  The service was great each time I spoke to them But there was an error when ordering which then resulted in a double order. It then took over two weeks for me to receive my refund as it wasn’t processed as I was told. However dispute this inconvenience, delivery was fast, the product was in excellent condition, and staff were polite and friendly.

  I ordered the Nikon Tripod so we could put our spotting scope on it. It worked great. My first tripod, bought for my Nikon P530. Sturdy yet lightweight and very reasonably priced. Love the quick release. As always, great service and shipping from Madison' as well.

  This 7artisans Photoelectric 25mm F/1.8 lens WILL fit on a EM10 mark II but it does not fit on the mark III due to a slightly different design. The mount of the lens hits the front of the camera just above the flange on the camera and does not allow it to seat and mount.

  The EOS R is a really nice camera, light and easy to use. Highly configurable to suit your individual shooting styles. I love Canon products for their ease of use and color rendering ability, the photos and videos are absolutely amazing so far!   Everything You Could Ever Want but Hard to Find As a college student, Madison Avenue Cameras' has everything I could ever need. The only problem is finding it. I find Madison Avenue Cameras' search tool very inefficient and has caused me to buy the wrong paper on multiple occasions. Because Madison' is so big, it is very hard to find what you want on the website.

  Great Value for your Buck This Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM lens is the first lens I bought for my Canon R5. Couldn't be happier with its sharpness and clarity. First picture I took with it was in very low light. I was amazed at what I got. This was my first great lens buy. The lens cleaning kit was a great touch too. Thanks Madison Avenue Cameras.   I'm a DSLR shooter who has been interested in getting into mirrorless for several years. With the deep discounts being offered by Madison I decided now is the time. I really like the feel of this camera in my hand, it is lite, has a big sensor, and the 24-105mm lens is a perfect range. This is now my perfect travel camera. Way to go Canon, way to go Madison.

  EXCELLENT VALUE/EXCELLENT QUALITY A prime lens should be in everyone's camera bag. A fast lens great for low light. Great for portraits and when you want that shallow depth of field.   The only seller on ebay with such versatile and affordable photo gear! ...I was looking for Nikon D5 body, wishing to invest in this affordable, though somewhat outdated camera body. My plan was to buy the body first, and then decent lens like Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR lens. Other sellers had this particular camera but only in kit configuration. And Madison's store had full range of this Nikons - bodies, kits, and even refurbished ones. The prices were more than adequate, comparing to those I find here, even with Overnight Express shipping. So that was easy choice. The camera is exactly what I needed, and can say I hit the mark! Hope to deal with Madison again...

  Great prices and service what's not to like. I've been buying from Madison for several years now, first was a Nikon DSLR with kit lens for my daughter who wants to start a new career as a food photographer, and a couple of cameras for myself - first a Canon CSC with kit lens and a Sony RX100 iv as an upgrade from my Fuji point & shoot camera.   Awesome lens if you don't mind the cost, size, and weight. The Sony Distagon T* FE 35mm f/1.4 lens is a great addition to my landscape and street photography kit. I have used it on multiple outings and am extremely please with the image quality. The sun bursts at f/16 are wonderful. It worked perfectly on my A7RIii. I would recommend lens to any Sony shooters. Shipping was fast and easy, product arrived well packaged and with no damage to the lens box.

  Great customer service. I purchased an L-bracket that would not work with tripod adapter plate. One side of the bracket had a step under the dovetail that would not allow it to latch. I spoke to a rep who stated he would have someone call me back that was familiar with the product. I received a call within 20 minutes. The rep listened to my concern and recommended two other L-brackets that he was sure would work.

  Love the prices so far for the holidays. I was a little disappointed that I had a tripod in my cart (Oben AC-1451 4-Section Aluminum Tripod with PD-117 ) that was on a flash deal but I had issue with my internet. By the time I was able to get back on the price had went back up. So I was only able to get one item and had to put off the tripod for now

  Difficult to Find Same film once purchased I was very difficult to find what I was looking for...my word searches failed most of the time. Ref the Ilford 120mm film, I took multiple searches to find the item and key word searches failed. Failed because name changed I presume; therefore I had to go to the Ilford web site to determine the name of the product that I wanted which I had purchased from Madison Avenue Cameras' previously. Then come back to Madison Avenue Cameras. Just FYI, Amazon offers the exact film roll I wanted, cover of box being the same. Cheaper than Madison's product. But I am a Madison loyal customer; a couple of dollars difference is not an issue. But searching for what one wants could be easier. Thank you.

  Don't use Madison Avenue Cams unless it is IN stock I ordered a backordered Leica M10-R and waited 9 mos. while they refused to identify where on the waitlist I was. They clearly put their interests ahead of mine in the end AFTER I had bought it elsewhere they delivered without prior notification. I returned the camera unopened. I still have a bad taste in my mouth months later. I had already bought lenses for it which now need to be sold. 2 stars in generous.

  Well impressed with this company! Ordered two high capacity batteries and a charger. I had an e-mail from then telling me that it was cheaper to buy the charger with one battery and then buy another single battery. They had amended the order and refunded me $110.00.   The perfect relationship between cost and benefits! This Sony 24-70mm F/2.8 G Master! lens is fabulous! The weight of the lens and flexibility of the wide angle and moderate zoom make this a great street lens for NYC. The pictures are extremely sharp, the color and clarity or fantastic! Thank you to the expertise is the camera department at Madison's store. If not for your recommendation I would not have this utilitarian lens in my arsenal!

  Visited today to look at Hasselblad H6D-400c MS Medium Format DSLR Camera. Served by Davies M, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and spent circa 45 minutes with us. Talked us through H6D, plus various medium format cameras options and has certainly given me plenty to think about. Continued to be helpful even after it was apparent we weren't going to buy today.   I hope things go better this time. I know Madison Avenue Cameras New Yorkers got hit hard.. I sent back a product for a return and it was during covid 19 lockdown. I don't know what happened to it or the money I was supposed to be credited to the store for a Mitakon Zhongyi Lens I changed my mind on the last minute. The problem was equal on both sides on blame but I would like to see if I could get my refund. I did send it back. Sorry on both sides. I still buy from them.

  Great Store, could be easier to order and sel equipment. Over all great. -I have sold a number of things to Madison Avenue Cameras. I have read that the shipping is free, but when the label is emailed, it is not a paid shipping label. Also ordering can be complicated. I have tried to change my address several times, but things keep getting mailed to my previous address. I also have a Sony rebate card and in order to use it on your site, I have to re enter my old address.

  I purchased the Oben BE-117 Ball Head to use on my slider and it works perfectly! I love the simplistic design and the knobs work great. The quick release system is very is to use and the camera is rock solid on the Oben BE-117. Works perfectly Highly recommended this store!

  Great equipment investment This camera has the familiar feel of the EOS R mirrorless lineup, but with great full-frame capability and excellent detail, saturation, and sharpness. The camera is wonderful and the kit lens and exceptional!

  Thrilled with you'r company Working for a rural, weekly, newspaper, under an independent contract for service working with personal equipment, I was looking for a telephoto lens that would give me the reach to shoot high school sports without breaking the bank. The staff at the Madison location are friendly and knowledgeable! Absolutely quick in helping me pick up the Tamron 18-400mm. Carrying just my camera and one lens makes it easy to get the quick shots of wildlife. The great price and quick delivery from Madison's store was an added bonus. I think this lens would be great for anyone traveling or hiking.

  Do not underestimate this camera store! I am a college professor of business, and photography enthusiast. I enjoy Madison as an independent, staple camera store but take it seriously enough to invest good money into it, and time learning from knowledgeable staff. Love this Madison Avenue Cameras'. Davies was great to work with. He cares about informing the customer and helping them out for what their needs are. Very patient and informative. I would absolutely buy from him and from Madison Avenue Cameras again.

  Burris XTR2 & Madison store sets the bar! This XTR II Riflescope 5-25x50mm scope has super clarity, tracks flawlessly and is super easy to use. Turrets are as good as they come. So impressed that I bought a second. BTW I also bought several Leupold MK4's and several Ziess scopes at Madison Ave Cameras. Burris is as good or even better in most cases. I am pleased how sales rep assisted me last week when purchasing my new item.

  Camera Body Upgrade I had done a lot of research on this EM-1 MK II camera body before purchasing it as well as renting it previously, so I knew what to expect with the new camera.   This is the second Vello Battery Grip that I have purchased from MAC, the choice was really a 'no brainer' due to the previous grip purchased for my D500. I call it 'Price Performance' ... quality, performance, reliability, all tie together in this grip that is comparable to the Canon Grip that sells for more than double the price.

  My 2nd Leica D-Lux & pleased! I shoot professionally close to every day so I need a camera that reliable and has great coverage.   Tamron SP 150-600mm F/5-6.3 I used this Tamron lens to photograph the moon a couple of nights ago, handheld through a window. Used my Nikon D7100. Not the best, but I did not use a tripod or shutter delay. I just received the lens on the 23rd of October 2021 from Madison's store, so am still learning how to use it. So far, very pleased with the lens.

  Vello Battery Grip Choosing to save money, I chose the Vello Grip and was surprised how great the quality is. Very comfortable to hold and VERY practical to use. Fits like a glove and worked perfectly right out of the box. Very sturdy build quality. Functions perfectly, and I am happy to save hundreds of dollars without any trade-offs.

  Nikon 200-500mm lens is amazing, excellent, sharp and relatively small and light compared to most of the competition. The Nikon has the constant aperture though. It is much sharper and has faster autofocusing. I'm not sure how it will perform and hold up in the long run, but optically, this is a FANTASTIC lens for the money!

  No Complaints I am a director/filmmaker and love this product. Madison Avenue Cameras did a great job with being a reliable place to purchase and aggressive on their pricing. The camera so far has been great, shooting in low light is fun now rather than challenging. the camera is quick, fast and produces a beautiful product. i recommend this 5D MK 4.

  Wonderful Camera & Wonderful Service I'm a mostly fashion and wedding photographer.   Why I Do Business Exclusively With Madison Avenue Cameras The Nikon D7200 is a great camera without a doubt. I ordered one from Madison Avenue Cameras' and it got here without any problem and on time, except there was a problem with the camera and it would not focus. I called Madison's and they sent me another one that day and issued me a Web number to return the bad one.   Intermittent limit on my Madison Avenue Cameras' Synchrony Bank product prevents me from making purchases I would make. Considering B&H Photo video rewards program which allows savings on all items purchased....not just with one of their cards.
