  Excellent! I had to move my bosses from Southern California to South Carolina and our experience was top notch from beginning to end. Everyone was helpful, they kept us informed from start to finish. We couldn't have had a better move. Thank you to everyone involved for making a difficult thing easier!

  Excellent, quick, careful, efficient, personable. But what I noticed most was they were polite. Introduced themselves, respected me and each other. E E Ward has a customer centric culture. They also were willing to help outside the parameters of their responsibility. Like helping load our cars.

  Jaden, Elizabeth and Ashley (?) We're great as was Ozzy the driver. The Packers in SA did a good job. In NM one of the unloaders was wonderful but the other had an attitude. A built-in shelf in my LR/DR was broken, and although Ozzy left me a check to cover replacement, it's going to take awhile to get the work done out here an hour away from anywhere. The guy took an attitude like somehow it was my fault that he didn't see that the shelf protruded from the wall. I spent a lot of $ on the move and think I should be treated with more respect. As I said Ozzy did his best to remedy the situation.

  A1 Freeman was outstanding. The interstate movers to Oregon were horrible, damaged furiture and a total.loss on a 7K sewing system.

  Arrived on time on the scheduled move day and immediately started planning the move. We were very impressed with the speed at which the team carried our belongings. The team was friendly and kept us informed at every step. We were glad that we were able to schedule the drop-off for when we would be at our destination. The team moved everything very quickly and we were able to set up our apartment in a matter of days. The cost was cost-effective considering the distance and the fact that it included insurance coverage for our belongings. We would definitely consider using their services again.

  First day, they said they wouldn’t get get it done in time! They didn’t have the right amount of men or trucks. I had to call the office 8 times. They weren’t doing as discussed with salesman. Second day, everything changed and they did as planned. But then overcharged me, said a manager would call me that afternoon but he never did. Next day, demanded I pay the $11,000 or I pay $200/hr for truck to sit at storage facility!!! Also, they make you sign papers confirming # of boxes etc after the trucks are loaded!! I had no idea what they loaded except that I did provide some boxes ( which they still charged me for).

  We had an excellent experience! Everyone was courteous, extremely helpful, informative, hard working.... Etc. They kept true to their quote (actually lowered due to less than anticipated weight), no surprise costs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again. Thank so much for making this move so easy! This was a cross country move and we were expecting it to be much harder. Thanks to Rita, Lindsey, Gust, Pedro (the driver) and everyone else involved.

  Everyone I spoke with and met in person were very professional. I felt like they treated me as they would want to be treated. Thank you to : Eva Pena, Olech Guier, Matt Ankenbauer, Greg Hall, and Matt Blackwell, sorry if I forgot anyone, y’all were all great. This company has been around for a long time and if you use them you will see the reason they are still in business. They truly want to help you have a great move.

  Went ok the delivery date range on our quote was different than what the driver gave us , so we had to endure no furniture for 3 extra days we also had one $600 bottle of champagne broken during the move , even know the box was marked Fragile they stacked stuff on top of it crushing it.the did not unpack all of the mattresses that we payed to have packed and in packed

  I recently used northAmerican Moving Services and First Class Moving Systems. I can not express how impressed I was from the initial call to northAmerican and then to the rep Jennifer @ First Class. I was very anxious because I hadn’t moved in many years! Jennifer was very helpful and Phil who came & actually took an in person review of my home items to ship and gave me a good estimate. I spoke with the owner/ operator of the semi Rich over the phone before the move and he answered all my questions and put me at ease! Greg came with Rich to help load & unload the semi. Rich & Greg were a great team! Loaded & unloaded my items with care & concern. My items arrived in the same condition as when they were loaded. They put my things where I requested and put together my desk, bed & other things. I truly can’t say enough positive comments about them! I’ve already told friends/neighbors how wonderful it was from the beginning to the end with my move and to definitely use northAmerican and First Class Moving systems and to ask for Rich!   Hi Brian, We apologize for the delay in this contact! My husband and I hired your moving company to move us from our home in Twinsburg, Ohio to Denver, North Carolina. Packing took place on October 3rd and delivery was October 6th. Our sincere thank you for sending such an amazing team to take care of our "stuff"!!! Fitz, Jim and Justin (plus a numerous amount of other fine people) packed our things with such care there was zero damage once we unpacked all of our things. Everyone was kind, respectful, considerate and overall amazing! They must enjoy working for your company because their spirits were cheerful and their teamwork was amazing during the whole process. Our delivery went smoothly. We especially were impressed with the "walk through" at the end to make sure all the furniture was in the exact place we requested. Thank you so much for a worry free move on our part. Please be sure to thank all involved because they deserve the recognition!!   Terrible! Our driver only delivered part of our load. Unfortunately he left behind our beds, dishes and tables, everything we really needed to live in our new house. I have contacted customer service and they don’t answer calls or emails. The load was left 8 days ago and I still have on idea when or if it will ever be delivered to me.

  From first contact, North American blew all other competitors out of the water. Besides offering the best price for the move, the estimator, and the person that followed up were highly professional accommodating and reassuring. But the actual mover was in a class by himself. I have had many moves in the course of our professional lives, but Max was the absolute best! He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he encouraged and worked with his crews to get the work done in a timely manner. He took care of my belongings as if they were his own. He was truly a delight to work with. I hope I won’t be moving again for a long while, but if I do, I would absolutely choose North American, and specifically Max. Thank you for making a really hard move relatively easy.

  Ian and Tia were great managing communication on the Atlanta outbound end of the move, and Cole Johnson and his Peoria-based crew were fantastic with delivery in Chicago. Everything was delivered courteous, professional, prompt and clean. The easiest move I’ve ever contracted (and I’ve used a competitor three times in the past).

  From the start of the process it was a pleasure working with north american moving services. The interview/ estimate process was easy and accurate. The procedures leading up the move were easy and direct. And moving day was a breeze. Louis was our mover/ driver and he was the absolute best. Very thorough and personable. He took great care of our belongings and made sure everything was put together properly and timely. I would recommend this service to anyone making a move.

  Very professional. Timely. Customer service and the customers needs are very important to them from booking the estimate to the packers to the unpackers and driver. You are their priority and not once did I feel I had to watch my back or double check anything.

  Service was excellent. They were very personable and made a challenging experience less stressful. We unfortunately were not certain about where a piece of furniture should go, but the movers were very willing to move things to where we wanted them.   Wow! Smooth move! I’ve moved more then 25 times and have used big and small companies to move me. This was by far the best move yet! Professional and on time. From the working with Dayan at Baymeadows North American Van Lines to the packers to the unload was fabulous! So far nothing broken and that’s a first. The price was what I expected. No surprises as they communicated every step with me. I highly recommend North American and give it 5 stars.

  Excellent drivers and arrive time however I was told a snow globe broke on the way to Florida. I collect them so I would have liked to know which one as we are still unpacking. Also I was left a bin that doesn’t belong to me. So perfect on pick up so so on handling en route. Good upon arrival

  Packers were fast and efficient. Very pleasant! Luis the driver who delivered to my destination so very accommodating, pleasant and super fast in unloading! Over all great experience except for a couple hiccups with dates.

  Everything was handled well. The packers did a very good job. Minimal issues although labeling boxes could have been better. Loaders were very good. Brian the driver handles all the supervision and was thorough and precise. Made sure every box was numbered and accounted. Unloading was handled well as well. Brian accounted for every piece and worked with us every step of the way. Top marks for Brian.

  The packers did a horrible job, I have a broken desk, they also broke an antique dresser and tried to glue it back, also had a ripped Matress , a broken fan, an expensive picture. Still have not completed the unpacking so not sure What else I will find. The deliver guys were amazing

  Two men who I thank for making our move from Tx to Ca smooth and easy is for most Jim Swan who was always in contact who us from start to finish. And the other is the Truck driver Lorenzo and his crew very friendly and took care of our items with care and no damages...I thank you all and God bless.

  I used North American Van Lines to move from Houston TX to the Bay Area CA. Moving crew thoroughly and carefully wrapped all furniture, taking inventory of all items. Van arrived a few days earlier than initially expected (almost two weeks from the day picked up in Houston). Unloading crew also careful, efficient, and quick. Overall experience was great.

  They did an overall good job of packing storing and moving our belongings. We do have some items that are broken and are missing hardware to put a console table back together. Our leather couch has staining from the storage unit or the move.

  Over promised and under deliverEd. Booked early to confirm dates and told good chance belongings would arrive early side of delivery window. Didn’t have a driver booked by day 5. Had to spend time asking for expedited delivery. 4 stops and they had no idea what went where. Had to re-sort - we had to be actively involved in delivery. Many Items delivered to wrong location. Many boxes damaged in some fashion. One TV stepped on. Not one thing good about the experience. Customer service only involvement was to make sure the got paid. Awful in every way.

  Fantastic from start to finish! Great customer service from Jessica and superior customer service from our driver and team lead Albert Lazana. I hope that I never move again but if we do, it will be with North American and hopefully with Jessica and Albert-as a combination they were simply amazing and made our out of state move completely stress free! Thank you, I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to move!

  Cory the driver was excellent and professional. Hr made sure the job was done with the least stress possible. The moving crews were friedly, efficient and careful with our belongings. Gina the coordinator contacted us several times during loading andery to make sure everything was going as expected. It poured on our pick up day and the crew took the extra time to make sure our furniture and boxes stayed dry. They seriously went above our expectations! Thank you to the entire team for making a really stressful time much easier!

  My move with Allied was smooth especially because of my contact, Liz Bussell, who was more than professional, but also so pleasant to work with. She figured out several issues that needed addressing, related to scheduling mainly due to Covid restrictions. She listened and found solutions and I was so grateful. The movers at both ends of the interstate move were really good—-thoughtful, quick, and problem-solvers. Thanks, Allied!

  Pick up was good, they were just on time, neat and courteous. My stuff went into storage. I called 6 weeks before my final delivery. They told me I could have my delivery date. After 2 weeks no follow up by North American so I called, they forgot about me. Then my date was not available. I pushed and pushed after a week the date was back and I was good to go. I arrive at my destination 1 day prior to delivery and no call from NorthAmerican, so I call. Well the day was now unsure, they would call me back, no call I call back, stay waiting to hear. The day of delivery I call, nothing, I call, I call, I call, nothing, day has gone by I have no word. Back to the hotel. I will try tomorrow. I have fallen into the Twilight Zone of Moving abyss. I will have no complete another survey to tell you the ending of the story, I still wait for my delivery.

  From packing to loading truck everything went smoothly Raymond Apo was excellent in explaining how everything works. JD , in charge guy for packing was very organized. The best was Lewis the actual loader and moving the stuff from my house to my new home in NJ. After the final walk thru, and truck left, I realized a wooden hamper was still at house. Called Lewis,said no problem, he picked up next day on his way up north from Fort Lauderdale, Fl. . Met him at a shopping center in Palm Coast, done, hamper on truck w all of my stuff. He’s so pleasant and knowledgeable regarding everything. Gold star for him!!!!

  Driver was in constant communication. Delivery was 3 days later than the promised window. Many items were misplaced even though the boxes were clearly marked. All basement boxes were taken to the wrong room.

  The sales rep was fantastic. And the crew on the Portland (departing side) was amazing. The crew in Berkeley (arrival side) were loud and messy. I had to request they wear face masks and they kept taking them off. And I’m pretty sure one of them pooped in my bathroom.

  excellent 5 stars Special thanks to Mike and Chris. They could not drive into our tight Cul de Sac Had to walk our belongings about 100 ft to our driveway (then up our driveway) And …….in the Rain. They never blinked and were positive, even at times cheerful. We would say they are a tribute and model to their profession.   The movers loading the truck were great! Very careful with my furniture and asked me questions if they didn’t understand anything. The packers came the day before and needed reminders to be careful with things. They forgot about things in the attic until I reminded them. Taping of the boxes wasn’t the best; the movers loading the truck had to retake some if the boxes. That is frustrating when you pay for that service

  Entire process used was noteworthy. From good faith estimate done by Executive Moving Systems of Anaheim , Ca on behalf of North American Moving Systems, to pre-packing the day before the move, to protecting all furniture by wrapping each piece with heavy weight moving blankets, to loading the truck in one day., to the truck driver staying in touch with us as they travel across the USA, to arriving on the date promised, to an unloading process that displayed highly skilled, and strong employees that effectively moved each item to a designated area of the house. Job well done, and much appreciated.

  Office staff helpful The loading crew was very careful with my possessions and loaded in a timely manor. The delivery staff was extremely polite and was professional the entire time. The driver navigated the neighborhood streets and parked right in front. Overall a very good job.
