  Another great lens from Madison Avenue Cameras! It was a total surprise to see this Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 at a sale price good enough to get my attention but that's what happened. This is one of the best lens for the price on the market. Sigma and Madison Avenue Cameras outdid themselves with this fine lens. Madison Avenue Cameras free expedited shipping makes the experience even better. Love it!

  Canon EOS 90D DSLR Madison Avenue Cameras has been my go-to for camera equipment and supplies for 20+ years. I was happy with the with the customer service. All my question's was answered. The tech helped me get the right cards, extra batter and the Allstate warrantee for it. I got every thing when they said I would. Great place to get your photography equipment. I wont shop any place else!

  Brilliant company...I bought a Sony Mirrorless from them and they gave me lots of useful free gifts, were cheaper than big retail and it comes with a 5 year guarantee which even B&H couldn't come close to. I then purchased a filter adapter which was significantly cheaper than even eBay and amazon. This is a company with fast shipping and doing what local shops should be. Excellent service, competitive pricing and great selection.

  Lovely store with a coffee shop opposite. Really great for checking out the latest gear, whether cameras, lens, binoculars, wrist straps, other accessories. They've got a decent selection of Peak Design bags, t-shirts and various photography books. Staff are really helpful. Bring an SD card and have a test!

The staff, including the senior staff, were incredibly racist and made us feel very small, probably discriminating due to our skin color.   Great customer experience "This was my first buying experience at Madison Ave Camera. I purchased a used camera body and lens. Both were received exactly as advertised and photographed on the website. I paid for the items online and picked them up at the store. I was greeted shortly after walking in and was ushered to the appropriate counter (it would have been easy for me to get distracted in a store that large). The whole experience was courteous, professional, and short; three things I appreciate in a trip to any store.

  Top price but received damaged. I ordered the Fuji 23mm f1.4 at the top price, best condition. The lens hood was badly damaged, cracked, unusable. I called Madison Avenue Cameras and asked them to make a gesture by sending me a UV filter for that lens for free. I'm waiting for that to come.

  Good bundle and Camera "As a newbie into the DSLR world, I can say that I'm very happy with my purchase. The shipping was sooner than expected. The Quality of the product is awesome.   I was struggling to find a specific Fuji film camera in chrome and like other stores I had tried they only had black. They said to leave it with them and within 30 mins they called back to say they had found one. They had it in the store for me the next day. Awesome service.   I purchased the Nikon D500 body from Madison Avenue cameras, I phoned a couple of days before to ask them to put it aside for me and this was no problem for them. When I went to collect it, the staff were very friendly and helpful, as well as allowing me to try a newly released lens on the body even though I wasn't buying it, will definitely be going back for future purchases.

  Very poor customer service and shipping policy I’ve spent lots of money at Madison Avenue cameras over the years. Always been happy. but now they use UPS. Absolute joke of a company. If you ask them about a shipment status, you can get different answers based on who you talk with. Personally, I don’t think they know. Still waiting on 2 items shipped weeks ago. Until Madison Avenue cameras starts using a different shipper, my business goes elsewhere.

  Very good and friendly advice. As a satisfied customer, I was the focus of my needs and was able to try out a Q2 Monochrome for several hours. I have never been pressured to make a purchase decision and this is still an open one. Would recommend this shop to anyone interested in Leica products.   I had high expectations for this Tamron 150-600 G2 lens, and I was still surprised. Anyone who says, Equipment is not Important is a wrong. This is a marvelous lens. I want to upload a picture, but it keeps saying there is an error. Sorry Lens is GREAT, and Madison Avenue Cameras' is too.

  Friendly staff, helpful advice and quick delivery. We recently purchased a lens for our Canon camera. We purchased our camera elsewhere and called them for advice on the best lens to purchase. They were all very helpful and delivery time was very prompt. Would recommend this company to anyone.

  I started using Madison Avenue Cameras when I was a professional photographer back in the 1990s, I think the first camera that I bought was a Canon film camera the original. I’m retired now but every camera that I have owned since then has been supplied by Madison Avenue Cameras. Their service has always been excellent due to their very knowledgeable staff.   Went in to ask about blurring in my shots ref my older camera....2 guys gave me all the time and some useful information without making me feel I didn't know what they were talking abut. Also informed me about the website for sales of their quality secondhand lenses and camera bodies. A lot cheaper than my home town so I would definitely recommend them for info/material/and very good condition quality used equipment.

  Good but on this occasion not great. The product ordered was delivered within the timescale quoted but unusually I got no regularly updated information about the delivery tracking during the waiting time. So on this occasion the service wasn't up to Madison usually exceptional high standards. The delivery was made by DHL and the lack of tracking updates was their doing not Madison fault, but this does reflect on the overall service.

  Shipping was insanely fast and everything arrived fine. The camera was packaged well, arrived in perfect condition and the order was 100% correct with all of the items included.   This is an excellent store. They stock all sorts of cameras and equipment. The staff there are are excellent and will offer you good advice. They their knowledge is vast. If you want to buy a good camera and you want some help and advice they will help you for sure. They have a phone processing area too. The also stock telescopes. A fantastic shop. I travel from Delaware to New York to go get all my camera needs and accessories that is how good I think this shop is!!!!!!
