  Nikon 28-300 lens The lens is a replacement lens for the Tamron. Madison Ave Cameras' were responsive to my questions and quick with delivery...very happy so far with the purchase and the lens is heavier, but in my estimation it out performs the Tamron.

  I did order an item recently. well it was out of stock but the website was not updated. I did receive an email and a phone call next day or ordering , they did explain either a refund or an alternative or to wait. the item then was back in stock in a couple of weeks. they did send me the item which was not compatible with my camera ( its my fault of ordering it in the first place. I called them the next day asking for advice. they were so professional and friendly. they offered to do and investigation to see what could be used for my camera as an adapter. they called me back within a hour with full details of what I need to get. they are very honest and professional and I would definitely recommend.

  I was a bit reluctant to try them out and spend $720, but a friend highly recommended Madison Ave Cameras and I'm glad he did. Not only was the item well priced, but I saved on taxes as well. Customer service was exceptional and the phone arrived two weeks earlier than expected. The Panasonic Lumix S5 II was brand new, sealed and well packed.   The camera arrived in good time in good condition (without any bundled software, but that may be the way Canon may supply), however the seal was broken on the box for whatever reason. Also despite trying to pay by credit card (I wanted the additional protection), the site deducted from PayPal and I am not sure how.

  Another good service At these challenging times of storm-induced delays, one needs to be a bit more flexible with estimating deliveries from a distance. The strobe with its included storage case and additional accessories seems to be well made. The inclusion of the different head with bulb is a plus.   I am a professional portrait and editorial photographer. I have just taken delivery of a X-T5 with a generic battery grip, which arrived in a wonderfully protective amount of bubble-wrap, and well- padded so the goodies could not move around in the delivery box. The website is easy to use and, if you need advice, there are lovely staff at the end of the phone who know their stock and how to give customer support.   Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff Madison Ave Cameras has been my photographic go-to store of choice for quite a few years now and I've always found the staff very helpful, regardless of whether it's been a new camera, a new lens, studio flash or accessories I've needed. I've recently ordered EN-EL15 battery with the D780, but there will was a reduction in performance on that battery. I also had a budget as this is a passionate hobby and not a profession. With the help and Honest advice from Davies, I left with a 2nd hand Camera Body and Lens and a New Zoom lens. I was not aware that Madison Ave Cameras covers there 2nd Hand products with a 12 Month Warranty. I've once had occasion to use their repair service and, although I bought a new 12mm wide angle to cover the time it was away for repair, the quality of the repair has meant the old lens was quickly restored to full-time use and its performed faultlessly since. I can't recommend Madison Ave Cameras highly enough. Angus was not pushy, he was extremely helpful, honest, well experienced and knowledgeable, with 1st Class customer service!

  First Godox product purchased I did receive it with a faulty battery. I called Madison and they didn't question anything. To speed thing up they just overnighted me a new battery (free) so I was running the next day instead of going through the return process. Service like this is why I am a Madison customer. Oh, and the battery will last sometimes 2 days without needing a charge.
