  The workers are nice good cameras but you can't return or the owner crys if ur buying their good but u can't even bring it back not even after a day you will loose like $150 trying to give it back their not very good at customer service

  Great service from Madison Avenue Cameras, my credit card company blocked the transaction as they thought it was suspicious. Customer support were very helpful and the issue was quickly resolved. Camera arrived in 24 hours. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

  This Samyang 85mm f1.4 is a gem! Pleasantly surprised. After reading several reviews I thought a bright portrait lens would round out my gear bag. Although I'm not a pro, this Samyang 85mm f1.4 lens is sharp and the bokeh is amazing. The value is outstanding considering what you get for the price. I know I have only used the lens a few times but so far I could not be happier with the images and Madison Avenue Cameras service.

  Terrific Camera Packages! I consulted a friend who is an experienced photographer about getting a good camera for vacations, etc. He recommended this OM-D EM-1 package from Madison Avenue Cameras, with a Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/4-5.6 R lens. In no time I was taking great photos and some movies. Although I am still learning I am impressed with the photos and movie quality so far. I would recommend this camera store to someone who wants a great camera.

  I bought an expensive pair of Swarovski 8.5x42 EL42 binoculars from Madison Avenue Cameras. This was an absolutely perfect transaction from beginning to end. Fast and friendly response to questions. I transferred payment from Chile and the very next working day I received tracking information and the parcel was delivered the day after. I am really pleased and I am confident that even if this is the first order, it will not be the last.

  Highly recommend. Super friendly and helpful staff don’t push you into anything and able to assist you in anyway. I came here to get a second hand Nikon D780 and they done me a great deal with 24-120mm and sb-700 speedlight. Sadly there was an issue with it and became faulty I emailed them and brought it in the next day and took it in and sorted me out a brand new one! Made a customer for life out of me I will be back for all my cameras and lenses!

  These guys are awesome; they really go out of their way for their customers, in an 'old style' way -- knowing that eventually, returning customers are a good thing. They prices are very competitive (even when you google around!) so I just buy all my general accessories bits and the camera straight from them. Tripods, most of the backpacks and pro video equipment. Davies, Scott & Sam are all very knowledgeable and they have a fantastic Used items boutique too -- a LOT of temptation when you go there!

  Superb experience. I found a Sony a6400 on their website that I couldn't find anywhere else, sent an enquiry, had a call straight away discussing options. I went to the shop to collect it, and had a good chat about what I was after. The chap I spoke with was very knowledgeable, and pointed me in the right direction. This was a much better experience than other places I'd visited earlier in the week, and I'll definitely be back! I'm now the happy owner of a mirrorless Sony. All in all 10/10. Good knowledge, good range of kit, and friendly service, what more can you ask for!

  Having requested information via I email, it was a pleasure to visit the shop and be greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff that gave me great information without being pushy. I ended up buying 3 Fuji teleconverters on my variation and have since setup and tried all my equipment - Great service from Davies as my items were securely wrapped, delivered fast and lenses sold to me that seems to be doing the job very well. The shop is an Aladdin's cave and well worth a visit. Thanks guys - keep it up!

  Happy with this Canon EOS 7D Mark II camera for shooting birds. I am happy with this camera. I use it with sigma 100-400mm lens. No problem shooting bald eagles, blue herons, birds.

  I LOVE M.A.C! I love my camera kit! The Madison Avenue Cameras website is so easy to navigate, and the delivery was quick but careful... Everything was packaged so securely! I wasn't home the day it was delivered, so FedEx took the package to a nearby depot where I went and signed for it. There was no fuss with any of this!   Don't Believe the Naysayers Ordered the D850 camera and it arrived the next morning. Good ole Madison' I was a long time user of my Nikon D80,and loved it. 5 years old now and planning a big trip next September. Spoke to Madison Avenue Cameras and was assured it would be a easy learning curve for me. There are a lot more bell &whistles on the D850. I love it !! Intuitive is the word. Handles well and takes great photos. I am using a Tamron 16-300 also from M.A.C Great combo

  Exceptional Quality & Value! The Canon R6 together with the Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM lens is both an outstanding price/performance point (Thank you M.A.C) as well as a exceptionally versatile camera. Camera optics is on par for a upper product line RF lens, quiet, fast and lethal! Image acquisition, focus capture and shutter/aperture control are very good. The camera's brains does the rest, in a wide range of lighting and subject conditions. Joy to use.

  I just returned from Madison Avenue Cameras with a filter broken inside lens, and I am over the moon with the absolute perfect and genuine service they provide.   VERY EXPENSIVE BUT THE BEST! Beautiful 50 summilux lens. Incredible build. Built in lens hood. Very fast lens. Focus ring is very smooth. Renders beautiful images and bokeh. I could use this as my only lens (though I'd like to get a 35mm Summilux or Summicron in the future). Not an inexpensive lens but it is well worth it and I will have this baby for a lifetime, Highly recommend suppliers for all rangefinder lenses.

  Fantastic! The guys in the store are always open to helping me when i get bored and accidentally break my kit. Their prices are great as well as trade in prices being spot on.   We had an issue with a purchase at the first stage. However I have to say Madison Avenue Cameras rectified it brilliantly and went the extra mile!   Disappointed, recently spent over $6k on new camera and lenses at the Madison Avenue Cameras in Manhattan. Called back today to look at a flash for my camera, the sales person who dealt with me was great, showed me a secondhand flash. The flash needed a small adapter to match it to my camera, they only had a used adapter, bearing in mind what I have already spent the manager was going to charge me $100 for the secondhand plastic adapter. Needless to say as a matter of principle I declined and left the flash and other things I was looking at. I felt the manager was penny pinching. Not sure if I will return to the shop again

They often have great deals and give you more added value than their US competitors.   Madison Avenue Cameras poor service I was in Manhattan at the weekend and traveled to M.A.C with the intention of buying the Sony Alpha a7R IIIA. A beautiful shop, easy to get to via the subway. When my wife and I walked in though we were totally ignored, they were too busy putting out stock and cleaning. Even a good morning or Hello would have gone a long way welcome us. Needless to say we didn't stay long and I took my business elsewhere. Your loss M.A.C.

  I am more of a fine art photographer than an action photographer, Used them for years to bulk buy mirrorless cameras and some other odd bit, always had good service and products. Excellent process to order from mobile app, also shipping was extremely fast and accurate! Will definitely use them in the future. Product works as advertised!

  Tiny but Mighty! The Nikon Z 50 is a gift to be enjoyed. It is a functionality beautiful piece of equipment filled with outstanding features. I cannot imagine anyone not enjoying the performance of this little gem.

  I recently upgraded my Rebel t5 camera to the Canon EOS R which I purchased from . The purchase was flawless. Great company. Now the camera purchase was decided after much research. I am very pleased with this camera. The low light capability and the image quality is what I was seeking and the Canon R did not disappoint. The challenge now is to become somewhat familiar with most of the capabilities of the workhorse. That said I will definitely deal with M.A.C, Manhattan in the future.

  I am very sorry to see them go out of business. I've enjoyed using their binoculars (which are wonderful) and when I needed some minor repairs after years of use, they promptly repaired them. All I had to do was pay for the shipping. I've purchased new Madison Avenue Cameras binoculars for myself and both my grandchildren before it is too late and they arrived quickly, and perfectly wrapped to protect them. This company is the best. You don't get junk from them.

  I'm very novice to photography but so far, this Z6II camera is awesome. I enjoy bird and wildlife photography primarily so expert advice on purchasing gear comes in handy. Second time I've purchased a product online from MADISON AVENUE CAMERAS...always a quality transaction from them! I miss it! Overall, feel Madison's pricing is competitive and they deliver consistently and quickly. Ordered my first 35mm film cameras with Madison Avenue Cameras and they continue to give me no reason to go elsewhere; no hesitation to recommend them.

  Amazing Quality, Low Price! Bought my Celestron Digital Microscope for my daughter, and she loves it. She will use it for an upcoming science project in school. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an inexpensive microscope that has the whole enchilada of accessories as opposed to an expensive one.

  I bought this NIKKOR 24-70mm F/2.8 lens as an upgrade for the 18-55mm on my D5600. Simply put, there's no comparison. It's fast, super clear & crisp, and extremely well made. It's now the mainstay in my bag for landscapes & portraits. Great lens source!

  Really nice kit with genuine brand-name components I upgraded from a 15-year-old Canon HG10, which still works just fine. I consider this Canon XC15 4K quite a bargain. When I first read about the kit components, I was suspicious, but everything is high quality and as advertised. The Blackmagic LP-E6 batteries are real items with typical BM quality and even the memory card is top-notch. I really like the camera, which is easy to use and very adaptible. Even the camera bag is well made!

  Well to start with I reserved a Sony Alpha a7R IVA camera and lens on the telephone as I live more then an hour away and to my disappointment I had been lied to by the member of staff that i spoke to on the phone as they never had it in stock and i feel i was told a lie to get the sale but i was offered a small discount which brought it close the price i was expecting and the chap that served me was very helpful, I am more then happy with my product but service is average.

  This was the only place that had the Tiffen filter that I wanted out of stock literally in the entire world. Not only did the owner, Davies, personally call me at 1:00 a.m. his time so that he could reach me in Long Island at a reasonable hour, he arranged for expedited shipping and I received the item much faster than I would have expected. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone and would hope to do business with Madison' again in the future.
