  I bought a Hasselbald lens at bargain price and the focusing ring was non-operational and the lens got stuck on the body of my camera. Although my dreams of getting this wide angle lens for my Hasselblad was shattered, Their customer service was great in guiding me to finding a solution to my problem. Luckily was about to get to a camera repair shop near by to remove the lens and Madison Avenue Cameras emailed me the return shipping label.

  I was a bit skeptical buying from this company because I've never heard of them before. But am I glad I did. I bought an Epson projector from them. It was an easy transaction with free shipping. It said my product would be here Tuesday, which was okay since it's labor day weekend and I placed the order at 2am on Thursday morning. But that thing showed up on my doorstep at 10am the next day! It was packaged very well just like getting a fragile product from Amazon. I hooked everything up and it works beautifully! I also bought their 3 year warranty which was a little cheaper than other places and their customer service is on point. I'll be ordering all my tech from this company from now on. Very happy with my experience with this company.

  I shop at Madison Avenue Cameras mainly for their expedited shipping. I've never been dissatisfied with a purchase. I love my Nikon, and the Canon 90d has saved me a fortune in ink, being that I print high volume.   Excellent service Madison Avenue Cameras has always provided wonderful service, top quality products, and great pricing. Recently, I was looking to order some paper for my Canon printer. It seemed that it was not available for shipping. I sent a request for information to the customer service department and the young man who answered gave a good explanation about its availability and when it would be, a notification would be sent. Now it is all cleared up and on its way. We can always count on Madison Avenue cameras to come through for us.

  Excellent website, excellent stock, so fast and easy to find what I need and place my order.   Good product shame the delivery code wasnt automatically added. Good product. Good price. Wish they had automatically added the free next day delivery code to my order. Instead I found out that it was going g to take 3 days to deliver when I was of the impression that it would be free next day delivery. I later found a tiny banner on the website , when viewed on my phone , saying I needed to add a code for the next day delivery. Live and learn I suppose.

  Impressive! Really pleased, ordered a Canon EOS 90D kit at a great price. It arrived within a week and was well packaged and I got emails advising on dispatch, delivery date etc. The price I pad was over $100 cheaper than I could find elsewhere. Very impressed, definitely recommend. Thank guys!

  Excellent service from Davies I spoke with a gentleman called Davies who was fantastic when advising me about a camera I intended to buy as a present for my wife. Davies was knowledgeable, astute and simply excellent with regards good old fashioned customer service!   The item was just as promised. Madison Avenue Cameras kept me informed as to the status of the product's whereabouts as well with a FedEx tracking number. My only complaint is that I thought the phone was coming from Australia and it was shipped from New York. But as long as it is as advertised I am satisfied.

  I ordered a camera and lens along with multiple other items online, website showed as Manhattan, knowing now it ships from international it was very quick but my order was missing all the extras I paid for and the resolution process had been 3 emails asking me to check the packaging again and to wait for a response from the warehouse… Considering it takes 2 weeks to ship things to me from their warehouse I would hope that they would want to resolve this faster

  The inventory is choice, from budget-priced to very high-end fantasy equipment, accommodating fluctuations in my personal fortune (such as it is). I have found that you don't save money trying to buy from Amazon (which is an evil company that mistreats its workers). Amazon has cheaper prices, but lower quality products. Not one of three filters I was examining on Madison Avenue Cameras was available from Amazon.

  Very disappointed, a pricing error which was not honored. They hid behind their terms and conditions. They didn't seem to get mentioned anywhere in the purchase procedure though. Was only offered a refund or to pay the extra for their mistake? Not even an incentive to keep the order on track and meet halfway in price for instance.

  Puchased Leica Q2 & it went missing or stolen during transit. Because we didn't take out optional postal insurance $25 from NY- was told a claim couldn't be lodged? International express with tracking should already cover stolen items! Terrible experience, was offered $1500 store credit. Repurchased item & took crucial Canon insurance, has been shipped so hopefully will get this time? I suggest you include insurance as part of the purchase! Absolutely gutted, Madison Avenue Cameras big company, can't you afford to reimburse or keep your customers happy? Step up to the plate Adam - Profit over people, hard to recommend!

  Shipping Choices I always bundle small items together to make over $99 to have free shipping. There was an option to pay now and wait one or two weeks for the teleconverter and ship 2 items together, but it separated them anyway and I have to pay shipping on the second item.

  I'd been thinking about purchasing a Nikon Z7 for a few months, and after a Google search, Madison Avenue Cameras came up in my search. Had never heard of them before, but they had the camera I'd researched in stock and at a fantastic price! (within my budget). Camera ordered, dispatched same day, and arrived the next day! They even gave me a courtesy call to let me know it was out for delivery. I've since placed an order for FTZ II adaptor & NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S lens. Excellent company and I'll definitely shop with them again.

  I ordered a Canon EOS R5 C from this company and I am really happy with my purchase. I found it online through a search and the camera was much cheaper than Best Buy. I also ordered an extra battery, some filters, and a telephoto lens. They had a special so I received two sets of filters which is nice so I can have a clear lens cover for the regular lens as well as the telephoto lens. Their shipping was also safe, secure, and fast enough for me. Would do business with them again without hesitation.

  Basically new Bought the refurbished Nikon DSLR and am extremely happy with my purchase. I've taken it out shooting every single day since I got it and couldn't love it more.   Bought a camera online at what I thought was a good price and paid for it using my credit card. Received an email saying the order couldn't be completed until I called them to confirm. During that call I was informed that I would need to purchase a battery and a charger to complete the sale. When I told the agent I felt I was misled, he hung up on me. I wouldn't buy anything from this company again.

  Went searching for a refurbished Nikon D3300 and Found a full kit Madison Ave Cameras at a good price. Everything was easy to find. I've purchased from them before, so it was simple to pull up my account with my information.   They stock a huge range of products and accessories. This makes a huge difference as if you are looking for something they normally have it. I have had to get lenses repaired and there turnaround time is excellent. It only took them 6 days to repair my 70-200f2.8 lens. For the last year I have been ordering off them online and there service is excellent, I have normally received the order the following day.

  Quick Postage from Madison Avenue Cameras We loved purchasing from Madison Avenue Cameras. It arrived in 5 days, the shipping was fast, it was just our countries customs that slowed it down. Phone arrived just as described. Phone works well, is brand new just like described. Only downside is that the charger was sent with an adapter instead of a charger for my country. I cannot use the charger as it does not fit where it needs to go with the adapter. Thank you so very much.

  My first-time user experience was excellent. Attracted to the pricing, I ordered a camera online 1 week before a trip, then called in two days later to change the mailing address to my travel destination and the package arrived at my door that same day!
