Verified reviewOverall, my experience with lostgolfballs.com has been mixed. I always order 5A rated golf balls. These come in a variety of conditions, depending on the make. They make sending them back cost prohibitive, so that is not an option. During the last shipment I received a couple of balls that were the incorrect t model.

Verified reviewOrdered 5 dozen 5 star balls, so 60 balls and 10 had severe cart marks, the other 50 were perfect. Contacted customer service and without question they shipped me 10 perfect balls as replacements. Excellent service and because of that I'll use again and again.

Verified reviewOrdinarily no issues with the product, but this time I paid for "mint" and received balls that had been marked up. A few were discolored, and a couple weren't Titleist. I'm guessing either "mint" tour soft were gone, or someone picked the wrong product.
