  Great friendly service at a good price. Only gripe I have is I paid nearly $38 for a Sunday delivery as I ordered it on Saturday only to find out they don't do next day delivery on a Saturday yet still took the money for Sunday delivery

  Great service I bought an Olympus TG-6 from Madison Avenue Cameras. I chose the company because they had the cheapest price and they were showing delivery within 3 days - I needed the printer quickly so this was important. The camera arrived in 2 days, and I was especially impressed that unlike other companies, they hadn't repackaged the already perfectly packaged body inside an even larger box.

  I had to wait a long time to be able to speak to someone regarding the photography workshops, only one person appeared to have any knowledge of these days, the other sales attendants just stood around. There was a hard sell to try and make me upgrade and spend more.

  What a fantastic find. I bought a Manfrotto 77mm pro filter for 10% less than B&H Photo store. Super friendly and responsive customer service and quick shipping. Two enthusiastic thumbs up from me.   A clear Picture... Quite a novice as regards Astrophotography but made to feel at ease when choosing a telesope, the salesman provided plenty of info on different models and was very knowledgeable. Would certainly buy from again......

  Bought the DJI Mavic Pro 2 the guys in the shop were brilliant, the manager was very helpful, unfortunately they didn’t have the smart controller which had to be sent from another shop, which got delayed and I had to chase, otherwise would of been 5 stars..

  Davies did Madison Avenue Cameras proud Madison Avenue Cameras in Manhattan were incredibly helpful when I went to by a new camera. Manager Davies answered all my questions and as I was on a fact-finding mission, mentioned that if I could return the following day with the items I wanted to trade-in against the purchase, I would benefit from the final day of a manufacturers double cash-back. I had been into a rival supplier earlier where I was advised the only camera of the model I wanted that they had in stock was in Manhattan if I wanted to go there (which I didn't) and there was no mention of the cash back deal which, indeed, did end the next day. I went back, collected the camera which Davies at Madison Avenue Cameras' had reserved for me, traded in some gear for very good prices and got double cash-back a few weeks later. When I have phoned with queries since, I have had nothing but good service. Result. Thanks Madison Avenue Cameras.

  Specialist shop, specialized staff, competitive price. It was good to find a specialist shop with seasoned photographers staff, who gave me balanced and informative advice. I’d got a rough idea of the sort of camera that I wanted and a rough idea of how much I wanted to spend. I came away having purchased a camera that meets my needs and my capabilities and at a competitive price. I signed up for a one to one coaching session and will be back for more!

  Great warranty and customer service but average optics. I bought this Vanguard 10x42 VEO to replace an old set of Pentax Vanguard 10x42 Vesta binoculars hoping for an upgrade but found the optics to be good but no better. Maybe I should have upgraded to the Endeavor ED instead. With the rebate it was a screaming deal. Their customer service offered to replace it with another one but there was nothing wrong with mine.

  I needed a circular polarizing filter in a hurry. I went into the Manhattan store on a Thursday morning. A filter was found at their out-of-state warehouse and delivered to Manhattan for me to collect on Friday en route to the airport. Courteous and efficient service and again today over a repair job.

  Choosing the right camera I spent a long time researching a camera I wanted and went into Madison Avenue Cameras in Manhattan to get the feel for it. I was helped by staff when I wanted and left alone to assess the Camera without being hassled. As the prices were favorable to elsewhere online I decided to buy there and then.

  A visit to Manhattan's Madison Ave Cameras A visit to Madison' to purchase a Ricoh THETA Z1 360° Image Stitching. Very impressed with the staff and the experience. They didn’t have the tablet in store but the lady assistant was able to order on line and agree a date for pick up of the item. A 360 camera which I’m really pleased with. Good shopping experience, friendly staff and lots to look at. Starting to wonder if I’m missing out on the advances in digital cameras. Will definitely visit again.

  Madison Avenue Cameras is a consumer digital photography and drones shop. The sales people will be a mixed bag when it comes to experience and knowledge. The assistants will be as well. They offer exceptionally limited repair services and don't even have basic tools on hand for individuals at the warehouse to use. Need a sensor cleaned, nope, need a small viewfinder repair, nope, etc. They are fine if all you need is a basic place to shop. But beyond that they will be exceptionally limited in any ability to help.

  Have shopped here several times, and have always had a good experience. They have a great selection of Zenmuse aerial cameras and accessories to choose from. Recently had an issue with my DJI XT2 that I couldn’t figure out. They helped me out and walked me through the issue and showed me what was wrong. Great service and like always, I highly recommend Madison Avenue Cameras!!!

  Cheap sensor cleanin fee, but everything else is overpriced. Was in the shop recently and the owner and a customer were talking about how another shop had a nice selection but charged a "premium". The customer (in an obsequious attempt to bootlick him) asked to price check a few things, and they were all the same inflated prices he was complaining about elsewhere. Watching the realization on his face was "shocked"

  This place is humongous!!!! Clearly the biggest camera store in midtown Manhattan, and I am not talking about BH Photo and Amazon's of the world, this place is just for cameras and accessories nd the collection is massive. I found a pretty good deal for my Magnus tripod as well. Must visit if you are in NYC

  I purchased my first underwater camera from Davies, and I must say, this is by far the best store that I walked into. For someone like me, I am very new to snorkeling photography and lack a lot of knowledge with them. Davies was extremely patient with me and answered every question I had and made the entire experience pleasant. This is going to be my go to when ever I need to purchase new cameras, housings, lens ports etc. and not to mention the prices are reasonable!!!!!! Highly recommend!

  Black beauty. A symphony of German and Japanese quality! Very helpful guys. I was given great pricing on two Leica II.35mm film cam and their technician took time to help me pick out all the accessories to build my own kit for nature, travel and landscape photography. (Under $700).

  Real American mom & pop aura make you feel like a welcomed guest , and the expert advice is available at no expense if you have a question ask you’ll leave with the answer, to often you walk in to a mainstay camera store and feel like your a bad person for liking complicated cameras it’s a different atmosphere adjacent to Tompkins Square Park you can relax and enjoy .
