  No refunds!! After one month of use, my Pentax K-70 camera stopped recognizing the SD card. I also couldn’t get the photos off of the SD card despite trying on multiple computers. I asked to return the camera in exchange for a different one but customer service indicated this was not possible since it was 30 days after the original purchase. I won't be shopping from them anymore.

  Excellent service and superb value for money My Sony a7 III Camera works perfectly and was easy to set up and looks amazing than my past models. Special kudos to Madison Avenue cameras for making it easy, having a great price and shipping perfectly. The camera was packed with plenty of protective air cushion support and came very fast. I couldn't ask for more.

  Sigma 105mm Lens for Nikon Fantastic lens which I've already used for close-up videography shots. Don't fully understand the ins and outs of Macro Photography yet but the lens works straight out of the box. Madison Ave Cameras' also provided the opportunity to purchase in three instalments, which certainly helped.

  Simply the best. The ordering process through Madison Avenue cameras was extremely easy and efficient, This time round I purchased a Nikon D7500 camera and again they provided an excellent service. great communication and the ability to track my order from start to finish was great. The camera arrived very quickly and Packaging was second to none. I am also delighted the 1 year warranty they provided.   Very disappointed with late delivery I had paid for Saturday delivery but the camera didn't arrive by the 1pm deadline. I had a tracking number but it did not work. I emailed and was contacted quite quickly. Apparently the camera had been delayed getting to the main warehouse in New York and so would not be delivery until Tuesday. This was extremely disappointing and I had intended to spend the weekend using the camera. Communication from madison ave cameras'' was very quick but it didn't help to get the camera to me any quicker

  I ordered a Sigma 2X converter to fit 150 - 500 APO lens just to give me an edge to get closer shots without disturbing wildlife. The price was excellent the condition was almost mint and it arrived in 3 days to the Highlands and it works perfectly. A first class service by Madison Ave Cameras!!

  Madison Ave Cameras have been very good to deal with. My only problem was that the replacement rechargeable battery I bought for my camera, though having the same number/code as my original one, was different and too big to go into its chamber. This was really a fault of the manufacturer rather than Madison's. Money was refunded with no problem.

  These guys are great, extremely communicative, and highly knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience buying a Nikon Z6 camera from them via online and over the phone. They made the whole process a joy, and the camera arrived before the time expected. I took some photos with the adapter and my old 50mm lens and the results were very good.   So happy I gave them a try. I had never bought from Madison Avenue cameras before and was hesitant about committing a significant amount of money to an online company. I am happy to say it has been a very good experience. I bought a Canon 80D which was ordered and delivered within 4 day. The emails kept me up to date on the delivery progress up until the final delivery. I've had no issues using it, i just paired it with a Tamron 100-400mm lens, and the image quality has been excellent. no reservations, I would recommend them to anyone.

  Great Customer Service! I was able to find a much better deal with Madison Ave cameras than I could locally. I Chatted with them online and got a real comfortable feeling from the way they answered my questions.   Purchased a used camera body. It does appear to work fine though the rubber grip front of the camera was dirty. Had to give it a good clean. Would you guys put it in a shop window like that? Doubt it. Set yourself some standards guys and at least be respectful and clean stuff before you send it out.

  Panasonic 8-18 mm f2.8-4 zoom There were no problems with the service or delivery from Madison Ave Cameras'. The 8-18 mm lens works fine on my OMD-1 ii: I need it to be sharp at f5.6 and f8 throughout the range, and to have minimal distortion at 10 and 12 mm particularly. It does both. So I'm quite pleased with it.
