  Next day was a day late I purchased a very expensive printer with next day delivery. Unfortunately the printer didn't arrive until the day after, which caused me to miss a print deadline for a very important client. I did however get a sincere apology from Madison' store, and it turned out to be FedEx that did not deliver on time.

  Pay now, get the item an uncertain time later. I paid for an item with its app in the shop. A couple of days later I was called like your purchase is ready for collection. When i arrived, the described item was missing, i tried to return my purchase, they didnt accept. Gave me an unprecedented delay to collect the missing item. Blamed the manufacturer for the delay.I dont know how long I will wait. They said we will email or call you. They didnt even ask my e-mail. This was the first and last time for shopping at Madison Avenue Cameras. They are so amateur.

  Feature Rich Nikon Camera I am a beginner but bought this D500 camera in the expectation that I will become more proficient. So far I am happy with the camera. I intend to use it mostly for sports events and wildlife photography. I cannot praise M.A.C enough for their expert advice and fast service.

  Good advice, friendly staff I went in for a lesson at Madison Avenue Cameras to start with and they were very knowledgeable. With time to spare we discussed which direction cameras were going and with that i even bought a new camera while they purchased my old ones for a good price. I will definitely be booking another lesson, but without the purchase this time. Great people and happy to help.

  Helpful in Madison Avenue Cameras Called in to the Madison store to get a hand on look and feel of some bridge cameras. Luke spent time with us understanding our demands, and helping is understand the differences between the various cameras available, even though he knew we were not buying today. Very impressed.

  Drone Equipment and Accessories Found a really good deal on Madison Avenue Cameras website for the DJI Mavic 2 drone. Firstly there was 10% off using an online voucher code, secondly a 25% discount on the Fly More Kit when purchased with a drone and thirdly Madison were giving away a free set of Mavic 2 Pro ND filters worth $180. I also managed to buy it through DJI Cash Back and earned myself another $138. Delivery was free but took nearly a week to get to me, not great considering how much id spent. Products were reasonably packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Overall a great value purchase from a reputable retailer. With all the fakes out there and the scammers I would without hesitation recommend purchasing any product from Madison Avenue Cameras.

  I'm Very Happy with this Camera Body): I do a lot of theater photography for the local community where I live and needed a camera that would perform in very low light, such as rehearsals. So far I have not at all been disappointed in the D500. It is all it was touted to be by the staff a this store.

  Just recently I’ve ordered an dslr camera, order was placed on Saturday for next day delivery, did not arrive, now I know if I place an order on Saturday it won’t come Sunday or Monday as it’s weekends, but I was hoping to get it Tuesday but no it didn’t arrive Tuesday it actually came on Wednesday which in my view late, was very disappointed with there service

  Fantastic Product delivered to Calgary, CA! Spent quite a bit of time working out the exact optics I wanted, and the Celestron NexStar SE6 ticked all the boxes but was too pricey in Vancouver or Toronto (about double the cost). I was a bit unpredictable in terms of shipping it such a long way but Madison Avenue Cameras managed to get it to me in just 6 days and it didn't even need collimation after unpacking. You do need to mull over the value of a local warranty, but when you can buy 2 for the price of a local purchase, it's really an easy choice.

  Excellent service in York I’m pleased I didn’t read the reviews on here before visiting Madison Ave Cams in New York as it may have stopped me calling in. I needed a DSLR camera upgrade and was totally overwhelmed with the information online and wanted some advice from a real person. Davies & Luke served me and I can’t fault them. They were knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and so very helpful. Not all of the items I needed were in stock so they ordered my macro lens to be delivered to my home address at no extra cost. I was expecting to wait 3 or 4 days but it arrived the next morning. Superb service Madison Ave Cams and especially the owner, Davies Calver. I’m looking forward to playing with my new camera and visiting New York in the New Year for some photography classes.

  Fantastic Service Went into the Madison Ave Cams store to look for a telephoto lenses for my 15 year old son. The young guy very helpful and took time to find out what he wanted, said he liked his camera and made him feel special. Wasn’t in store so they said it would take four days to send, turned up in two, free postage as over $50. Altogether very very good service. Happy son and happy father.

  Love the Camera and Love the Madison Avenue Cameras Experience ! I bought my 1st D500 specifically for shooting Eagles along the Mississippi. The D500 is a robust camera. I think that is the best camera for birders. With my Nikkor 500 f 5.6 PF it is perfect. As for Madison', I go with them every time over brand A due to the personal touch of connecting with staff, the free-and-fast shipping and return/adjustment policy (which I haven't needed).

  Exceptional Macro Clarity! The IRIX 150mm f/2.8 Macro is well built, comfortable in hand, and delivers superb image quality. The manual focus range and resistance are perfect; allowing for very accurate focus adjustment. The weight of the lens is comfortable in hand. Overall a fantastic buy!

  Ordered the wrong camera a D7100 for my dx lenses it was a bargain at $ 172-200 in almost mint condition till I tried my old lens on it .went into Madison ave camera shop for some advice got a D90 at a reasonable price was looked after by Davies and a couple of others could,nt do enough for me, came away well pleased.   To be honest I was skeptical of this site as with many other sites that sell second hand cameras. I bought the Sony a6500 and even tho site did say marks here and there etc I tell you it only had one tiny mark, so looks pretty much new not used. What a bargain! Delivery was fast aswell!   Simple Part Exchange process. The whole process of part exchanging a zoom lens against a used wide angle lens was very simple. The maximum part ex price I was quoted before I sent my old lens back was exactly what I got allowed as a P/ex allowance, no quibble, no fuss. The used lens I bought was exactly the condition advertised. I won't hesitate to use Madison Ave Cams again for used items.

  Nikon Z 6II with Sony Xperia PRO 5G Smartphone Streaming Kit The Nikon camera kit arrived quickly and safely with everything well packaged.   DJI Mavic 2 Intelligent Flight Battery I wanted to purchase two new batteries from the store, however they only had one in stock and had to order the second for me.   I've used Madison Avenue Cameras for my last three cameras. The salespeople I've encountered have been knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough. When I bought my cameras, I traded in my old equipment and was offered the price I was hoping for, plus the new equipment was cheaper than elsewhere.   I am a professional sound recordist and mostly work film, documentary, and tv. I bought this Sennheiser MKH 50 mic to supplement my super-cardiod shotgun mic and have been very pleased with the results. It has a slightly wider pickup pattern meaning I can easily pick up conversations between two people with both being in the sweet spot and also seems to great reach. All in all a great sounding and sturdy mic, a perfect choice for the rigors of on location sound recording.

  Much too easy for seasoned senior to order from Madison Avenue Cameras I am a pensioner still enjoying Macro photography and having "trying experiences" with pinhole macro photography. I have bit the bullet and ordered a pinhole camera for easier and faster landscape and documentary photography. I always know Madison' delivers the product ordered very quickly and with a great price. I always recommend friends to order only from Madison Avenue Cameras. I have been a customer for more years than I can remember, but I do remember always getting fast service at a very fair price from Madison Avenue Cameras.

  Good Service and Competitive Prices Bought a Tamron 28-200mm f/2.8-5.6 Di III lens. Ordered on Thursday and it was delivered Saturday morning. The lens arrived very well packed. This is the second item I've bought from Madison Ave Cameras and, as before, very pleased with the service they provide. Their prices are competitive, compared with other similar companies. One very minor criticism, and I find their website not the easiest to navigate. The search part isn't very good and you have to sift through a long list of products to find what you want. Saying that the information on their site is very good. As I said that is a very minor criticism and it will not stop me from using them again in the future. Thank you for an excellent service and I look forward to buying from Madison Ave Cameras again.

  Economical, practical and easy to use I use this DiCAPac Waterproof Case WP-S3 case with my Fujifilm X-T1 with the 18 55 mm lens (this is the largest lens that will work with this case). The dials and buttons are accessible via the finger hole in the side. I haven't had a problem with leaks, and the case is compact enough that it isn't burdensome. I recommend it for snorkeling, shooting in rain and keeping sand off lens and camera body.

  The customer service was great, however I was disappointed to find out that the item I order was actually back ordered. I also had to chase after email confirmation after cancellation was made.

  Helpful live video chat Madison Ave Cams provides spec sheets on their products and has very helpful live video chat with employees that can show you live the lenses that are well suited for what you want to shoot in your price range and stream footage of the camera with the attached lens to give you an idea if you'd be happy with it or not. Due to this, so far I've always been happy with what I've purchased and haven't needed to return anything yet.

  I Love Tamron & Madison I purchased a Tamron f2.8 28-75 lens last year and it works great. I then purchased this lens f2.8 17-28mm. Both are very sharp and cost half of a comparable Sony lens.

  Be careful of old addresses... I had an old website account, and when I created my order, I'd intended to update my shipping address. I'd added my new address, set it as the billing address, and assumed that shipping/billing matched, but must have overlooked the old (two moves ago!) address jumped in during the login process. It never prompted me to verify that inaccurate address were on purpose, or that it had imported my ancient previous address during the login process. My fault,Madison Avenue Cameras but checkout could have made it a harder mistake to make--plenty of other checkout flows do, after all.

  My First Review of Madison Avenue Cameras I have been using Madison Avenue Cameras for years when it comes to purchasing my photographic gear. I have found my experience with them has improved over the years. I have never had a problem dealing with them when a problem outside of their control occurs. If something happened to an order, it usually was on the delivery end and out of Madison Avenue Cameras control. And, when a problem did occur, they did everything possible to solve the problem quickly. I trust this company completely when it comes to spending my money on gear.   Great advice and assistance. I bought a pair of Swarovski binoculars and Davies was very patient with me.   Only Place with audio for video in stock. Madison Ave Cameras is the only place I can find Wired ENG Microphones equipment in stock. The prices I'm seeing are better than NewEgg and CDW. Madison' will be my first stop for lav and shotgun mics in the future.

  Highly Satisfied with my new tripod I was really looking for a long one when I saw this one on sale and after looking over the specs, I decided to purchase it. I received it intact and in perfect condition from Madison Ave Cams. It's inexpensive, lightweight, stable, sturdy, unfolds quickly, and when I'm finished doing my work, it can be folded away quickly. This is an excellent product. I'm highly satisfied with my purchased. Thank you very much Madison' and thank you for the extra Quick Release Plate. I love my new tripod.

  Really easy process to buy a TTArtisan 50mm f/0.95 lens from these guys. Shipped it to New Jersey in a week. Overall the service was excellent, especially after some troubling circumstances out of their control. Would definitely recommend buying from this store, rangefinder lenses in excellent condition and a really friendly bunch of people.

  Think tank camera bag I went to Madison Ave Cams to see their vast selection of camera bags. I wanted one by Think Tank and got a perfect fit. Holds my 7 D mark ii, along with 5 lens and extra gear. Very sturdy, 4 wheels and its carry on size for most planes. Very satisfied

  A SWEET Loop This Black Rapid loop holds a lot of gear when attached to your quick release plate and onto your Black Rapid Strap. Never had any difficulties holding onto my very heavy Canon 1Dx and Canon 100-400 L series lens. Great product. Have one one each plate and an extra for the long lens collar. Working great! I'm a happy customer!

  Madison Avenue Cameras was as always superb in customer service. From when I placed my order to when I had my new lens was 1 1/2 days. FedEx did not require a signature just acknowledgement through my screen/glass door that I was the addressee allowing me to stay safe in these troubled times All in all a great experience, I'm thrilled and Madison' remains my go-to vendor for all my Photographic needs.

  Be sure to turn on focus peaking when using this SLR Magic 8mm F/4 lens. It is difficult to focus. The lens is a little clumsy to use.

  I bought a Polaroid 72'' tripod at a local box store and I took it to my photography class. My teacher and I determined that it was not the quality I needed and he sent me a link for this Madison Avenue Cameras tripod. I am thrilled with the sturdiness and the light weight. It also came with a carrying case.
