  2021 MacBook Pro Excellent computer. Loved the cyber Monday pricing that Madison's did on this one. $210 off retail in combination with the tax savings on the Loyalty card leaves me very satisfied. About $1600 out the door on the brand new model retailing everywhere else for 1789.00 plus tax. $300 savings. Do yourself a favour and get a Madison Synchrony credit card, wait for a sale and buy all your electronics from Madison Avenue Cameras.

  Used 35mm Camera Hot Shoe Accessories Ordered a SmallRig with Atomos Shinobi 5 Monitor, solid piece of equipment. Having come from the RED, this is getting my BMPCC 6K rig closer to the nice compact feel of my RED setup. Excellent product. Exceeded my expectations.

  First Time Buyer This is my first purchase from Madison Avenue Cameras and I am highly delighted with the service provided. I ordered the item (Fuji EF-X500 Flash) on Sunday afternoon (30/01/2022) and the parcel arrived at my place of work today Tuesday 2/02!   I came into Madison Ave Cameras' shop to see about my old film camera that I hadn’t much knowledge on, and the staff were amazing at helping me understand more about the camera and why my pictures I had developed were blurry. The man who helped me was the kindest and most informative person who educated me on the camera so I can now capture all my memories with no blurriness. The people are so kind, patient and knowledgeable! I can’t recommend this place enough and I will only go here for my camera now. Thank you again.

  I love SanDisk! Don't hesitate to buy SanDisk! Great product! I've been using XQD cards and this was my first experience with a CFexpress card. Definitely noticed the difference. it's very quick on transfer rates but Madison Avenue Cameras were first class, the website is lovely and simple, paying was a breeze and delivery to the South of the Mason Dixon Line was fantastic.......definitely will use again !   This is the first time I've used Madison Avenue Cameras really. I've bought some photography kit here ,but nothing that expensive. So, I decided to but a Mavic air drone, extremely cool bit of kit! I even got $50 off for ordering in store!! Davies the manager is a legend! Went above and beyond the call of duty when a problem arose and sorted it within a day or two and he takes time with his customers! Great customer service here. Davies from Madison Avenue Cameras is a legend! And the Mavic air produces incredible stills as well as 4k video.

  I saw a used Nikon D850 camera offered at substantial discount on this website and decided to give it a try. The camera is superb, very low shutter count, flawless condition and exceptional. It's a beast compared to my previous cameras in terms of size and feels very solid to handle. Really appreciate all the features and built in flash and super happy with the purchase.   Sony Vlogger accessory kit is very good pair with Sony a6600. The camera pair with accessory kit is easy, took 3 minutes to finish. Take picture, video and zooming very smooth. In conclusion it is a valuable item in any V-loggers arsenal. Enjoy!

  Easy to use their e-gift card process, but there is no way to select a part-exchange item for your gift. Not everyone wants the gift card converted into accessories." Some of us have limited time to shop but don't want the gift sent on the shopping date. I'm attempting to place an order that will be sent on Christmas Day, but there is not way to select an email date or delay the eGift card. So effectively, the recipient will not have a surprise or anything to open for that holiday if I place the order and it is sent NOW. Please add an option to select the date of email delivery.

  Very happy with the camera and lens, though not much info as usual on getting the cash back. That's not Madison's fault, more Canon. Still very good value as a tripod was included. Stars was dropped mainly because of the GoPro Hero8. I was led to believe it's the newest version, not the old one. Again let down by dearth of information.

  Dropped my strobe head with a horrible crunch, and knew I would need it the next day. Went into Madison and Luke kindly tested the unit and quickly deduced it was the flash tube and replaced it with a new unit. Cannot tell you how relieved I was when it was up and working within 5 mins. Amazingly quick service – Thanks again, Luke!

  I visited the Madison Avenue Cameras' in Manhattan on New Year's Eve. It was my first visit to a New York store and I popped in after visiting their website and reading through the information on trade-ins. I had a Nikon d7100 with a few lenses and accessories that I have loved using over the past 4/5 years but wanted to switch to a mirrorless camera for shooting stills and videos. Guy, the store manager greeted me at the till with a warm welcome and had a brief discussion with me about the process for trade-ins. I was asked to wait for the next available assistant to help value my equipment and kindly offered to use the facilities (as I was bursting after driving over from Delaware). I had a browse around the store for about 10 minutes, and then Davies Miller, the store assistant came over to let me know he would be starting the valuation process. This took no longer than 30 minutes and at the end of it, I received an excellent price for my kit (a good $200 more than online valuations that I saw. I then put my new store credit towards a Sony a7R IVA and am absolutely loving it! Throughout my visit to the store, the staff were friendly and polite and always ready to help. The store itself is well spaced out with lots of cameras on display, ready to play with and they carry a good range of accessories for stills cameras, video cameras and smartphone/action cam filming systems. After this experience in store, I won't be hesitating to visit them again, the next time I'm looking to add to my equipment. I only wish they had a store in Delaware!

  Not As Advertised I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and found the website and selection of my Canon 5DS R camera simple and easy to use. It was well worth the wait but the only downside is that the Screen image is yellowish on Auto White Balance and I'm now shipping the camera back to Madison Ave cameras for analysis and repair. I'm hopeful that the second time around will be the charm.

  I was recommended to Madison Ave cameras by one of my friends, since I wanted a Canon C70 camera. The website made ordering the camera very easy.   I bought a Fuji 80mm macro lens which was defective out of the box. Took it back to Madison Avenue Cameras who, after a couple of checks, replaced it with a new lens which I was able to check on my camera before leaving the store. Throughout, staff were helpful and constructive. The mark of a good business is how it deals with a failure of service. Madison Avenue Cameras was excellent.

  I bought a Flash Kit and I realized it was faulty, I returned It and asked for a refund but After returning the item I received an email to confirm the refund was being processed. After a couple of weeks I checked my PayPal account and noticed nothing had been received. After contacting them they said the money had been refunded. After emails back and forth they said it would be past onto the finance team. Its been over a week now and still no answers. Frustrating!

  Great company with easy to use website allowing easy selection of product. When it came to ordering there was a reasonably realistic delivery period which meant no disappointing waits. I received my camera and accessories on time- Madison Ave cameras had the best deal for the A7iii, extra battery, camera bag, and SD card. I have had the camera for about 2 weeks now and it is everything I wanted and needed it to be. Super lightweight, incredible pictures even with a very basic lens. I have no regrets.

  I am delighted with my new Nikon Speedlight from Madison Ave cameras. The website is easy to navigate and I loved the fact that I could set it up on my camera easily. I have used it for just a couple of weeks now and am happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this company.

  They Kept me up to date on my Nikon NIKKOR 24-70mm lens progress and it arrived the next morning after shipping. This is my third lens from Madison Ave cameras and all have worked exceedingly well so far. Overall am thoroughly impressed.

  Excellent and professional. Am Very happy with my Sony a7R IVA camera. It took me a little while to get used to it but I must say I am really impressed with the Incredible resolution, and much improved autofocus over my previous model and it's a superb piece of equipment to add to my arsenal. The customer service from Madison Ave cameras is second to none.

  The Canon 5DS R camera arrived exactly as described and was easy to set up, I've not experienced any problems with it. I have been shooting with the camera for the last 3 months now and My main subject is all kind of wildlife and nature and some landscaping, I'm excited to own and use this camera for this long and I look forward to years of photography with it. No disappointment here. Would highly recommend Madison Ave cameras to others.

  Camera lens at a very good price. I have bought items from Madison several times in the past This purchase was for an Olympus 12-40mm f2.8 Pro lens at a very attractive price. Ordering on the website was easy and was quickly acknowledged by email with tracking details. I ordered on 7th Jan and received the lens on 8th Jan- a bit slower than the estimated 5 to 8 days though in fairness some of the delay may have been due to customs at Toronto. The lens is excellent and I am happy with the purchase.

  Positive experience as usual.. I went back to Madison Ave cameras to purchase an Impact Light Stand as my old one was very old and had an issue when extending the stand. I have had the Stand now for at least a month I'd say and it works perfectly with my Softbox. I also find it easy to Fold down nicely to storage when not in use. So far I've had no issues with It. This was a great purchase, thumbs up

  Madison have been very good to deal with. My only problem was that the replacement rechargeable battery I bought for my camera, though having the same number/code as my original one, was different and too big to go into its chamber. This was really a fault of the manufacturer rather than Madison's. Money was refunded with no problem.

  Swarovski EL10X42 Not the most pleasant purchase experience. Post-purchase there were several emails to Customer Service regarding the product and the model (which apparently has different generations). Still not sure what generation they sent me. Very unsatisfied.

  Do not buy on line ... they have sent me an empty box , after many complaints they told me after one month that i have been had 1100$ and to contact my c/c unfortunately its a prepaid so i don't have any fraud insurance . GREAT customer service !!!

  It was not made clear when the order was placed that tax and import duty was payable in addition. The price shown did not include Canadian border customs and import duty. This was very misleading despite a message received some time after the order had been placed and payment taken that these additions would be made on delivery.
