  The ActionPan definitely gives me better control over my camera. However it's poorly constructed from plastic, and hard to tighten the camera and mounted microphone down tight enough.

  Sony a7RV Mirrorless Camera Excellent service, ordered Monday afternoon, delivered Tuesday morning. Paul at the shop was very helpful, as usual and the guys who delivered equally as good. I got the a7RV as an upgrade for my current a77. Love the camera. All in all very professional and highly recommend them, we have used them several time previously.

  Olympus Camera Friendly & helpful staff. Very good prices. I needed a new Panasonic G9 camera body in a hurry and paid for the express delivery. The camera arrived from Manhattan only 3 days later, ahead of the promised delivery date. Only problem was the camera manual and screen display were all in French. M.A.C have promised to send a new manual in English though and I managed to change the display after a bit of online research.

  My Olympus OM-D E-M1X was stolen in Qatar World Cup 2022. As the Adorama rental shop was closed I emailed them asking somebody to come back to me when they re-opened. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email over the Bank Holiday weekend from Davies informing me that he would check the stock when the shop opened on Tuesday. I received a phone call on Tuesday morning from Davies confirming that it was in stock and he arranged for a delivery the next day. The delivery came as expected today and were very professional they took packaged everything E-M1X with 7-14mm f/2.8 PRO, 0-150mm f/2.8 PRO. and 300mm f/4 IS PRO safely with extra material. The service received was outstanding and I am so pleased I chose Madison Ave Cameras for my purchase and will definitely used them again

  I ordered my Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 lens, and it was delivered within a couple of days, free delivery too. Surprising, I did have a small problem with my new lens, but it was very quickly collected and returned to Madison Avenue Cameras, the problem resolved, and sent back to me, all within a few days.   Slow Communication Would take many calls to their number before somebody eventually picks up. Was told that I didn't receive the Sony RX100 vi camera because they didn't have any in stock. Tenable, but not sure why I wasn't notified about it and had to be the one to call them to find out about that. They did eventually send the camera once they received it from Sony in mid January.

  Excellent! The 70-200mm f/2.8L IS is a wonderful for sports, weddings, portraits and more. The product looks good but have not used it yet however what I can say is, I ordered on the Friday lunchtime and it was delivered the following Monday afternoon, I was given a time slot for delivery so there was no hanging around that's what I call good customer service and I would certainly deal with this company again.

  Bought a Leica TL2 camera from Madison Avenue Camera as they had the best deal ( Leica TL2 camera body and spare battery). Really helpful on the phone and answered all my questions fully. Camera arrived next day delivery by DHL after Madison Avenue camera had checked I would be in to receive the order owing to the high value. The camera was brand new with a shutter count of zero, I mention this has I had bought a new K3iii off of a "large American online firm" and the camera was missing the booklet and had a shutter count of over two thousand! For me Madison Avenue Camera have been brilliant and I hope to do more business with them. Highly recommended.

  Easy process, great communication, payment can take 2 days So, I just sold my Olympus OM-D E-M1X with the lense. Great communication from good staff.. Had an issue with length of payment but to be fair it does say give them two days so please be patient with the payment. They picked it up from me flawlessly and over all I would say it was an easy process. Would highly recommend them to anyone selling their old camera equipment.. Cheers

  Very prompt service and nice user friendly site. However, I could only give 3 stars because the quality of the item was a little disappointing. The filter clearly wasn't made properly so I had a lot of trouble putting the filter in the lens until I had trimmed it (cut my finger in the process due to the sharp edges) and it was a lot thinner than the original, so I guess it will not last long. I would still recommend though.

  The service from Madison Avenue Cameras has been incredible. My Nikon Z9 stopped working and I initially felt dread at having to sort it out and worry at the possible cost. I contacted Madison as the item was still covered under their warranty. I sent the camera back, received a quote and they transferred the money to me no problem. The replies to my emails were quick and efficient. Great service.

  This is the third or fourth time I have used Madison Ave Cameras to purchase camera equipment and on all occasions, They have provided an excellent and prompt service. Emails were replied to promptly and the products were delivered on time. Will definitely shop again!

  On balance, I think I would order from this company again because they (eventually) did the right thing. A week ago I wrote the review below but before they had seen it a member of their team was in touch to say they would issue a refund since my camera seemed to have got lost somewhere. The same day I received an email from someone else at the firm saying they wouldn't issue a refund. So, the left hand clearly doesn't know what the right hand is doing. However, in fairness, they re-credited my credit card immediately. I suspect that the service would be much better if I was in NJ. Anyway, they emailed and asked me to revise this review and fair is fair... I have. If the camera ever turns up (ha ha ha) I shall then have to work out how to pay for it again!

  Great experience, thank you I ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T7+ Lens + accessories and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and it was delivered on the Monday just over a week later. Very well packed, in A+ condition. Would definitely recommend Madison Ave cameras and will almost certainly use again based on this experience. Very happy customer!

  Great communication from Madison Ave cameras, but the camera and lens was packed very poorly. The box was completely crushed and split open. Please consider using a stronger box and more tape.

  Received the confirmation email with the incorrect address. Requested an update for my address to be fixed, but they apparently do that manually and I have to wait for them to respond, but my package may be sent to the wrong address before they respond. Very frustrating experience.

  I like that I can order stuff and pay later.. I was a little shocked that I needed a lens for my camera and needed to buy a cheat sheet to know how to use it. I don't get to use my camera strap so I need to get another one of those. This camera has cost me more than I have,,but will continue to built it and learn about how to operate it. I all so don't like the lens I bought January 5 2023

  I ordered a new Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 lens for the Canon Rebel T7 camera system recently and the lens was delivered within 5 working days of the order being processed. The lens was perfect upon delivery and 100% authentic. I haven't removed the lens from my camera since I've gotten it, and I've taken many more pictures then I ever have before. I would have no hesitation in buying from Madison Avenue Cameras again in the future. Very trusted and recommended seller.

  I ordered a Lensbaby Edge 80 and Sweet 50 Optics from Madison Avenue Cameras. Incredibly fast delivery and a good price. I'd also like to say that the Lensbaby I bought has been nothing short of miraculous in creative selective focus imagery from a variety of shooting distances and perspectives. Wish I'd bought it two years ago, when I first started thinking about it.
