up on somethings that shouldn't have needed to be followed up on.

  The packing crew arrived n time and quickly packed the house. However, nothing was adequately labeled to make unpacking easy. Many items were moved from one room to another and packed together. When I unpacked, I had kitchen items in the living room, living room items in the bedroom and a wide mix of things in the office. THE ONE ITEM WE TOLS THEM TO BE CAREFUL WITH WAS HEAVY DAMAGED!! A bookshelf was damaged and the driver shrugged his shoulders and said “oh well, file a claim.” The first item the pulled out of the truck fell and allowed several other item to fall. Terrible experience.

  Chris and his team were very respectful and loaded the truck in a timely manner. They took care of my belongings like it was gold! Even when it started to rain they did not want to get any furniture wet. When the truck arrived at my final destination they quickly got it unloaded while carefully place all my fragile items in a safe location. 100 thumbs up and would highly recommend North American moving service!

  The worst move I’ve every experience in 15 moves. Mr Frey or Fry, the VP is pathetic and shouldn’t be running a Taco Bell. How he has gotten to his position (and ownership) is beyond me. Movers beware. They have horrendous ratings for a reason. I would of been better hiring the homeless. From the move coordinator to the owner, they have no business being in this industry. Incompetence at its best. You’ve been warned!!!

  We were very pleased with the moving crew that serviced us. They worked very hard, they were efficient and they took great care with our belongings. Although moving is not easy, our experience with North American Moving Services certainly made it easier for us and proved to be a positive experience from start to finish. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company.

  Two pottery bowls were broken during the packing initially. When they arrived to unload the truck they said they will not put things together that were taken apart. Mirrors, table, shelving, etc etc. Three bookcases were broken, a picture room divider was broken, a glass cabinet, the wood top was split and broken. They never opened the box Open me first. I opened it. We received a box of pictures that are not ours. We are still unpacking but there are many many more things broken. They argued with me insisted that the tv was hung on the wall (never been to our home. I told them several times that it was on a tv stand. The put boxes everywhere and when I said they do not go there they told me we do not move boxes twice. Many many of the boxes are crushed too. Very very unhappy. There are a lot more problems but I cannot list them all

  Breeched contract. Did not pick up on date of contract. Then 4 hours late arriving the next day. Poor communication from staff. They really didn't seem to care. No follow up at all after furniture was delivered. Worst move out of the 12 in my life

  Move was super smooth. John and Tia took care of the backend beautifully, while Doug and his team got our Atlanta leg packed and started without a hitch. Our drive Liviu took wonderful care of our belongings, and his team was awesome in getting us assembled.

  I lucked out here this morning, moving truck pulled up at 8 and beautiful morning to move vs packing up! Ray, my driver is a wonderful guy who I (and my mom) trust completely! We had lunch in my backyard today and I cried a little when we hugged goodbye. I felt so safe with him on this journey. Couldn’t ask for anything better 🥰

  Some of my things were damaged and several were not delivered. Among the things not delivered were an office chair and a back brace. Several other smaller items were also not delivered included including pictures.

  The business portion was OK and pretty professional. Where the rubber hits the road in the actual move, was a complete disaster. The truck was two days late. They did not finish loading on time.. It took two days to load.. They got a shuttle truck stuck in the side lawn casing damage.. The loading crew was a group of thugs that were not only unprofessional, but the following damage report will show just how unprofessional they were. We have massive damage. They refused to load several items stating "if it is not in a box,, it doesn't go". To the point some furniture pieces are total losses. The unload team did the best they could, but even they could not believe how poorly packed the truck was. I thought using a major moving company like North American was a safe bet. Oh brother, was I wrong. I have had to purchase multiple replacements already. This is either due to damage, or refusal to load it. This including bed mattresses, claiming COVID-19. If it wasn't for being disabled, I would have gone with PODS and did it myself.

  While the move delivery date shifted one week, which was not horrible, the parts box was lost and found in Colorado one month later. Actually the box was picked up by another mover and when our driver retrieved our items from the warehouse he flagged the 2 missing boxes. When they were located in Colorado the folks there took one month to send them to us. So no bed or furniture assembled. Very annoyed over the long delay that was totally unnecessary. On the positive side, the driver and his crew were very professional and on top of things. He did all he could to get the ground folks to do their job. He was amazing and I give him 10 stars. It was the local folks in Colorado that deserve no stars and university movers at our place of origin were not very aggressive in trying to resolve the issue.

  Really great. Wonderful sales team, driver and loading/unloading teams. We moved 13,800 pounds of household goods 2,100 miles from TX to NH with no damage. We have always used North American Van Lines, and once again they performed superbly!

  I was nervous going into this move as I’ve never done a cross country move on my own. However, from start to finish the team at North American Van Lines (J&L moving company) made my move seamless. My driver Chris was incredible and made sure I was aware of his status on load, arrival, and delivery of my household goods (I honestly cannot say enough good things about him) and his team. Thank you North American for everything! 5/5 stars, highly recommended!!!

  The best aspects of NAMS were the hard-working movers and Quylie, my liaison with MAMS and all the third-party players. She was always available and helpful. I would have given five stars if the coordination with the third-party players was more smooth. They did good work, but didn’t show up on the days they were supposed to, and poor Quylie had to keep checking with them.

  We have moved nine times. This was the worst move ever. I had five gentlemen show up my door with a U-Haul and no North American Van lines truck in site. I did not know if my things were going to be brought to my new residence or if they were going up on eBay that night. The truck finally showed up for hours late. I was told they were going to put our things in air-conditioned storage for one week prior to bringing it to the new location. What we did not know is that they would unload all of our belongings into a warehouse where things went missing were broken and boxes were crushed. We are currently filing a claim with North American Van lines and I I will never use them again. upon arrival the boxes were not only crushed but the men unloading the boxes were dropping them from waist high onto the floor when they said fragile. We have many broken dishes ornaments and antiques that are now destroyed. They took a leather top table which was pegged with no hardware broke the leg and tried to tape it in the warehouse. The table showed up with the leg off and a tremendous amount of damage to the leather top. Find another mover.

  The move started fine with packing and storing but became terrible when we requested a move date. The truck broke down within an hour from our house and had to be towed back to its original location. This postponed our move-in for two days. There were a lot of broken items when the truck was finally unloaded. The company sent an email saying it would reimburse us $125 on a $10,600 moving bill. I will not use them again.

  I was unaware that furniture would be taken apart. One chair made it without the screws to put it together. Also I'm left with additional screws from things taken apart and not sure what they go to. I think the thing that made me give it only 3 stars is that they increased the price by $900 due to increase in packing, I disagree with this because after packing and moving my things I needed to pay the price or not get delivery of my possessions. However I'm not sure why things like a plastic toothpick holder required paper packing or why cables were individually wrapped which led to the increase in price?

  The initial packers were a mix the lead, just whined and complained at first, his helper was awesome he just got to work and completed tasks. They were both very nice just the complaining. JLo the driver and his crew were amazing , i would recommend JLo to do every move he hired the right guys to pack and unpack

From start to finish, from the initial proposal, packing, storage, to delivery, each individual was highly professional, courteous, pleasant, and great to work with.   I think that they worked hard but not smart. The two John's seemed to know what they were doing but any of their help was not very good I have several things that were damaged I have several things that haven't showed up I have several things that they ship when I told him not to that I was throwing it away and I am not finished unpacking.

  The driver they hired was awful. All he did was whine and complain. I had to call him to find out when he was going to deliver our items. He only brought one person to help him deliver our things then complained about how long it took. Tried to deliver someone else’s suitcase but lost 2 of our plastic totes. Scratched the hard wood floor in our new house

  North American Van Lines have provided their usual professional services. I have moved with them at least twice before. A1 Freeman provided excellent packers who took great care with my belongings. Their office personnel including Nona were very helpful in clarifying my questions about the estimate. The third party they hired to build a crate for an antique was skilled and knowledgeable. Jose, the driver, was personable and very professional. He and his crew were on time and responded to my concerns and questions. All in all this move went like clockwork because of A1 Freeman and North American Van Lines.

  Prior to the move, communication was great and their team was incredibly helpful. High praise for them making a stressful move bearable. Some items were damaged in the move, but I expected that and it was ultimately nothing catastrophic — it was a 2000mi move, and it’s unrealistic to expect nothing to be damaged. My real issue came after the move. After leaving voicemails, I never received follow up with the final billing amount. My driver guesstimated we were well under the estimated weight, so I expected some amount of refund. To receive no follow up was a bit annoying. Ultimately, I got moved, and I was willing to pay what I was originally quoted. It would have just been nice to receive a partial refund or at least a confirmation that their weight estimate was 100% on the nose.
