Contacted Madison Avenue Cameras and this time the issue was resolved quickly to my satisfaction.   Ordered a Nikon D500 in supposed to be -mint condition, when it arrived it was not acceptable. The camera was dirty, there was dirt in the eyepiece and the viewfinder was full of dirt particles on top of this the shutter had quite a bit of lag to it. The spare batteries did not have their plastic covers on them they were just loose in the box all in all not good at all. I rang up and explained the situation and was told DHL would pick up the camera the next day which they did. After a week I rang up to ask if the camera had been returned and was told it had not and they would enquire to DHL where it was. I received an email telling me that DHL did not where it was and that there would be a parcel enquiry. The next afternoon I got another email to say that the camera had been delivered back. Not a very good experience from a company that I have bought numerous products from, if I use them again only time will tell.

  terrible trade-in/returns beyond 14 days returns period. They can't accept my return, however offered to buy the product, which has only been used for 1 time and kept in box 99% of the time. I"m more than happy for them to take some cut as I'm beyond the 14 days returns period. However, they offered to buy the product at 53% less than the original price. This is the only thing I'm unhappy about. Needless to say, I'd be bringing the item to sell elsewhere.

  Good price, arrived promptly but all docs and settings were in Japanese. Easy, fast service was great. However the camera I ordered (a Nikon D3500 twin lens kit) arrived with no documentation in English and the camera settings & menus were all in Japanese. Not a huge problem but it was a gift for someone and they had a bit of trouble working out how to access the camera functions to reset the language. All in all a good, well-priced service that just needs to look at the details.

  Excellent service with great packaging. My Sigma lens is nearly 50% lower than the high street camera shops and is perfect. I would highly recommend them and I will be using Madison Ave cameras again.

  Great Customer Experience The end to end process of buying my camera lens from Madison Avenue Cameras was exceptionally straightforward and fast. The online ordering process was very user friendly and the speed of the next day delivery was outstanding, particularly given that they made no charge for this service. Having done a significant amount of research and shopping around, the price I actually paid for my lens was very competitive and the free, next day delivery service was an additional bonus. I will have no hesitation in looking at Madison Avenue Cameras first for any future products I wish to consider and I would certainly recommend them to others who are looking to make similar purchases.

  Nikon AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300mm I ordered and paid for a new lens early on Friday morning. Confirmation arrived immediately. I was kept updated on delivery expectation and times. Saturday morning the lens arrived as quoted, immaculate and straightforward transaction. By 11 am on Saturday I was out photographing happily in the sunshine!! Thank you so much.

  Went in there today and was politely greeted by staff member behind the counter. Store is big, clean, organized and spacious and has lots of camera gear. However I was completely ignored for about 10 minutes while I was in pacing back and forth waiting for staff to help me. It wasn't that busy inside so not sure why no one was helping. I was expecting to get some advice since I am new to photography and read a lot of positive reviews online. Not sure if I will return.

  I called in to the store to have some questions answered about being a first-time camera buyer and Davies was extremely helpful. There was no pressure from his end to 'buy big' and he really listened to my needs and made suggestions accordingly. I ended up going in to buy a camera and was helped by Davies. The staff in store is all very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean, well stocked and has a huge range of products.

  DJI Phantom Pro 4+ Many people find this aircraft to be both reliable and durable, in my case that was not so and it almost cost me a job.   This Celestron Regal M2 100ED has exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I'm very happy with this spotting scope, and have used it for wildlife and amateur astronomy. Also note that Madison Ave Cameras' sells this for the listed retail price; some others state that list price is several hundred dollars higher, and mark it down to $100 to $200 above list.

  Just purchased my new Fuji GFX 50S with Fuji GF 45-100mm f/4 R LM OIS WR lens. Two gentleman that worked there are such nice and knowledgeable product specialists. I walked in wanting to test the camera and walked out with camera in my hand 😁. They made sure I tested the camera with the exact lens I wanted to purchase and I felt no sales pressure.   Do not buy from this company, they do not advertise their products clearly. I bought a Sony a7 IV only find the camera that overheats after 10 min of recording and it turns off from one moment to another, it has the worst eye autofocus It never works. I had to send it to Madison Avenue cameras and still haven't had a response. They fobbed me off with excuses and would not take the camera back for a refund.

  I would highly recommend this company to anyone shopping for a photographic accessory. It was so easy to find the right camera.   The order was cancelled even though the money was taken from my credit card. Phoning them was a complete waste of time! It is now 9 days after the order was first placed and the money has yet to be returned to my account. I would never recommend anyone buy from this company.

  Ordered a new DSLR Camera over the internet, received it 2 days later. So often there are issues when ordering from an unknown web site, but I have to congratulate Madison Avenue cameras on their efficiency, They were so quick to email me at every stage of the order and delivery, it was well packed and exactly what I wanted at an unbeatable price.   Excellent service and price. Can't fault this company. Ordered Friday, paid by bank transfer. Order took a week to arrive, arriving on the next Friday. Could have been faster on delivery but as the price was so much cheaper than any other retailer cheaper. I have no complaints and would happily order from them again.   Ordered a few camera accessories. Never got a dispatch email not did the products ever deliver. Had to wait 6 days before they would accept that the products were not late by delivery. Emailed for a refund & they charged me a fee for returning the products which I couldn't even do because I didn't get any products. Disgraceful service, I would never trust this company.

  I ordered a tripod and this was one of the lowest prices i found. The shipping fees were reasonable and the tripod was delivered to me very quickly! Once I received it I had no problems using it.   Brilliant customer service and product I have only bought a couple of products from Madison avenue cameras but I haven't had any issues with them. Everything has come on time and it all worked perfectly. The last item I bought was a pair of Vortex Binoculars and they still work perfectly till now, Excellent clarity, easy to adjust. The bag and straps are also high quality and very useful. Would recommend shopping from this website.

  I absolutely love this deal. I wanted to upgrade from my Canon 90D to the R5 C and got a fabulous camera bag in the deal, they made it so easy to place the order and I received the camera very quickly.   Canon EOS M50 Mark II This camera is unbelievable. The service I received over the phone was first class. They help me with everything I needed. The camera was on back order but received it within a few weeks after purchase.   Please refund my money When I received the package I detected that they sent me the wrong item. When contacted, they told me that they cannot send me my item, because they don't have it in stock any more. Stay away from them

  Great speedy service Looking for a telephoto lens I came across this website and on comparing prices this was by far the cheapest. The lens purchased was around $50 cheaper than one I had looked at in a camera store. The lens was ordered Monday and received on Thursday - fantastic service, great, polite & helpful communication. Will be the first place I look at in future for photographic supplies

  I've actually visited Madison Avenue Cameras twice this week and I have been really impressed with the service. My first visit was to get my beginner camera cleaned and ask for some advice on upgrading my camera. The sensor clean was thorough and my camera was ready to collect that afternoon. Davies was really helpful, knowledgeable and hospitable while making suggestions for upgrade options and answering my many questions. I appreciated the time that he took to discuss my options, and that it always felt like friendly guidance rather than a sales pitch. During my second visit the following day, Davies made me feel welcome and helped me to decide on the right purchase for me and again I was really pleased with the customer service. I will definitely visit again for all my camera needs. And would highly recommend if you are looking for personal, professional advice from staff that are genuinely passionate about photography and cameras.
