  Clear communication, fast delivery Very clear communication. I asked about a Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 lens, ““Doug” was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the product range. Not at all “pushy”.   what a wonderful experience This transaction could not have been better. It was a great experience from the phone call to the delivery. The sales rep was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.   Leica quality I ended up buying the from a dealer after telling the salesperson how to test the new Leica M9 prior to shipping to me.   I was very impressed with the level of service provided by Madison Avenue Cameras. My package arrived very quickly and I was well informed each step of the way. From the order being dispatched to being delivered I was always very well informed of updates. They gave me a delivery time but I knew nobody would be home so I was able to leave alternative arrangements online while the order was out for delivery.   My package was tracked from the moment of dispatch to its arrival at my door, I was updated every step of the way and given a 1 hour delivery slot, superb service at a fantastic price.   I recently bought a Canon Remote Switch from Madison Avenue Cameras and I'm quite impressed with how everything was dealt with and how it actually performs. On the Canon R5 the wired remote switch worked exactly as I expected as a substitute for pressing on the shutter button in video mode. Definitely going to buy some more.

  I decided to purchase Canon RF100 2.8 L Macro from the company I trusted the Madison Avenue Cameras - I love them because they will really tell you honestly the pros and the cons of the product. I mean they have dignity. So I purchased this one. I can definitely recommend this to all photographers who would want to elevate their photographs into more amazing one.   Excellent I try to support Madison Avenue Cameras over a company like Amazon and generally they've been good but this experience has been particularly lousy. I was told to reach out to Panasonic directly, which I did but since I bought the Panasonic LUMIX G 9 camera from Madison Avenue Cameras they weren't especially motivated to help. It's been 3 weeks since I placed the order and I'm still trying to get help. I've had to change shoot schedules as a result.

  Excellent Experience I was in the market to upgrade my camera and I spent two hours in the Manhattan store with Davies and Luke and they could not have been more helpful and kind in answering questions and explaining information about several items I was interested in. The time and knowledge and personal care they offered is exactly why I chose to shop local for my camera and lens and accessory items.
