  I asked for recommendations of a geared head for my Astro photography using a 100-400mm canon lens and on occasions my 300mm lens with my 1DX MKII, the advisor recommended the Manfrotto XPRO geared head MHXPRO-3WG. I have found that when I use the vertical fine adjustment it doesn’t work very well!

  Great place amazing staff, was trying to figure out what was faulty about my mic setup on my GoPro hero 8, and through testing it several ways on separate cameras and mic's in store, they discerned it was the microphone itself, that I had bought on BH. Being that my trip is tomorrow I purchased a replacement in store. We're always going to need retail!

  Revo 3rd Party Replacement Housing The housing feels solid and has been waterproof every time I have used it. The only probably I've come across is the black latch that is on top. On day three I opened it to charge the battery and it broke. The plastic must not be as good as the original since it broke right where it holds the latch in place. This could have been really catastrophic if it happened while underwater.

  This film is so special and Madison keeps it refrigerated and fresh! Madison never disappoints in their service. It feels good to go back to film-based photography. Planning to purchase more of these rolls of film. Ilford HP5 is the 'go-to' film for many film photographers, and a gazillion reviews online sing its praises!!! Very subtle grain and medium contrast.

  Great camera! Professional looking shots and easy to use. I am just a family photographer, but this camera is a dream. The T5i is replacing an older model Canon, I could no longer see through my viewfinder, so this was bought mainly for the live view feature. Very easy to use and learn new features. I have dealt with Madison Avenue Cameras in the past, and I am very satisfied with them. They bought my old camera and I had my new one the day after I ordered it.

  Delivery said 5 - 8 days, received it the day after I placed my order I ordered a Lensbaby Obscura 16mm pancake lens for the bargain price of $249. When placing the order I was told delivery would be 5 - 8 days but received it the next day. Order was placed at 3pm on a Friday, received email at 6pm that it had been dispatched. Very pleased with the purchase and the fast delivery service. Would use again.

  I was looking a buying a battery grip for my Canon EOS 90D. Unsure of one aspect, I used the 'chat' facility, and soon had my question answered - within a couple of minutes. I ordered the battery grip straight after closing the chat window, and was advised it would arrive in 4-6 working days (I think). The next morning, I had an e-mail telling me the grip had left the distribution depot of the courier. Fantastic service - as always from MADISON AVENUE CAMERAs- thank you all!

  Excellent Piece of Glass for the money I am a college student with a very limited budget. I recommend this to any indie filmmaker/those starting out. This Rokinon 24mm T1.5 is a great cine lens. I produce indie film. I purchased this lens as part of the four lens DS bundle. Great product, as advertise. I've been using this lens for a few weeks for the price it's amazing. I would not hesitate to buy another cine lens from Rokinon. Best bang for your buck!

  Teleconverter at last Having purchased the Canon 70-200L f/2.8 IS USM III late last year, I got interested in the 1.4x Teleconverter. A couple of months ago when I finally decided to order, it was out of stock. The website constantly showed 2-4 weeks wait, which turned into about 10 weeks. I got on the notification list, but continued to check every day. Today I was rewarded and my order was easily placed. Madison Avenue Cameras' kept their word and kept me up to date. Even though the notices always said not yet. Madison Avenue Cameras is first class all the way. Ordering is easy. Service is excellent. Now I just have to wait for the 2.0x Teleconverter to be restocked.

  Top class service In recent months I have purchased a number of items from Madison Avenue Cameras Shop. On each occasion I was impressed with the friendly, helpful attitude and professional manner in which my orders were handled. I was kept up to date with emails regarding the progress of the order. Also I received the invoice which many online shops tend to omit! The Nikon battery I ordered arrived within 2 days of ordering and it was a genuine Nikon battery, not a grey market item. The same with two cards for my Z6. A CFexpress and an sd card. They both arrived on time and were well packaged and as described in the web site. I definitely will be shopping with them again.

  perfect condition and packaged well Canon EOS 7D Mark II camera body received matches picture and description and condition brand new as described. It was packaged well to protect from damage.   I ordered the Manfrotto Manhatten bag as the price at Madison Avenue Cameras was the cheapest I could find and thru previous experience with Madison over a number of years I new I would not have any issues with the service they provide. The bag arrived promptly and is a very useful bag for carrying my equipment on days I do not want take all my gear with me. The quality of the bag and the service from Madison is as usual very good.

  Problem with product. Had a problem with the camera ordered. Problem was a manufacturing one and nothing that Madison could have known about. Phoned customer services and the unit was changed very quickly at their expense and and I am pleased with the replacement. Will definitely use Madison Avenue Cameras in the future.

  Let me begin by saying that the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I made my purchase and was happy with my experience until I asked the store for a New York tax email receipt to be sent in case I’d lose the physical receipt. I asked repeatedly if they’d be able to send me it but received the wrong invoice every time. However the issue was resolved a few days later. A big wait and confusion over a simple task.

  Ordered a new Epson Expression HD XL 15000 printer from Madison Avenue Cameras' arrived the next day but after two phone calls to MADISON and one to Epson the printer would not 'set up'. Further phone call to MADISON who after a bit of begging from me agreed to send me a replacement printer before they received the faulty one back as I had some urgent printing to do. First of all thanks MADISON for trusting me and secondly for going above and beyond your call of duty.The replacement printer is superb.

  Underwater Still Cameras & Housings Canon WP-DC56 Waterproof Case for PowerShot G1 X Mark III , the viewfinder space on the housing is completely clear and won't affect the sensor on the camera view finder allowing you to switch back and forth between viewfinder and LCD. The housing does provide for use of the camera's viewfinder through a clear window in the back.

  A whole new world of photography opens up with this Sigma lens. Great for macro, and being a prime lens it should also be good at portraiture. A quality built lens, a bit heavy but good glass usually is. Excellent customer service from Madison Avenue Cameras', and speedy delivery.

  I received my FUJIFILM X-T4 camera a couple of weeks ago and I feel like a professional again. It's got some good weight to it which helps with steady handling. My other camera has literally fallen apart over the past few years with all the plastic parts. I may as well have been using my phone, which is embarrassing but Madison Ave cameras gave me my confidence back as I will be shooting more with this X-T4.   Excellent service and not for the first time from Madison Avenue Cameras'. Tempted by a reasonable discount, I ordered a lens and filter for my Canon R6 camera two days before Christmas and was not expecting delivery for several days as I had opted not to go for special next-day delivery. I was delighted when the items actually arrived the following day, Christmas Eve. Thank you the team at Madison Avenue Cameras' in Manhattan . I shall certainly shop with you again.

  The usual first class service with a fast delivery time. Strap is exactly as described. Easy to fit to the camera and strong enough to hold my D850 with a Sigma 14-24mm lens. Comfortable on the wrist, secure yet easy to detach from the camera. Only criticism is the metal adjustment slide which can come into contact with the screen, however, removal of the strap when not in use negates the issue. Good value for money.

  I ordered my Sony a6400 camera from Madison ave camera and was able to track it's delivery from the start. The camera was nearly $40 cheaper than other retailers. I will be coming back for any future camera purchases.

  I ordered a Leica Q2 Camera on a Thursday and received an email the next day telling me it would be delivered on the next Wednesday. I followed it by the tracking number and it arrived on Tuesday Evening, That was super fast service and the camera is Simply the greatest point and shoot around.   The best online camera store. Although I could have purchased the Nikon camera at a lower price elsewhere I chose to use Madison Avenue cameras and their service is second to none. The D500 has been a great camera so far for my wedding photography and Has great capabilities for low light compared to the one I had before. The camera was very protected in transit and, as far as I've tested so far, it works perfectly. Well done Madison

  Great customer service and prices Madison Ave cameras was the only place I could get a Sony FE 85mm lens when everywhere else was out of stock. The resolution of this lens is awesome, small, compact, light, fast, sharp and a great price compared to other 85mm lens. It's a good combination coupled with my Sony a7c. Overall, I enjoy this lens and I would certainly recommend this gem to all my friends.

  The worst experience ever!!! I decided to buy from Madison Avenue cameras because they were offering the best price available on internet for the Canon 5D Mark IV camera. Almost $300 less than other camera stores but It wasn't worth It. I would have rather paid more and get a decent service instead of getting attitude, negligence and a miserable customer service.

  I purchased a Sony DSC-W830 camera and had challenges with my PayPal account, so I had to ask a friend to pay for it using his own account. Delivery was prompt but the Camera was a bit disappointing. I'll never use Madison Ave cameras again.

  I Love this lens. I Purchased a used Sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens which was exactly as described and works well. It was delivered quite quickly. I love everything about this lens. Works perfectly with my Sony camera, It has become my go to prime on video shoots. Thank Madison Ave cameras and FedEx for delivering as promised.
