  Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 USM I was already buying a second lens for Madison Avenue cameras, this time a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8. The order and communication with the store are super and the package, perfectly packaged without damage, arrived on the promised date. As part of the announced event, I also received a UV filter.   Trustworthy! My fuji xe4 arrived with 18-55mm f2.8 fuji lense in original packaging and within 5 days.The shipment packaging was good and protected the item very well. Customer care responded to my queries without much delay and overall a good shopping experience! The price was cheaper than other stores as well. Will definitely buy again.

  Magnetic filters Excellent quality filters, no loss to image quality, however having to size up to avoid vignetting is not ideal as you are unable to use with a lense hood Service was excellent, very helpful in sorting the problem

  I am very pleased with the ordered Sigma 150-600 millimeter lenses. The process of ordering and delivering products was safe, fast and professional. Lenses are quite compact, lightweight and have fast focusing. The image is without large distortions at the highest magnification and practically without chromatic aberrations. For a small price I got quite a solid product. Thank you, I will order again from you because you are reliable and affordable.

  Vanguard VEO CM-264 Monopod and Ballhead combo. I'd rate this monopod as good value for money. The ballhead is a little notchy, but the clamp is positive. The locking leg collars seem to be very good as well. The tri-feet mechanism seems positive but don't leave it unguarded - it's not a tripod. Fast and efficient delivery - now looking at other Vanguard products.

  Small Portable Item Not Arrived After 5 Days! Ordered a tiny item that was in stock on 23 November- was acknowledged on the day ordered, but not sent out until 26 November, and as of 27 November still has not arrived. 5 days and nothing - this is not good when you are competing against Amazon!

  Really great and I've only deducted one star because I ordered in good time for an event I was due to photograph but unfortunately, the lens took over a week to arrive and wasn't delivered in time. When it did arrive it was very well packaged and I'm pleased with my purchase. I would buy from Madison Avenue Cameras again but perhaps the delivery times could be improved.

  The delivery was put back by two days which I agreed to but when the camera did not arrive on the stated day I called and spoke to someone in sales who was going to ring me back after the weekend but they never did. The camera finally arrived a week later than I was told but they took payment immediately

  Best prices anywhere in New York and all super friendly! Only complaint is that delivery is a bit expensive even if you’re only buying something small. Packaging is good as they use paper bags but they can be a bit big; if you buy a single roll of film you’ll still get a great big bag. Apart from that absolutely the best place to go for film!

  Great service I had been searching for Nikon COOLPIX B500 with lens cloth for a while without success. The package was very well packed in to South Dakota in 3 days and protected against damage.   I purchased a Canon EOS RP from them. Unfortunately it had a problem and I was unhappy. I contacted customer service and got a reply very quickly. They offered to use their FedEx post account to return it. It was all very quick and they even covered the cost of postage. Overall I am very impressed with their service.

  Madison Avenue Cameras carries a broad line of photo equipment. I've never been disappointed trying to find a very specific accessory for my camera. My camera is a new mirrorless APS-C model which is not carried by many of the large retailers, so having Madison Avenue Cameras available 24/7 is very helpful.

I had a planned a holiday in Australia and needed a decent long lens for the wildlife which I had a lot of fun with. I called to check the lens' availability, the phone was answered very quickly and the chap I spoke to very extremely helpful.   The selection is awesome and the staff is quite responsive. I recently sent an inquiry about when a new video light would be available through Madison Avenue cameras and the staff member Andrew. did a great job running getting with their buyers and getting the light listed on their site. He did a superb job keeping me informed along the way as it took a few days to get the item listed. It's a class operation and I've never had any trouble with them.

  Found this a difficult order due to a missing item in the package. Not helped by a slow response to fix the issue, sorry guys you need to do better. I felt I wasn't being trusted from the start regards report of the missing item.

  Terrible asked for another $300 after ordering a $500 item Bought a Benro MeFOTO tripod and Oben LH-2510 head for $399 on sale. Got an email to say it had been processed and was on its way. Then got another email to say they wouldnt send it and I had to pay an extra $200 plus for the next model up Disgusted SO i bought it from Bergen cameras and bought a atmos 7 and a sony fs5 mk2

  Refund effected promptly I order a pair of binoculars for $350, then decided I wasn't sure they were the model I needed. I called Madison Avenue Cameras who had not yet dispatched them item and refunded the full amount to my credit card promptly.

  Remarkable Customer Service I bought a lens in Manhattan, and then traveled to Europe where I live. The lens started failing eventually getting it's zoom ring completely blocked. As it was within the Warranty time, M.A.C took over the cost of the lens repair here in my country, saving me lots of time and money of delivery overseas. I want to thank Natalia, and the M.A.C team for the remarkable customer service they offered me. I will definitely continue to buy on M.A.C and I recommend it to anyone who must buy used gear.

  Super product from a super supplier. This is the third or fourth time that I’ve bought items from Madison Avenue Cameras and, as usual, the service and delivery were perfect. I was surprised to see the item I wanted was in stock, so I took the opportunity, and I don’t regret it. The product itself (a Hawke monocular) is very high quality, with good optics and a solid feel. A small issue with the discount code was swiftly and satisfactorily corrected and I am 100% satisfied with my experience. I’ll definitely buy from Madison Avenue Cameras again, and I’d recommend them to any prospective buyer.

  Awesome experience - I am truly stunned at the helpfulness! I had some serious concerns about ordering a NNIKKOR Z DX 50-250mm f/4.5-6.3 VR lens online from a company new to me because it was a lot of money to spend if anything went wrong. So, I emailed Madison Avenue Cameras, received a timely and very helpful reply from David, sent several more emails - probably frustrating him beyond belief because I wanted to know the ins and outs of everything - and every time got a fast and courteous response. So I ordered. David had informed me that delivery times can be longer at the moment due to current conditions and gave me a rough prediction so I settled back for a wait which I expected to end sometime at the end of next week. And yesterday it arrived!! Perfect condition, more than adequately packed, much earlier than anticipated. There is another lens I want so I will be ordering again as soon as I can.   Small shop slowly losing it's former glory This year I have bought several products which they didn’t have and weren’t able to get so just kept me hanging. In the end I bought these from CVP.com or other suppliers and had them within a week while Madison sent excuses saying that their suppliers weren’t able to say when they might deliver.

  Poor communication and no call backs Ordered an out of stock item on the 4th Nov. The website stated delivery would be around 8-12 working days. After I heard nothing for three weeks, I emailed them but didn't receive a response. I then called, spoke to someone who said they would contact the supplier and get back to me. They didn't get back to me. The next day I called again. They then said they'd call the supply and call me back that same day. It's been over a week now and I've still heard nothing. I've now cancelled the order.

  6d Mk II Everyone wants sharp images and this camera works with the right glass for your style of photography. It's superior to my t2i Canon and takes great shots for landscapes.
