  Pleased with purchase but high shipment costs I was very pleased with my purchase from Madison Avenue Cameras. This time they had exactly what I wanted (used Nikon D610). Wouldn’t generally buy from them because of high shipping fees ($22.99) to my country post code. It’s free on over $50 orders to other areas. You must be loosing a lot of business Madison Avenue Caneras !!

  Website said product was in stock, but I received a message saying it was backordered. Customer service was very helpful when I called and cancelled my order immediately. I recommend you call to make sure the product is in stock before you order; the website appears to be updated manually. Otherwise I was very pleased with my dealings.

  I'm very happy with my purchase of my Canon M200. I've had quite a few cameras in the past but this definitely outperforms any prior camera I've used. The pictures are clear as well as the video recording. The auto focus works well. If you're looking for a good photographic equipment, I definitely recommend Madison Ave cameras

  First time dealing with this store and so far, it has been a very good experience. I placed an order for an Olympus M.Zuiko and literally received it the next day. The package and everything was in good shape and brand new. Very impressed. Only tried it briefly on my Olympus E- PL8 but so far very pleased, sharp images and blurry backgrounds on portraits, exactly what I wanted. No complaints as well. Job Well Done

  I was ready to purchase the Canon EOS 90D and normally purchase directly from Canon. I compared the prices, and while the camera body was only cheaper, Madison Ave cameras offered a basic kit which included worth of accessories. I ordered on a Sunday and received everything on Thursday, in perfect condition. An excellent overall experience!

  Horrible Customer Service I am sorry to report my horrible customer experience with them. I recently purchased a replacement battery for my point and shoot camera but what I've received is either a faulty battery or a fake , it drains quicker than my original old battery ! I would not recommend Madison avenue cameras.

  Madison Avenue cameras is the the best camera store in the world to purchase camera equipment. I ordered my Sony a7 IV, however, it was backordered because Sony could not keep up with demand. they kept me informed of the backordered status on a regular basis, and when the camera finally arrived, it was send overnight in perfect condition. the camera is everything its advertised to be.

  Awesome prices! I placed the order over the phone and the general manager was professional and pleasant. The camera and accessories were well packaged and arrived in only week am so happy that I purchased the camera. It takes great pictures. They are clear, sharp, and focused.   Very fast and easy transaction great pricing and products I had an amazing experience when ordering from Madison Avenue cameras, the whole process from ordering, shipping and customer support was extremely smooth and easy, I received the camera very quickly. It was well packaged and contained the camera, a camera strap, lens cover, and manual. The camera is much better fit for me than the previous point and shoot I had before and am looking forward to many years of photography with it. I've taken about 200 pictures testing various exposures, AF, and metering modes. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Will be a customer in the future!

  The service I received over the phone was first class. They helped me with everything I needed. The camera was on back order but received it within a few weeks after purchase.   I just got my Canon EOS R5 from Madison Avenue cameras after a 2 weeks wait. there is a large learning curve for me with all the features available on the camera. I live in Minnesota so have many photo opportunities. So far the camera has taken great picture's and performs great! Works well with my assortment of Canon Lenses with no disappointments so far.

  I've been wanting a Sony camera body for sometime now, and finally gave myself permission to pull the trigger on this purchase. So glad I did. The Sony a7 IV has vastly surpassed my expectations.   The customer service has been extremely helpful. Needed a new drone and came across one that caught my eye at Madison Avenue cameras. It was in my price range and it had everything I wanted. I usually don't buy from unknown companies but don't regret making this purchase. The drone is better than I thought, ordering was fast and easy and I received it quickly. It was very easy to setup and operate and is equipped with a great camera. It has good range and I love that it comes with a carrying case and charges quickly.   Outstanding addition to my photography equipment I purchased the Nikon D850 camera as an upgrade to my photography hobby. The entire purchase procedures with Madison Avenue cameras went easy and fast. Second day delivery. The camera functions well and delivers great images. I haven't had any problems at all with the camera. It takes very high quality photos, and I find it intuitive to use, I absolutely love that I can use an app and Wi-Fi to get the photos to my phone in minutes. It was a pleasure doing business with Madison Avenue cameras and their prices were a great bargain. I will definitely do business with them again.

  Good price! Ordered a macro-light ring for my Olympus camera and they were by far the cheapest. The package came with UPS after 5 days (it was over the weekend), so it was not quite the 1-2 days that were on the website (but in return I escaped a trip to the package shop).   Good guidance I have received really good insights via email for the purchase of photo equipment (camera, lens, lighting, etc.). In the shop I was also shown how to operate one of the strobe kits, so I could save some time getting to know it myself. I would like to shop there again - even if the delivery time has been a little longer than expected. This is far outweighed by the qualified service.

  Very poor management of their online orders and stocks. I have ordered an iPhone stabilizer to record videos and my order has been cancelled. The item was dispatched already and confirmed also by Fedex.com, however, the day after they cancelled my order because they said they oversold the product. Don’t order online their products if you don’t want to waste your time.

  Mint condition used lens I bought a used Sony lens from Madison as there was no new stock available in North America. It was described as being in mint condition with all accessories. It arrived quickly and was exactly as described - indistinguishable from new. I’ve used it on a few outings recently and it performs brilliantly. I used a trade-in credit on my Madison account to pay and that process worked seamlessly. Highly recommended and will certainly use them again.

  Mixed Feelings After shopping around for the camera I wanted I placed an order for a Nikon D780 with 24-120mm lens on Madison Ave Cameras (after checking reviews as I hadn't heard of nor used this site before). The price was amazingly less than high-street retailers saving around $850. However, after I placed the order I called the customer service line the following day to enquire about my order. The person I spoke to was abrupt with an NY accent, unsure whether it was the accent or if he just could not be bothered. I was told that there isn't any stock actually and he would be cancelling my order. Very disappointing end to initial excitement. Would have been great to receive my camera at the price advertised as in stock, but I guess they need to keep their website up to date to avoid disappointment. Still rating as 3 due to the great prices (whether they're real is another question).

  MC-14 Micro four third 1.4 x converter I bought the 300mm f4 IS Pro and the MC-14 together. I actually haven't even used the 300mm lens without the converter. I paired the two together on my first outing to photograph small birds and they stayed together since then. Good pair I must say, image quality is very good. Which reminds me, I need to try the 300mm lens alone to see if I could detect any improvement with quality with the naked eye.

  I bought a Rode VideoMic Go in the shop in Manhattan. Choose to go down to the store to be able to use the item immediately, but it turns out that it requires a different cable for it to work with one's iPhone. I mentioned in the store that I should use it with an iPhone, so here I would have liked a little better advisory service so I would not have to go out to make another purchase later. Now I still did not get the opportunity to use the item immediately.

  Canon EOS R I'm a DSLR shooter who has been interested in getting into mirrorless for several years. With the deep discounts being offered by Madison Ave Cameras I decided now is the time. I really like the feel of this camera in my hand, it is lite, has a big sensor, and the 24-105mm lens is a perfect range. This is now my perfect travel camera. Way to go Canon, way to go Madison Ave Cameras.

  Great value bundle I moved to Sony from Nikon. I have used the a7iii for portraits , weddings , and birth , and wedding videography. The ISO performance is fantastic - I was really impressed with its ISO handling in video. It is decent on battery and the images are stellar. It to meet hits the sweet spot of ISO performance and image quality. I see this camera being used for multiple years in my workflow.

  The camera body - can be recommended! My most recent purchase was a Sony RX10 mark iv. Again, the camera body had the best price. The item was shipped lightning fast and well wrapped. Thanks to Davies. I'm aware that you can buy it a little bit cheaper from a New York based company - but in my opinion it can definitely NOT pay off. I have been shopping at the camera house for many years. My first digital camera was purchased in the camera body. I have always received good treatment whether I bought a cheap camera during my studies or an expensive camera. I have had a camera that broke during the complaint period - it was repaired without complaints. The camera housing will continue to be my favorite camera store.

  Great product, great price, uncertain delivery time Having read some reviews and amazed at the more than competitive pricing, I was praying my lens would not disappoint. Postage took 4-5 days, but I was updated once dispatched and provided with tracking details. The lens arrived packed in bubble wrap. Original Nikon packaging and the serial numbers on the lens matched. In perfect condition optically and cosmetically. Saved over $300. Very happy with my purchase.

  Good customer service. Product arrived as stated. It's slower than ordering it from Amazon. A couple of minor creases and evidence that the product box had been opened before, makes me slightly suspicious that they are refurbed or returns but phone works perfectly and is mint. But it's at least $100 cheaper so worth it.

  Great value but struggled with delivery. Ordered a Sigma dp camera from these guys which was a good 25% cheaper than elsewhere. Unfortunately the item did arrive after a few weeks. Contacted the site who initially sent me a UPS's tracking code which was not recognized by the courier. The team were very helpful however and ultimately refunded the amount. Some great bargains here but allow time for delivery and make sure you have buyer protection (e.g. PayPal/credit card etc).

  Similar to some of the other low scores here - Madison offer great prices but are super slow on the delivery and almost entirely missing on the customer service. I've had 1 response to my 3 emails, (and no answer to phone) and that was to tell me that they would miss their target 5 'working' days dispatch. I'm really hopeful that they will tell me something helpful by Monday but I expect I'll be going back to PayPal to recover my money.

  GREAT VALUE AND FAST I'll be honest I was a little sketchy at first because any site I've seen the sigma 16 mm e mount lens was $399. so to see it brand new for $359 ( couldn't find used this cheap) no shipping or tax I took leap of faith to save money. I ordered on Sunday for the lens Thursday from NEW YORK to Minneapolis! Definitely great customer service and fast would recommend.

  Great experience from beginning to end The website is easy to navigate and the range of cameras and lenses on offer was extensive. The product information was clear and the prices competitive. I needed to contact Customer Services about my receipt email and I was sent a copy of my invoice just over 24 hours later. Better still, when I replied to the agent a couple of days later asking for my tracking number, she sent it to me immediately.   LONG Shipping Times Madison Ave Cameras tout themselves as having fast shipping, but the reality is the opposite. I ordered from them despite having cheaper options because of their financing options available. Although they plaster ads of fast shipping all over their website, my order has been delayed a second time, after an already longer than predicted shipping time. The frustrating thing is you don't know what the shipping will be like until after the order is processed and shipped. I would have never purchased from Madison Ave Cameras had I known I was going to be waiting so long to receive it.

  WARNING !!!! LAMP SIDEKICK DUO S/F - LIGHT & MOTION not compatible with GoPro Hero9.
