  The entire experience with NAVL was fantastic. I worked through Buck and Don at All City Moving and Storage in San Leandro, CA. I had many questions at the beginning and Buck walked me thru the process and answered all my questions. We had a complicated 5 part move, to include a staging, deliver items to a consignment shop, move out, additional pick up, storage and final drop off. All went smoothly. Even with the unprecedented demand for cross country move, our items were delivered to us on requested date. I highly recommend the teams, as they will make it a stressless process.

  Estimate good experience. Packers & movers very satisfied. Both did a great job. Furniture was delivered 8 days ago and I'm still waiting for my final bill. I was told this would be finalized immediately after the furniture was delivered.

  Great customer service. I had to change my dates a few times, but everyone was very accommodating and helpful. My mover was great as well, timely and fast! He didn't waste anytime getting me loaded and unloaded.

  From start to finish, from NJ to NC, the NorthAmerican teams were awesome !!! They arrived exactly on time, were extremely professional, completed the job efficiently and away they went with all of my belongings. At the destination, once again they arrived on time, completed the delivery and set everything up quickly. Everything was in order and arrived perfectly. I would most definitely recommend NorthAmerican to anyone and everyone !!! Thank you to all those involved in my move !!!

  Our transplant to a new state was seamless. Excellent service. The driver made me feel at ease as he took the time to explain the process and just as he presented the plan, it all went and arrived without incident. I am thoroughly satisfied and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

  I was initially thrilled with this company. Their employees are courteous, punctual, and were extremely helpful in the planning of my move and in all communications. The reason I am giving three stars is they lost some of my stuff. I'm not sure how it happened, as everything was loaded directly on the truck and was not removed until they unloaded it at the new house. My only thought is that there was a second load on my truck, so maybe the other person got my belongings. This is my hope, as I hope that the person would call the company, report, and that those things would eventually find their way to me. I ended up with 3 boxes belonging to the other person and have called to arrange that those items get picked up. My other issue was that although all the boxes were clearly labeled for content and location, when I went to unpack many items were in the wrong room. I had put signs up throughout the new house so that there would be no confusion as to which rooms matched the labeled boxes. I still found items in wrong locations - upstairs bedroom boxes located in the kitchen, for example. This wouldn't have been a big deal except that the packers packed the boxes so heavy, I cannot lift the boxes to move them to the correct room. I am missing the tempered glass top to my living room coffee table, a desktop computer, a large athletic duffle bag with childhood momentos, to name a few. I still have about 20 boxes to unpack, so there may be more. So far, only a broken floor lamp and broken glass from a picture frame. Based on the missing items, I'm not sure I'd use this company again. Of course, I don't move frequently, so maybe this is common with all moving companies.

  Mark was our estimator. North American van lines executive solutions packed our large home into a big rig that was half full of another home in Phonic we were not told this until arrival several days after date we given they put numbers on each item but when unloading the driver did not check off items and handed us the pages after they were done driver complained about the company to us the entire time We have glass collection cabinet broken couch broken missing furniture and no parts box. We can not put anything together as they even took legs of chairs tables and cabinets to hold glass shelves which on in the parts box. The driver then lied to company and said we added items to parts box which we did not he kept control of it from main house. It is lost and 4 days have gone by with no word back until today. No location of parts box or missing furniture but we have a claim form. Do not use this company they lie and movers told us furniture gets mixed up when moving multiple houses all the time. Careless and we can’t even sleep at new house can’t put beds together no parts horrible nightmare. Make sure you keep control of parts box if you ever move this had been a terrible nightmare for us and Northern Van lines doesn’t care about the companies they contract with but the law suit will include them too if this is not taken care of to our satisfaction. I see now why they require cashiers check this has happened I’m sure hundreds of times. Be careful and find another company

  My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about northAmerican Moving Services. We moved from So. Cal to Salt Lake City UT. I completed extensive research about move options, from renting a truck to using the mini-containers. When obtaining the quote from northAmerican, it was only a few hundred dollars more than the other options. This was money well spent for the someone else to do all of the heavy lifting / driving / and furniture packing. The individual who provided the in-home estimate was was prompt, courteous and professional. On pick-up / load day, everyone showed up on time. The packers did a thorough job and hustled. We were fully loaded by 2PM. On delivery day, everyone showed up on time. The unloaders / unpackers hustled even more (ran between the house and truck) and had us completely unloaded / furniture unpacked and reassembled by 12:30 PM. Nothing was missing or had damage other than a couple of wine glasses my wife and I packed. I would definitely use northAmerican Moving Services again! It also gave us peace of mind to utilize a reputable, long-standing moving company versus a local fly-by-night outfit.

  Good pricing, close communication about logistics the entire time. The driver also kept close contact with us about coming for pick up and delivery. There were a couple damaged items, but they were quick sending claim forms. I recommend them for your move!

  The moving crew was fantastic. They were prompt, they were courteous, they took good care of our household items at both ends. I could not be more pleased with how the actual moving crew performed. The packing crew was a much different story. The lead from the packing crew was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and at times somewhat hostile. As we did a lot of the packing ourselves, apparently this was not relayed to the packing crew. The packing crew apparently had purchased the materials they needed to pack up the majority of our house, so when they found out that there wasn’t too much to pack up, they blamed us as the owners, which was completely ridiculous. The lead packer’s attitude was just awful and I can’t express how unprofessional he was. As pleased as I was with the actual moving crew, which frankly was the most important part, I would say the North American overall did a good job. But I can’t articulate enough how awful the packing crew was.

  The crew was fantastic, especially the ones in New Jersey and most of all Elijah was fantastic. They packed quickly. The problem was that what was taken apart was not reassembled. Also, as I am unpacking, we are coming across a number of broken items. Since I won’t know all of these items until I have finished unpacking, I won’t submit the claim form until then.

  The local team in Grand Rapids, MI was great and extremely progressional; my driver and destination movers were not. They refused to wear masks when I asked and then were angry when my property mgmt. told them there was a fine if they did not. Asked strange and personal questions, such as how much my rent was. Was not comfortable at all with the delivery.

  From the initial meeting with Lennon to the final delivery with driver Able leading the charge my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Their prices were fair and they delivered well ahead of schedule. They even had truck issues that they didn’t use as an excuse to not be on time. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Everything was well pack nothing broken and there was a great deal of breakables. Best service ever

  Company was prompt, crew was efficient and very friendly. Manager was concise with verifying what items went to what location. As this was a cross-country move, we were concerned that everything would ship in one piece. It was indeed a easy move and everything arrived at our new location intact and accounted for, on time, exactly as they promised. A two-person crew got everything set up in our new location and took some extra time to help us locate a specific item before they left for their next stop. Would definitely use this service again.

  I would rate Ward North American as a first class moving service. From the time I contacted them to the drop off of my home goods at my new residence, they were helpful and responsive. Andy, our driver, and his pickup and drop-off crews were just wonderful and thorough. All of my home goods were delivered to my new residence in great shape and we had very minimal breakage in spite of the fact that it was moved almost 1600 miles. I think that North American did a fantastic job for us and we are very grateful.

  The moving men were efficient and friendly at our old house and our new house. But in the process of moving and storing our belongings, items were broken. My grandmother’s Duncan Phye dining table was broken beyond repair. A bedroom nightstand was broken and our computer monitor was (which was wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by wadded paper) was damaged. We’ll see what they do about it. We are still unpacking.

  The move went well. The driver arrived inside the estimated arrival window. We are incredibly happy with the condition of the boxes. The process was for tracking the owner's items was very clear and reliable. They place a stick on every box and item and create an inventory with the sticker numbers. We only lost stickers on two very large items and it was quickly resolved. Essentially, we are entirely happy with the service we received. We will absolutely use the company for trips in the future.

  Excellent service, from Ryan Bird’s visit to our home for the estimate, to Mary Torres who helped coordinate our move, to our packing team and then Yahir and Miguel, who spent two days with us loading and unloading with care and professionalism. Yahir is an excellent team leader and communicator who impressed us! What a joy everyone was to work with during a stressful cross country move. You’re all amazing!

  Jorge was fantastic! He arrived on time, disassembled furniture and loaded the truck with care. Drove across the country and delivered out belongings ahead of schedule (so thankful to have stuff earlier, since we have a 2 year old who needed his bed and toys. He and Valentino put everything into the house and assembled what had been disassembled. I had $30k worth of carbon fiber bikes, large TVs, and many other items. They had to deal with one way streets, unfriendly neighbors and hot/cold weather...but never complained. Great job, guys!

  I was really impressed with how the driver Ty took the time to explain everything that was to be done during the move process and he really was helpful in working with me when my new home was delayed.   Was told my belongings would be stored in temperature controlled warehouse from 3/3 to 3/20 and then transported to my new destination to arrive 3/26. Found out they were loaded on a truck on 3/11 and spent 2 week bouncing around. Several furniture items with small damage, but now requiring repairs that is frustrating. Like missing knob on bedroom set. Ruins whole appearance. Very disappointed.

  My experience with North American Moving Services was excellent. We moved from NY to AZ. Everything from initial call and estimate to loading to unloading went very smoothly. Everything arrived as scheduled and was in perfect shape. All parties were courteous and professional. Nothing was lost or damaged at all and I would highly recommend them. I would also add that this occurred during particularly bad weather, yet there were no complications.

  First of all my pick up and delivery of my goods went well. All I have to say is to please read the fine print before signing any documents. I was charged an additional $283.00 because the movers used additional labor? What?? I totally disagreed with this and expressed my concerns with North American. My issue was your company sent out a representative to confirm what was needed for my move as far as boxes and labor. So how is it my issue that you need additional labor and why am I responsible for that fee? The answer I was given was that I signed the document authorizing additional labor and therefore agreed to the fee. Yes I signed the document given to me by the driver, but at no time was an additional fee discussed. When I inquired to the moving company about this, I was informed it was something I need to discuss with the driver. What?? Again, if you use this company please read the documentation carefully and ask questions. I was under the assumption my quoted price was for the entire move; packing and delivery! You know the saying about assuming. Read the fine print!!

  Everything worked out perfectly. I was worried after doing a lot of research and getting 5 quotes. The online reviews make you afraid to move! Thankfully, the team at Hall-Lane North American were terrific every step of the way. The quote was right on the money and the move out team showed up on time and did an amazing job moving me out of my 24th floor condo in Manhattan. They took great pains wrapping the furniture. The team that moved me into my new Miami Beach property also showed up right on schedule and even moved a large bed up to a second floor bedroom via the roof as the 1937 Art Deco staircase was too tight! I’ve unpacked and not one item (in 100 boxes and 5,200 pounds was lost or damaged. Quite amazing actually!! I could not recommend this firm more highly!!!
