  The website was easy to navigate and we have had no problems whatsoever with the Canon XA40 camera. It literally arrived the day after we ordered it which was very fast, We use It to record church service every Sunday. The 4K video is sharp.   I ordered a Canon EF 24-70mm lens and received it on time, in perfect condition and earlier than expected. The price was the lowest amongst all the websites, I usually shoot with prime lenses so it took a few days for me to get used to the zoom. But after spending some time with it I'm taking beautiful photos. I am very happy with the overall experience and I'd use Madison Ave cameras again.

  Excellent value and service. I completed the online order and was pleasantly surprised to receive a text confirmation immediately! Thereafter Madison kept me informed of the progress of the order by e-mail and text and sent confirmation of dispatch with tracking information and an estimated delivery time. Finally I received my Nikon D5600 camera and it works amazingly. I love the quality and all the features the camera has. No complaints, just need more time to learn everything!

  Fast shipping and great service as always. I ordered a Nikon D500 camera to replace my old D5600 and am so happy with the new camera. I have had it for about 3.5 weeks now and have shot approximately 3000 frames to date. I do a lot of wildlife photography and I have to say that in every aspect this camera has been worth the wait. The increase in resolution returned much cleaner images as was expected, but the best performance boost for me was the faster and more accurate auto focus. Very happy with this purchase.

  I was doing comparison shopping for a Sony a7 III camera. Madison Avenue Cameras came in at $120 less than a company known for their "Great Prices".   Great price & prompt delivery. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quick delivery of my Vortex 20-60x85 Spotting Scope. Delivery was three days earlier than the estimated delivery. Customer service appeared to be very good, emails sent with information on my purchase and invoice details and updates were ongoing with information on tracking the item's delivery. The scope was great and cheaper, than elsewhere. Overall my buying experience with Madison Ave cameras was excellent.

  Very Poor Customer Service on multiple occasions. I have tried to purchase a lens worth $1200 and camera worth $2500 on two separate visits. It's like they had no interest in making the sale or helping with any questions. I ended up buying from another Madison Ave Cameras based store who couldn't have been more than friendly and much better value for the exact same products.

  Ilfotol Wetting Agent (Liquid) by Ilford I found a video online that had a recipe for homemade vinyl record cleaning solution, which included Ilfotol. After checking some other sources to make sure it was safe for vinyl I placed my order online. BTW: Madison Ave Cameras was the only shop I could find that had it in stock, even the manufacturer's website was backordered.

  A glowing review, and well deserved First, on the order itself. I shopped Amazon, B&H Photo, Sammy's Cameras, and two others. Madison Ave Cameras' had the lowest price by a considerable margin, plus free expedited shipping. And! It was delivered three days early during the Christmas weekend!!! Outstanding. On to the Leica TL2 camera...I already have a fairly beautiful collectibles collection but this is a whole new world of sophistication both in Leica and in photography. But very complex so be prepared for a steep learning curve. The photo quality is outstanding, and has prompted me to acquire a high-end lens so I can get the most from this. I highly recommend both Madison Ave Cameras and the Leica TL2, but again - be prepared to do some serious studying.

  I bought this WAGAN Elite inverter to charge my camera batteries while I am in my car. I was very skeptical of the pure sine wave output claim, but have since verified this while it was under a 100W resistive load (see photo). It works exactly as advertised!   I wanted to purchase 2 lenses from Madison Ave Cameras. One of which was not in stock yet. The one that was wouldn't be released by Madison Ave Cameras until both items were in stock. That could have taken up to 6 weeks. There was no communication from Madison Ave Cameras' to inform me of of this news. If I hadn't chased up my order I would still be waiting now . I had to cancel partly my order and what was then sent out took much longer than expected as the courier service that Madison Ave Cameras use couldn't understand a simple instruction and deliver at a specified time when someone was home. I would perhaps choose a different courier going forward. Other than that the item I did receive is a fantastic bit of kit.

  For the most part Madison Avenue Cameras is terrific. Their staff is very knowledgeable. However, terms of returning an item are not always clear and if the customer is not reading the same script leaves as Madison Avenue Cameras, the customer has a fight on her hands.

  I came across Madison Ave cameras and their communication was great, they kept me in the loop on the ordering process through via email. The Sony A7R IV camera was shipped faster than expected and sent to me very well packaged and protected. it also came with a warranty as promised and I'm really happy with it, can't wait to start shooting with it tomorrow.   I had no previous experience with Madison Ave cameras but their online chat support was great. The excellent communication convinced me to buy and my experience has been excellent. All of the information I had received was on-target. My Canon EOS R camera was actually delivered more than two weeks ahead of the originally projected delivery date. Everything was in excellent condition.

  I have purchased from Madison Avenue cameras several times before and the Canon 5D Mark IV camera I bought this time was shipped promptly and arrived well-packaged. The camera is a dream. I haven't had the chance to use it too much yet but so far I'm impressed.

  Went in to buy a new Fujifilm X-T3 camera. The salesman was super nice. He asked a lot of questions to see what I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy more. I will use this store for future purchases.

  first off, the shipping experience with Madison Ave cameras is outstanding. Quick receipt, item well packed with accurate tracking information. So far the Sony A7R IV camera is fantastic, and After a about two weeks I was able to figure everything out. Madison Ave recommend pairing the camera body with the Sony FE 24mm f1.4 lens and am looking forward to getting It.

  Do not shop with these guys. I got scammed by them. They just lie to you over the phone. I purchased 2 bottles off developer and they charged my twice for it. Not had a refund even though Ive contacted them twice about it.

  Friendly customer service with good knowledge on their subject. They will price match locally and attempt online price matching. A little disappointed that they didn't tell me I could get $100 cash back off my camera after purchase but I was carrying a flyer that told me that so he may have assumed I knew. Pricing is a little high but shop around and they will price match.

  Amazing product but over packaged. I ordered a small camera battery and it came in a massive box filled with air bags and a small box inside it where the actual product was. I understand you need protection but this is unnecessary, wasteful and bad for the environment. Nevertheless, I am happy with my product. It was cheap and good quality!

  1DX Mk III This is a great camera, an amazing upgrade. I mostly use this camera for wildlife photography and for wildlife tracking it is amazing. Amazing camera, moving from 1DX mark i to mark iii... huge difference. Thank you Madison Avenue Cameras, awesome service.

  I have purchased all my recent cameras from Madison Avenue cameras but what I've realized is everything was more faulty than normal, I recently bought a Sony a1camera and I was only able to record for only 3 hours before the camera overheated. I ended up returning It to them.

  Great repair and maintenance shop for particularly my Nikon cameras... I had a full service and reset done and cleaned inside and sensor cleaned on my d750 and the camera is pin sharp now on its focus and a joy to use. I even feel the auto focus has sped up a little as it's feels quicker locking focus in .. Great customer service and too quality professionalism all round from the staff.. This will now be my only go to for repairs and camera service Top marks 👍🏽
