  Extremely Knowledgeable and friendly I popped into M.A.C. NY for some insights and tips on a action cameras required for work - I am a beginner and had no idea what I needed or what was available. Davies spent time listening to what I needed it for and then was able to explain what was available and showed what they had in stock and how it worked. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and I immediately bought what he sold to me, feeling well nursed through after and pleased with what I was able to buy and the extra bits and pieces too. I was so pleased that I understood the camera he sold to me and how to work it and I would definitely shop here again.

  Excellent Customer Service! This is more of a review of Madison Ave Cameras' than the product. I ordered the Nikon Z5 mirrorless when a notification came across my phone of a great Black Friday deal. Later in the week, I noticed that the camera body plus accessories kit was selling for the same price. So I called Madison Ave Cameras' to find out if I could get the accessories, because who doesn't need an extra memory card and camera bag. They looked into it and shipped the accessories that day. Excellent customer service!

  Sent out completely wrong lens. Paid for XF 18mm f/2 and company sent out XF 18mm f/1.2 lens? Sent out the correct one the next day but had to have a day off on feigned sick leave to be at home to receive it as needed signing for. Not overly impressed.   Good prices, security and open to offers I have bought a Canon EOS R50, RF-S 18-45mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM lens and RF-S 55-210mm f/5-7.1 IS STM lens from Madison Avenue Cameras store. I enjoyed the reasonable prices, negotiation on price and free shipment. All in all this felt like a more reliable way of buying at a price that was very competitive with Amazon. Pristine photos of the actual items would make the service even better.

  Given the mammoth collection of camera bodies, lenses and equipment, barring the bundle packages available, through to the FedEx shipping and availability, Madison Avenue Cameras was an easy experience and certainly makes this company one to recommend.   I would have given 5stars but this purchase did not live up to my previous experiences with MADISON which would have rated 5 this was due to the wrong address on the parcel and the Lowepro bag I ordered had the wrong compartment dividers which I got around by using it for a different camera than the one I had planned

  Another great one from Fuji Recently purchased an XH2 with 16-55mm2.8 package from Madison Avenue Cameras. From first port of contact before ordering my new camera I felt at easy after speaking to Davies who answered any questions I had both about the camera and the delivery process. Their website is slick and easy to use and the offer or different payment platforms always fills me with a bit more confidence. (hate ordering on line). The correspondence after ordering was quick and was told I would be called on Sunday to arrange delivery, and I was. Thankful Madison Avenue Cameras had a 512GB on sale for 169 which made the purchase of XH2. Camera feels right in my hands . I would not hesitate to use this company again for any of my products needed. Just wished I lived a little closer so I could visit the shop. Thank you Davies and Madison Avenue Cameras for making the process so easy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Air Rifle Purchase. Purchased a f-stop Mountain 32L backpack from Madison Avenue Cameras. They Could Not be beaten on price.Great backpack,great service ,very knowledgeable staff and a bonus I was served by Luke himself.   Used Lumix DMC-G3 Digital Camera is great The package was prepared for any ingoing troubles, excepting few little surface scratches (not a deal at all) the Panasonic Lumix DMC-G3 is in good condition and all requirements were fullfilled. This camera really is a great little camera. The price is very good too, but don't think because the price is low it's not rich with features and quality. Edit: Checked the product, want to say that the quality is amazing. Forgot to mention before the delivery was fast.

  Quality commercial drones and great pricing Great products, keen pricing, and excellent speed of delivery. I ordered two Autel Robotics EVO II Pro 6K drones and am delighted with both. Our company uses them for cinematography, best compact and foldable drone, designed to go take on any adventure, are excellent as it comes from well-recognized brand.   Solid and frank advice from them and placed an order being assured that everything was in stock. Only once I had paid I received an email telling me that one of the main items in the order was actually out of stock and I would have to wait for this.   Ordered a Canon RF 24-105mm for my EOS RP and its fantastic. Great condition, practically looks new. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I paid for Express 24 delivery but even though Madison Avenue Cameras sent it out earlier than scheduled, it was the delivery company that sent me an email out the blue to say my order had been delayed and rescheduled for delivery on the next working day with no detailed explanation. Other than that issue, I'm very happy with my lense and will be buying again from this company in future. Highly recommended but could do with hiring a more reliable delivery service provider. Madison Avenue cameras is very helpful on their site in order to help explain questions and help in the decision making process for the perfect purchase.   This was my first experience at Madison Avenue Cameras. I must say that I will do all my shopping for Photo Equipment there in the future. I was given honest advise. So much so that I ended up spending less than I had planned to. The camera I had planned to buy would not have met my needs even though they would have made more money on me.   The Canon EOS Rebel T7 is everything I hoped for and more. Amazing is the only word needed for this gem. The kit lens that came with the camera is not the best lens out there but a great combo for the price. All photos taken so far are amazing quality and clear as can be. For the price great combo!!!! Madison Avenue Cameras is a great supplier this is my second purchase from them.

  Madison Avenue Cameras made the process of ordering very easy. The camera came just in time for our vacation. The picture quality is really good and produces clear sharp images. I've mostly used it to shoot indoor basketball games in the sports/action mode. The auto-focus features work quickly enough to follow the action, and the automatic aperture and shutter speed settings are spot-on. Starting play more with other modes and manual settings with good results. Very happy with this purchase, and very impressed with Madison Avenue Cameras

  Purchased a used Godox V1 TTL Flash online, priced very reasonable. The flashgun was in very good condition and came with a leather case with a cloth diffuser, which I didn't expect. The description of condition was accurate on the website and I asked the sales team via email if it was compatible with my Fuji X2 camera and which adapter I required and received an email back the same day to confirm it would work ok. It was packed very well and works perfectly, the only niggle I had was it took a week for FedEx to deliver and the parcel was returned to the depot on the delivery day so had to wait another day but it had been snowing and due to the global slow-down they were busy.

  Canon R5 in Super Quick Time I ordered the R5 and it arrived after 2 days. It is perfect and has the two year warranty and the EF converter at the time of purchase not when Canon decide you have qualified for the offer. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
