  Good Experience Though there was some confusion about the in-store pickup I originally planned for (next-day pickup does not mean next-day pickup, as I found out after going to the store in person - they have to contact you when it's ready), they shipped it to me and I got it two days later, and they also helped me purchase a stand.

  Rescued from Amazon on my Birthday I made the mistake of ordering a Sony ZV-1 for my 25th Birthday from Amazon. It had an unusually long delivery window, about two weeks, but it would be here on time. The day before it was due to arrive (its last delivery window day), Amazon said it would be two MORE weeks, so I canceled. I ordered from Madison Ave Cameras the same day and at the same price, it was in Montana in 48 hours. Next time I'll check Madison Ave Cameras before Amazon.

  Canon 100-400mm lens The item was advertised at a bargain price which I could not resist despite having some reservations. I could not otherwise justify one at the site. It arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. There was no doubt it was new stock. I have only given it a limited test and it seems to work as specified. So far, I am delighted!

They took my money instantly, phoned me up and told me the camera was in stock and was being dispatched that day. 14 days later, still no package, so I emailed them with concern and noticed I have been stolen from, lied to and now I am being ignored because I want a refund, do not shop here!

I received my Panasonic LUMIX FZ1000 two days after I ordered and Since purchasing the camera we went on our trip, and I have already taken well over 4,000 photos with it. I LOVE the image quality, and I fell in love with the video quality even though I'm normally not a video person but I'm quite happy with it so far based on admittedly limited use. can't wait to shoot more with it and I will continue shopping with Madison Avenue cameras and recommending them to my friends.   Surprisingly good customer service and product From the beginning I had a few questions, and the customer service was fantastic, their answers were straight forward and and always unexpectedly knowledgeable. The order was shipped 2 days faster than the average time shown on the website and am Super happy with my purchase.   Everything has been easy so far and the camera works great I really loved the ease of choosing and ordering my camera. It came quickly and I was updated throughout the whole process.   I ordered a Nikon Z 6II for express delivery. I payed with PayPal and it showed as in stock. After 2 days I received a email saying the order was cancelled. I checked the website and the price has gone up and again shows as in stock. I phoned the support and spoke to a member of the team. He said it was cancelled as it is not available. Out of stock. What makes it worse is i haven't received any refund. I think this is my first but also last purchase at Madison Avenue cameras, if this ends up like this.

  Awesome camera 📷 I was highly recommended to Madison Avenue cameras by a friend, the process of ordering was extraordinary, and highly informative during the process. The delivery was slightly delayed, but I was constantly kept updated throughout, The used Canon Rebel T7 arrived a few days later and It is just like new with zero scratches. it was at a really good price, the photo quality of the pictures are impressively good, for the price of the camera. If I was told that 3 weeks after ordering I still wouldn't even have received an update on this estimate, I would not have ordered this.   It's was exactly what I wanted. The only dealer that had the Nikon D3500 in stock was Madison avenue cameras, am absolutely grateful on how quick and efficient the service was from ordering to receiving the camera and it has has everything I would need as an amateur photographer, I've only taken about 1200 photos so far, but it takes much better quality photos than what I expected. can't wait to explore more of its features. I will definitely recommend Madison to others looking for a high end camera.

  Lowepro lens protection perfection! The 24-105 mm L Series lens is a very expensive lens, so I'm glad I have a case that will protect it well. Madison Ave Cameras has a well deserved reputation that I have personally experienced and I highly recommend them.

  Slow delivery - empty promises I placed an order for a Sony a7 IV with 24-105mm f/4 Lens Kit on 1st April. The website suggest a 3-4 delivery period and the item was identified as In-Stock. I was buying the camera for my wife's birthday which was the 9th April. After placing the order the automatic bounce back suggested a delivery date between 4th & 9th April, ok, that's cutting it fine but regardless I'll have it for her birthday. The 7th arrives and there hadn't been any notification the camera had been dispatched and now I'm getting anxious so I wrote to Madison Ave Cameras saying that unless they could guarantee delivery then I would like to cancel the order (I could then order from Amazon and receive next day). Sheryl from Madison Digital Cameras replied stating that the camera would be sent with guaranteed delivery before 12am on 9th, so all was well. However the 9th came and went and no birthday present for my wife..... (:-( The camera was eventually delivered on the 10th. As with a previous review the camera appeared to have been previously opened, (presumably to add the foreign charging equipment?). It took Madison Ave Cameras nine days to dispatch a camera which they claim was in stock - very poor show. I'll be using the likes of Amazon again in future but certainly not Madison Ave Cameras.

  Excellent product with great support Canadian consumer. Purchased TW Momentum Earbuds last year, which were excellent quality. Required charging between uses. Of many I've tried, these fit the best. They started to degrade within warranty. Sent in and was promptly replaced with the current model. In country support.

  Fine service, poor packaging. I've ordered from Madison Avenue Cameras Manhattan a couple of times - once direct and once via Amazon. On both occasions the product box was wrapped in acres of bubble wrap and then put in a plastic shipping bag. I feel that as this clearly isn't a one off, I should let Madison Avenue Cameras know that this doesn't protect the product from shipping damage, and the boxes arrived dented on both occasions. Never happened with any company that ships things normally by putting them in another box, which also looks more like you're a professional outfit and not some random guy off eBay. Will remember not to order from you in the future unless you resolve this.

  Great for Hasselblad Lenses I bought a Hasselblad 21mm lens from Madison Ave Cameras. A couple of clicks of a mouse is all it took to spend so much money!   When I saw this one advertised by Madison and the excellent price and overnight delivery I did not hesitate to order it. Absolutely awesome. Just what I needed. And Madison didn't play around getting it to me either. Arrived on time and I am very happy about this!. I will be buying more from them. Price was terrific and as always, Madison was great to deal with. Knowing what I know now, I would be sad if I had passed on this one.

  Great external charger I wanted a Sony battery charger so I could easily have charging capability in both the camcorder and the spare battery. The Sony charger was the only one I trusted, and it works great.

  Purchased a Cannon BG E9 battery grip.Pre-owned item. Excellent condition, as new, in original packaging with user instructions. Works very well, very good price, fast delivery which was free.   Average. I've bought used items from Madison Ave Cameras on a couple of occasions now. They are a reliable business but, I would say that they tend to the optimistic when describing second-hand items on the website, so order with caution.

  Excellent Polarizer Filter! Best Polarizer I've Used! I use this for vehicle photography and it's great to kill isolated areas of reflection. No loss of color, clarity, or issues with hazing. Solid gear that nets professional results. No complaints. Everything right down to the case, and packaging is very well made and thought out.

  Repair of Leica M body. Throughout a nine month battle with a particularly unhelpful customer service team at Leica HQ in New York, the staff at Madison Ave Cameras provided me with exceptional support and showed considerable restraint and persistence whilst backing my claim against Leica.   Tiffen 30 mm Filter I use this filter mainly to protect the lens on my camcorder. Have yet to see if it changes glare/flaring characteristics much. (I usually am taping RC plane flights). A great buy for the price. Madison Ave Cameras' sent a replacement immediately. Great customer service!

  Had a bad experience. I unfortunately, at the long zoom end, could not achieve one single useable birds in flight picture. All blurry, soft, completely unusable. Tried all three stabilization settings, nothing. Anyway, quite disappointing and I hope, for Tamron's sake, that this was a bad sample of the lens and not an experience everyone will suffer.

  Panasonic AJ-PX380 P2 HD Camcorder with Studio Base Station I am a 93 year old photographer with a closet full of cameras & camcorders. Presently, I am a video educator with a web site containing over 100 hours of YouTube videos. This camera has everything my earlier Panasonic had and many features that can give my videos that little extra that sets it apart from most home movies. Could be used professionally too.

  Five Star Customer Service I have a Nikon P1000 bridge camera which in my opinion is excellent and is perfect for everyday photography. However, I have had two issues with the rubberized parts on the surface hold areas where they have become unstuck. I have contacted Nikon USA twice about this and I have received nothing but outstanding service from them on both occasions. They do not charge excessive prices either and both parts have not cost me in total no more than $15.00 including postage. They could easily have charged more and I would have paid it, but they do not take advantage of their customers. This kind of service is very important in retaining customer loyalty, and if I upgrade my camera I know where I will go, and that is Nikon.

  "Canon OEM" genuine Battery and Charger Needed a new battery for my EOS 90d camera. I chatted on line with Madison Ave Cameras to confirm stock and other info. Very helpful. The item was promptly posted and received the next day. Ready and waiting for our Pronghorns to come out of hibernation.

  Highly qualified guidance and superb service The employees at the "workshop" at madison avenue cameras are very friendly, patient and good at understanding one's needs and wishes. Professional guidance is provided. For example, I recently ordered an auto guide camera with finder scope. After I had made my order (there was 3-5 days delivery when it was not in stock) I sought some guidance inside astro-forum.us about mounting the guide scope, and it ended up being a little different than what I was agreed with madison. Company "intercepted" however, and threw a small converter between a dovetail and guidescope holder in the package free of charge - see this is what I call really good service !!!

I purchased the DJI Air 2S and the RC Pro Remote Controller, So far I am very pleased with my purchase. The service with Madison is excellent.   Great products but bad support! Everything, really EVERYTHING costs extra money!!! Case of the charging cradle broke during warranty (by itself, no fall etc.!). Live parts were visible! However, was not replaced free of charge!
