  After that nonsense, how many stars would YOU give them? I reported the problem in detail, and was told to return the lens at my cost. I felt, as a faulty lens was sent to me, the costs were not my problem. I didn't expect to receive a faulty lens, especially after our emails last week.

  Everything went perfectly from the beginning to the end. The ordering process on the website was very easy, pricing was fair, dispatch happened very quickly so that next day my purchase was delivered. DHL unusually messed up the delivery, but that has nothing to do with Madison Avenue Cameras. I did not know of them but I am impressed and look forward to using Madison Avenue Cameras again.

  Faulty website and no reply I had a question about a camera but the contact form on their website wasn't working - after putting in all the information and clicking submit, I got an error message. Weeks later, still no message and the camera I wanted was now out of stock. I messaged them again, and again they have read it but not bothered replying. I ended up buying from another company who actually replied to my email. Probably a lucky miss with Madison Avenue Camera Store, as presumably I'd have the same lack of response if I needed to contact them post-purchase

  Good customer service but misleading delivery times I found the website delivery details on the website misleading. It states 1-3 days but after I got in contact with them after 1 day I found my delivery would 'probably' take 4-5 days. I was promptly offered a full refund, which was an appropriate gesture, but I would have preferred my lens in 1-3 days.

  Shipping Choices I always bundle small items together to make over $99 to have free shipping. There was an option to pay now and wait one or two weeks for the Peak design tripod and ship 2 items together, but it separated them anyway and I have to pay shipping on the second item.

I would highly recommend using Madison Avenue cameras for you photographic needs, I was after a new lens and they were very competitive in their pricing. They said I would have the lens by the Wednesday and I sure did have it so I don't think you can get better service than that.   I ordered a new DSLR simply because it was the cheapest price I could find for it. The order was placed on a Friday night, and delivered to my door by Monday morning. I was able to take it out of the box and basically start taking pictures. The lens it came with is great for a variety of picture taking opportunities. The camera itself is a step up for me and has been very easy to use and user friendly. I'm excited to get out and use it more.

  I have bought three cameras from Madison Avenue cameras: a Canon, the Nikon D500, and now the D810. I returned the Canon, and they exchanged the camera for a different model with no questions asked. Shortly after ordering the D810, Madison Avenue cameras reduced the price on the camera by $50 on their website. Within 24 hours of the price reduction, They had refunded $50 on my order. That's the type of customer service that has made me a loyal customer. I will definitely be ordering all of my future photography purchases through Madison Avenue.

  Madison Avenue Cameras has pleasant staff, quick to answer phone, knew their cameras and stock but not pushy. Asked for expedited delivery as I wanted the camera for a wedding and the camera arrived in great condition and on time. I haven't had any problems working it and I love how it worked.

  As a photographer I needed my new camera quickly but Amazon had no answer to when they would even ship my camera.   Leica V-Lux 5 - Excellent Service I really can't fault the service - I tried Madison Avenue Cameras' as I could not source the camera anywhere in the US, delivery was stated as 5 - 8 days but arrived safe and sound in 3 days. The camera is definitely brand new ( not sure why some reviews have been saying otherwise ) and I have been trying it out during the past few days, I'm very pleased with it.

  Once again, Madison Avenue cameras not only delivered an amazing product, but they delivered my Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 lens a day earlier than expected allowing me to use it that day at a photoshoot.   Very quick and pleasing service. The Tamron 70-180/2.8 lens was dispatched amazingly quickly on the order day (Friday) and could have been delivered by the following Monday had I not re-scheduled delivery to Wednesday, when it was delivered on time.   Always Dependable My old Canon ME200S decided to call it quits. Canon's website said I had to wait until February for the Canon XA75 4K30 Camcorder I urgently wanted. Madison Avenue Cameras' said I could have it the next day. NO BRAINER!!!I love Madison Avenue Cameras' inventory, service, and reliability. Madison Avenue Cameras' is the best.
