  The item ordered arrived well packed and in mint condition and I am well please with it and also the price I paid. Under normal circumstances your service would have warranted a five star. However having managed to send my camera to another state yet I ordered off Manhattan does not bode well for your checking procedures. That you arranged for the lenses to be swapped by myself and the other recipient should not have happened.

  Always a good experience with MAC. We have been using them for years for TVs, audio and camera equipment. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. We have bought both on-line and in person at their store in Manhattan.

  Davies was super helpful in doing a sensor clean on 2 of my Sony cameras in the middle of lockdown. I dropped the cameras off and they were cleaned within 24 hours despite all the constraints - thanks again.

  A Mecca heaven for Olympus camera systems, OM-D & PEN cameras, mirrorless lenses, SLR lenses, underwater accessories, Tough series, binoculars and voice recorders. Davies in the Olympus section will narrate the most suited OM-D for a beginner or seasoned pro. I love this store! They are extremely well equipped for all your Olympus photography needs. Their prices are the best in town and their staff is very knowledgeable, so there's no point to going to the big box stores. I have been served by Davies, Scott, and Bryce. Can't wait to go back for the new super-telephoto zoom lens!

  I have an order gone in and it’s only being a few days. I did ring and they told me it’s in the warehouse and will take 3-4 days but it was ordered 2 days before I called. I was expecting it after three days. The one thing is I have yet to receive a confirmation alert about delivery let alone a tracking number. Do they communicate this or keep u on the tenterhooks?? I need this lens for a wedding on sat. so I’m hoping that it arrives in time. If it does I’ll give a great review. I think letting people know where there product is in the means of a tracking number would really improve your image.

  Davies proffered fantastic customer service. We spent nearly two hours in the store and he patiently answered all of our questions and helped to choose a new camera and lenses. His acute knowledge of the cameras and the subject of photography appears phenomenal. Davies was tolerant and understanding which I find very important when you are trying to choose a new monopod. There was no pressure towards any brands and he explained the necessary accessories that we needed. Overall the most friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable Proprietor. I cannot recommend Madison Avenue Cameras and its staff highly enough.

  The item I was looking for (Telecentric Lens for C-Mount machine vision cameras) was not in stock, so Scott placed a special order for me. They received it one week later, then couriered it to me that same day. Two days later, they're in my hands in Denver. Great communication all the way.   Received the Nikon ME-1 mic after three days, it's very practical, almost hypersensitive, but way too overpriced. Azden SMX-30 has at least the same sound for a fraction of the price - but lacks a hot shoe grip.

  Overall, the company were swift of delivery, have a good product range and my order was processed quickly and delivered fairly quickly. My issue is I was seeking a bag for my DSLR and 600/800mm lens. This was part of fully refurbishing all my equipment including camera body lens etc. I spent considerable time looking for the right bag and when I found the Ruggard Alpine bag on their site it looked perfect; however, it was ambiguous if it came with dual zipper enclosures or not or if one had to order insert cubes as extra. I had an online chat and was assured it came with enclosures. On arrival they were not included, I raised this and in fairness to Madison Avenue cameras they responded quickly and went back to the manufacturers to check as soon as business resumed after my e-mail arrived with them. Unfortunately, they were advised the bag did not. MAC' said they would take the bag back if I wanted to send it back. This was an easy mistake to make based on the suppliers sales pictures, but what is the shop's fault is that they were specifically asked about the enclosure feature and said they were included, in fact MAC staff did not know and were cursorily careless in not say so or at least deferring an answer till they could check properly. As a result, I cannot recommend Madison Avenue cameras as the one thing one does need is accurate and honest answers to questions.

  I've burnt more than a few candles poring over literature over the last couple of months trying to decide on which way to go, Canon 5DS-R vs. Nikon Z6II. I needed a camera dedicated to lowlight, high iso, birds in flight, macro photography. Madison Avenue Cameras' did a great job in getting me the Canon 5DS-R body. The quality of the pictures is outstanding. It is worth the time to read the manual, a lot you can do with this camera.

  In addition to an incredible price offered by Madison Avenue Cameras, the Hasselblad H6D-100c offers excellent image quality at high resolution for many photographic needs. I use mine for commercial, bird and wildlife photography, and macro imaging. For birds and wildlife, it allows one to make a significant crop if necessary while still maintaining great image quality. I'm very happy with this camera and highly recommend it!

  Ordered my first FX (full frame) DSLR, a Nikon D810. It's ideal for Landscape, Event, Real Estate and Wedding photography. This refurbished camera looks and feels brand new, and it was $500 less than on Nikon's website. I've used MAC for many years. The customer service is great and the website answers almost all of one's questions. I ordered on a Monday and it was in my hands on Friday. Two day would have been nice but I remember when deliveries to the house were rare events and expedited meant a week.

  On-line purchase of Panasonic LX100 No problems with the purchase and delivery of my camera. The whole process was very slick. I have never made a purchase of a camera on-line before having preferred to talk to people "in the know" before I make my purchase. Therefore, my only comment would be that it would have been more comforting to have had a face to face conversation about the functionality camera - a short in-store basic training session. I can't even pop-in for support as I live no where near the outlet. This comment should not, however, detract from my overall good experience and the excellent camera I now own. Thank you.

  Ordered a Sony Alpha A7R II camera from Madison Avenue Cameras yesterday and it arrived today by courier. The price was excellent with a few extras provided, a 2 year warranty, an additional battery (albeit not a Sony product but compatible) and a LCD screen protector. Absolutely perfect service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Top class company & excellent after sales service, I ordered my camera on a Saturday, received it the next day, very impressive. The camera was as described & substantial value for money so very satisfied. I have used before and received the same top class service. When I did have need to return an item, they arranged for the collection from my home & an immediate full refund was issued without any quibble. I will certainly be using again for any of my photo gear needs

  Used Tamron 200-600 The lens is in great condition and really well packaged, the only problem I had was with the tracking details not working. That may have been a manufacturer issue but there was no weekend contacts available for Madison Avenue Cameras.

  Have used camera exchange recently to sell my camera gear. They have been excellent and speedy in the service they provide. The quote given was the best of all the retailers and online buying companies out there. The courier arrived promptly and the equipment arrived nect day at camera exchange. Within a few days i had the money in my bank account. If i was to sell again i would certainly try these guys first. Communications and customer service are 5 star.

  Price ok but not service Just received my camera and case that was a fairly competitive deal on their part. However, at nearly $100 for postage, I expected a better response when I stayed in all day, as requested in an email, and I discovered it was not down for delivery until 3 days later. I informed the company that I was less-than-happy at wasting that day but they didn't have the courtesy to even reply. I won't use them again as a result of that failure.

  Discount application procedure a confusion Whilst being very pleased with the camera and the packaging was excellent I have an issue with the on line billing mechanism which somehow failed to clearly show the point at which the 15% discount I was entitled to applied resulting in me unexpectedly paying the full price. I reported this immediately but the promised 15% refund has failed to materialize. Hence the the 2 star deduction.

  I received my Nikon Z 7II from Madison Avenue Cameras about 2 weeks ago and really love this camera. I mainly photograph real estate and architectural works, took the camera to a local building project and photographed structures and physical features. I am totally amazed at the eye tracking. This camera is a keeper!

  Spoke to Davies to give level of comfort before ordering - you can tell a lot about a company by speaking to them. Ordered a Fuji x100v at a great price, with a couple of filters thrown in, arrived the next day. Great result and would happily use again.

  Ordered Gitzo GK2542-82QD Tuesday Afternoon (after same day dispatch deadline) Arrived Friday Morning. Very fast order processing with excellent prices compared to other retailers (saved $384). would use again without hesitation.   The Nikon Monarch binoculars are superb as is the service I have received from Madison Avenue Cameras, delivery was VERY fast. I have a pair of Swarovski 8x25 binoculars but these 10x42 really cut the mustard. Absolutely delighted
