  Sony FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS Lens. We purchased this to go with a new Sony A7R IV, so far my daughter like it because it is lighter than the Tamron lens. Service from M.A.C was great easy to do shipping took longer than expected but was given a arrival date and it arrived 1 day later, that is FedEx for you! Thanks

  SONY FE 35mm f1.4 Used it in a wedding the day after I received it. Best all-purpose lens. Focusing is accurate. It is a very sharp lens. It is sharp from corner to corner. Have got a loyal customer with me now. Thanks again Madison Avenue Cameras and Jason for your great service.

  This Canon 100mm 2.8f lens takes incredibly sharp macro images and is wonderful for astrophotography. Very well made and easy to use. Of course, Madison' provided nothing but the most professional service every step of the way.

  Very good and friendly advice. As a satisfied customer, I was the focus of my needs and was able to try out a Fujifilm GFX 100S for several hours. I have never been pressured to make a purchase decision and this is still an open one. Would recommend this shop to anyone interested in Fuji products. Here you can form an opinion in a pleasant and unobtrusive atmosphere.

  By far the best camera shop in midtown Manhattan and the choice of most photographers. Prices are very slightly more expensive that elsewhere but the service is second to none and any problems are dealt with quickly and for free. Never any pressure to but and always a cup of tea and a biscuit on offer. Old fashioned service at it's very best.

  An indispensable part of my shopping life The Fujinon XS8x4AS worked for me, and was as sharp and contrast as my SONY stock lens. In short, a perfect match in critical situations. I use the this lens for documentary shooting, almost always hand held. Plus-- very wide, sharp. Good luck finding anything else like this lens for under $15k.

  Ordered a Pelican 1510NF case free delivery 5 days. After a week chased and was advised because of COVID delivery would be late. Now all delivered after approx 15 days. What I would say is, If you know a order is going to be late be proactive and let your customers know. Rather than them having to send an email to chase and then wait for an answer. We are living in trying times but communication is key. Think this would help with your customers good will.

  Madison Avenue Cameras is a very well known store when it comes to high quality cameras, lenses and rangefinders/ binoculars and nothing highlights their products than their store because it is like a museum display when you enter. They have their first SL cameras showcased at the start describing each one in detail and they also have their newer products beautifully displayed. The staff was very helpful in making me understand the clear benefits of each camera and also let us use them around. If you are fond of Leica's cameras than there isn't a better place to go than their store.

  Nice Start for Star Gazing I am in an area with a lot of light pollutions, so far I have only looked at the moon. I selected the Celestrom 130 SLT but I knew almost nothing about telescopes. I also did a great deal of comparison shopping and I found this vendor helpful in advice. As far as shipping, the first telescope we received was damaged in transit by FEDEX. I contacted Madison and they handled it expeditiously and went above and beyond with customer satisfaction. !

  Sony/Zeiss FE 55mm F 1.8 Like everyone else's reviews this CAMERA STORE is Marvelous. Needed a lens for several projects and the results are beautiful. I was stuck between this lens and the Sigma Art but I thought this was a better buy. Besides I did tons research and Davies also rated this lens very high. Also Madison Cameras sales was very helpful in the decision making.

  Excellent Product that I highly recommend!!! The GH1720QR is really good, easy to use with easy and smoothness of movement, especially when penning. Haven't given it a full workout yet but appears simple, robust and smooth to operate. Build quality inspires confidence. It's a little bigger than I'd anticipated but I'm happy with that.

  Without any iota of doubt M.A.C is the best camera shop in the US. The knowledge they have is bar none. As a pro for over 20 years I was not interested in talking to a faceless box shifter - these guys are photographers and it shows.- I have just purchased some Leica Summilux-M 50mm f/1.4 ASPH. and not only were the prices on par with everyone else but along with excellent first hand knowledge next day delivery these guys are also on hand for any query whether it relates to a sale or not!!!!! Top stuff - thanks Davies and team for a first class job.

  Had a problem when I got my Tiffen polarizer stuck on my lens. Emailed the shop and very quickly got a reply so I was impressed from the setback I didn’t have to wait around for a response. Have taken it in and Luke the tech very quickly managed to free my polarizer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Certainly look forward to going there for all my camera needs.

  I buy most things online these days but I’ve been in the market for a camera bag suitable for mirrorless/lenses kit and it’s not easy to know what will work without hands on experience and advice. Madison's stocks the PeakDesign range so I travelled over to try some out. The shop manager in store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product, the options, the add-ons and he ultimately helped pick the right kit for me. Will definitely use again.

  Awesome experience. The definitive Celestron optics store/telescope shop. Huge facility with excellent inventory. Professional sales staff are experienced and quite knowledgeable.   Professional grade without breaking the bank I'm just now beginning to shift from taking photos as a hobby to becoming a professional, and I couldn't recommend MA.C. The DSLR selection is awesome and as a sports photographer, I have been dealing with Madison for some time now. Every transaction has been efficient, pleasant and trouble free. My recent experience reminds me exactly why it is well worth sticking with a reputable, honest main dealer like Madison.   Items can be over priced for used equipment, staff very helpful and do their best but it always seems a bit frantic and busy, BEWARE!! the super cheap item you see in their display cabinets can have already been sold online.

  I'm disillusioned. I normally use a Shure SM7B and wanted something less massive for video. The Sennheiser ME 2-II has a great form factor, but the sound is nowhere near the quality of a real mic. After reading all the reviews egging me on, I was disappointed. I didn't expect the difference to be so great. I set the Shure on a boom and the sound quality is much better.

  I think this Zuiko 11-22mm f/2.8-3.5 is probably the best wide-angle you can get for the 4/3rds system without paying a bazillion dollars. Finding it preowned (refurbished) from M.A.C. just made a good lens even better. It's terrific lightning fast too, considering the price.

  I saw this Canon 1D X Mark iii offered at substantial discount and decided to give it a try. Item is superb, very low shutter count, flawless condition and exceptional. It's a beast compared to 5DS R or Canon 80D in terms of size and feels very solid to handle. Really appreciate all the features and built in flash and super happy with the purchase. Great price and shipping by MADISON AVE CAM make this a super buy.

  Recently bought a Olympus bundle from this store, upon receiving it one of the items was the wrong size. I contacted them and they have replaced the item with a much better and more expensive one without any fuss at all. This company has been going for many years and I have bought from them in the past, a true measure of any company is in its aftersales service and I cannot fault them over this, a rare thing in this day and age. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

  Great little (pancake) lens! Excellent general purpose lens for casual photography. This Canon EF-M 22mm F/2 STM is a relatively short lens that allows you to carry the camera and lens in a big pocket and is not too obtrusive in use. Good optics. Well build.

  I am an amateur photographer who recently run into this gem in Manhattan. What a great find! A photographic retailer that had what I wanted at a great price and mailed it out super quick. I wasn't spending a fortune, just a small tripod, but the service was exemplary and is very deserving of a decent review.   This Sony Cyber-shot RX10 IV camera is proving to be a big asset in my bird photography. I have a DSLR camera but to put a 600mm lens on it just makes it too heavy to hand hold. This camera fills the bill, has so many features will take me months to learn all of them. Very pleased with the service I have received from Madison Avenue Cameras and it meets or exceeds other companies selling the same products.
