  Madison Avenue Cameras has a great selection of products and always deliver a good service. I've never had any issues if I've had to return a faulty product either. The only minor gripes I have is that their prices could be lower - they're often beaten by others on price - and that their website can be misleading about stock levels.

  After reading the reviews I was very worried ordering with these guys. But I have to say my experience was great. The tracking number does take 4-7 days to be sent to you and a next 3-6 days for your product to be delivered. I sent a few emails to them regarding my order & they were very helpfully & replied within a 2 hour span every time. I am based in Massachusetts by the way, I hope this helps!

  Great shopping experience! I ordered a Canon EF 300mm f/4 lens from Austin Texas and they shipped it promptly and cheaply. The lens arrived in perfect condition, in 4 days. I just got through putting the lens through its paces with and without a 1.4EX II and am very happy with the image results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Madison Avenue Cameras.

  I ordered 2 lenses then had an email to say they would cancel one as it must be a mistake. Then I explained I purposefully ordered 2. They said that was ok and they would process two. Then only one lens arrived. Then I got an email saying they were cancelling my second lens.

  As usual the service was good and the camera as described, I have already shot over 1000 frames with it during the seven days I've had it (with many different lenses, and with mostly using the electronic shutter), plus a few video tests and I am extremely satisfied with the results am getting.   I have purchased multi orders from Madison Avenue Cameras with no issues everything was as described. Until I had to make my first return of a camera that failed in the first week. I keep getting bounced from department to department. This is exactly why Amazon is as big as it is because you don't have these issues, People trust to buy anything because they know they know if they have a problem it's as easy to return as it is to buy. I'm still waiting on return address and it's been 7 days since I returned the camera.

  SATURDAY EXTRA CHARGE. Paid extra for a Saturday delivery, wasn’t delivered on the Saturday. They are saying it was “actually delivered a day early” If I wanted it delivered on the Friday it with have been cheaper, I have reasons why I wanted it on the Saturday that’s why I paid the extra $47.95.

  I ordered a couple of gift vouchers which were posted on 14th December but they hadn't arrived by 24th December! (Our local FedEx delivery service was delayed by a winter storm.) I rang Madison Avenue Cameras on the 24th and they were able to cancel the original vouchers and send me replacements by e-mail. I had to print them out but I had the vouchers ready to give as a Christmas present.

  Poor delivery method The service within Madison Avenue Cameras is excellent and the products are excellent but unfortunately they are being let down totally by their chosen delivery method. I have recently ordered four products from Madison Avenue Cameras and it has been a nightmare, I appreciate the problems with snowstorms and staff reduction but Madison Avenue Cameras should give the purchaser a choice of delivery methods. My worse nightmare was when I purchased a product for $2,800. and chose next day delivery at my cost, it was delivered six days later and the item was left on top of my wheelie bin at the side of my house, I only found it when I took the rubbish out, I would like to buy further goods but are dubious about the delivery method.

  Very disappointed. Purchased a secondhand 1dx mark iii described as ‘excellent condition’ with a 9 rating. It’s arrived and has a very dirty sensor which looks marked / scratched. This should never have been sent out without been either cleaned or fixed. Terrible first experience buying secondhand from Madison Avenue Cameras! Disappointed customer ☹️

  I am beyond disappointed! A month ago I purchased Cannon 90D- accessories bundle. I received a call to be advised that the original battery does not last long and I should buy another one for $120, I agreed. They however did not bother to inform me that the charger comes with no cable and when I rang to ask for it they didn’t seem to care much stating that this is how the manufacturer does it. So the whole camera turn out to be useless and I have to look for charging cable elsewhere. The tripod was damaged and they promised me to replace it- it’s now been a month and I still have no new tripod neither a reply from them. I regret using this company!

  First class service From the ordering of my Nikon D6 to standard delivery which was extremely fast has been flawless, care was taken with packaging the item. Because Nikon USA have delays in supplying Nikkor 70-200mm lenses and there was no indication as to when they would become available, unfortunately I had to return my item unused until I'm able to purchase an adaptor as I only have nikon lenses, their help and understanding in the return was an excellent service and very helpful staff. I would not hesitate in recommending these people and will continue to buy from them.

  i received order. Having to sign for the lens kept me home for three days since the delivery was delayed each end of day because of difficulties at FedEx. If I had had the option to have it delivered at my option without a signature, it would have gone smoother like Amazon deliveries

  5 star customer service, I was got belated vouchers as a Christmas gift. I received an email apologizing that the vouchers would not arrive in the post as I had just missed the postal deadline.   In Love with my pre-owned camera. Treated myself to a 2nd hand camera, and I am delighted with the condition of the camera, I'd say it has exceeded expectation.   I have been shopping with Madison Avenue Cameras for more than 20 years and I have no complaints. Photography is a hobby for me and I have purchased all my cameras and lens, lights, etc. Great products, excellent customer service, and fast delivery. I even still have my old Nikon N80 camera, which about 25 years old and it still works.   ordering was easy and quick. I found just what I was looking for. Don't have the item yet but I've always gotten quality goods from Madison Avenue Cameras and I feel confident that the camera back pack I ordered will be great. I wanted a smaller bag to keep in my truck with a Nikon 7200 and an 18-200 Nikon lens so I'll always have a camera handy. This should work well.
